The manager was kind enough to let us play our requested music at first, which actually attracted the slightest resemblance of a crowd. I visited on New Year's Eve night. There was a line for everyone to get it - which is obvious but they didn't have a separate line for people who bought tables which I felt was strange. There are two bars to serve but it literally took over 30 mins to get a drink order. While standing there it seemed like their bottle service was struggling as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Some tables are for like the size of two people and are outlined by a rope on the dance floor. Their space was easily taken over with the crowd on the dance floor. Making it seem like a waste to have purchased those spots.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I didn't try any food given the specific evening I visited. I'd be willing to give the pace another chance on not so special of a night. The "locals" talk was it was going to be a short lived tenure for this bar. After all they will be the one's who ultimately keep a bar/club going year round. My take: It was supposed to be a "grand" opening with all the vibe of a Sunset strip nightclub. While for Utah it may have been unique it didn't float my boat having actually experienced Night Club Grand openings. They didn't have their signature cocktails available or ready, and their bar food menu I heard was good but was replaced by a two choice free appetizer menu which was average. The seating was poor and most areas were uncomfortable. Our booth/table looked like it would fit four, but barely could sit three and comfort was just not there. I will leave it to someone else to return and get their groove on as this missed the mark. read more

Wow! This is a beautifully fantastic addition to the restaurant scene in Park City! The restaurant is so cozy and warm. Whether you are sitting at the bar or in the lounge, you definitely want to stay a while. The food! Loved everything we tried and we tried a lot. The guacamole is like nothing you have ever had before. And now you won't want it any other way. Eaten with warm pita is a nice change from tortilla chips. The grilled cheese and tomato soup is the ultimate comfort food elevated. The soup is thick and sticks to the sandwiches wedges like a dream. The birria sliders are a fun new way to eat sliders. Dipped in the consume is the perfect pairing. We also ordered a side of fries with it. And we did not hesitate to use them to finish off the rest of the guacamole after we ate all the pita. Thank me later. Even though we ate ourselves silly, we couldn't pass on the fried ice cream. It was delightful! Topped with cherries and basil, it balanced perfectly. I ordered the mandarin margarita which was nice and refreshing. My husband ordered the old fashioned, which comes out in a smoke box. So fancy! The bartender Felipe was amazing! He was so fun to talk to and knew his stuff. We asked for recommendations for our second drink and they were spot on. He made my husband a elderberry gin drink. He normally doesn't like gin and really enjoyed this drink. I got a spicy mojito which I LOVED! The spiced rim was so so good! He has a lot of fun drinks planned for the summer and I am very much looking forward to going back to try them all. The entire staff was so nice. The chef really knows his stuff. We cannot wait to go back and try all the other things on the menu that we didn't have room for this go around. My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding here last week. The owner Anthony was incredibly responsive and helpful through the entire planning process and met every single one of our requests. It should be known to the Park City community the Premier establishment, their staff is taking advantage of its customers by wrongfully charging them for premium prices for drinks and WITHOUT ALCOHOL.... The customers behind me tried their drinks after they witnessed the conflict, there was no alcohol in their drinks either. I was excited to try this new "speakeasy" on Park City main street, however, the cover charge being $30 in the off-season and being taken advantage of by their bartenders are a red flag. Good luck with your reputation because it's slowly being ruined by your staff. read more

BEWARE!! Do NOT go here especially if you have allergies. Someone in our party has severe food allergies, and we thought they were accommodating us only to find out they LIED! After consuming the drink we were under the impression was safe we found out it was in fact not. These allergies are severe and cause brain damage making the effects of this lie life altering. I'll start with this place has great potential, the ambiance is dark and moody, however the music was completely off. We questioned if we were in a sports bar or a speak easy. "Another one bites the dust" might be the theme song to this soon to be closed bar (the sing playing as I wrote this). Play some low volume jazz music and this place may have lengthened success. The espresso martini flight tasted like chocolate water, and the mezcalita - a sweet hibiscus tea...did I have a leftover Starbucks refresher with no liquor?
