From the moment you walk in the door, your senses are delighted with floral scents, bright displays and beautiful design. Each and every staff member is kind, welcoming and helpful. I found a red-tinted lip oil that makes my lips look so luscious and young - such a surprise for this over 40 woman - LOL! The flower essences and essential oils are a must do! So many to choose from - I picked a scent focused on love and self-care. Every time I smell it, I am transported to paradise. I can't wait to go back and try more clean/organic makeup. I have been a regular at this store for a few months now. I have experienced wonderful customer service from Kaelyn and have enjoyed all of her recommendations. But the last thing I purchased, a Zync Facial Spray left my skin feeling much more shiny than I had hoped for this Charleston humidity. I tried to return it, explaining I wasn't aware of their return policy and would even do an exchange for another product. OMG! First of all I was a little stressed as I was late but the minute I walked in Brittany was calm and remembered me from another spa. She was so calming and easy going. Then we walked to the expanded side of the store where there was a beautiful semi - private space that made me want to move in. What happened over the next hour or so was nothing less than nirvana. I was so relaxed , Brittany was beyond knowledgeable , and the ambiance was peaceful. My skin looked amazing post service and still feels great days later.
