Five stars. The Cheesecake Factory has been around forever, and it still delivers. Here's the math that wins me over: most places you go, you're dropping at least two hundred bucks for a family meal. The Cheesecake Factory walks in and does it for eighty-five--and you still leave with a ton of leftovers. For the money, it's tough to beat. Then there's the menu, which is longer than a textbook. You could eat here for years and never get through it. We've worked our way through a good chunk--salads, fish, the orange chicken (really good), the salads are excellent--and it's always a good time. The drinks hold up too; my wife is a fan of the cucumber martini, and she always orders off the Skinnylicious menu and never has a single complaint. The kids love the place too. And we capped it off with the Reese's cheesecake--rich, but seriously tasty. The wait at this location is reasonable, too. As long as you're not rolling in on Mother's Day, you're usually looking at ten or fifteen minutes. Been coming here since i was a teen. I'm in my thirties now. So Cheesecake Factory is def tradition in a sense, lol. Never had an issue. The food is always delicious. The service is always nice and friendly. Solid options for vegetarians too! And we get emails for free cheesecake slices that we use often :) Word of advice - the wait times get long on weekend evenings. And there's not enough seating while you wait, so you'll be standing for 20-30+ min in a crowd of people. Weekdays are usually better! read more

It's my second time visiting the Cheesecake Factory and it was a good experience! Came here for lunch and got the chicken Alfredo. This was delicious! Finished it all. Also got my choice of a cheesecake slice (mango key lime) since they are offering a free slice with the app this month. I like mango and key lime so I decided to try it but when they brought it out I was super surprised with how HUGE it was. Now I know why it's 1300 calories....it comes with a bunch of whipped cream and the bottom of the crust has coconut flakes. It's good for the first few bites but it's really sweet. Server was friendly and was able to explain how to redeem my cheesecake. Although there were a bunch of people at the restaurant, it didn't seem crowded because they have tall ceilings. Valetine's Day 2026 was bitter sweet! Sweet...lovely day of surprises to and from my hubby...flowers, heart shaped donuts, Valentine's cards and dinner at the Cheesecake factory. Bitter...one my hubby's close colleagues unexpectedly passed away on Friday. While at dinner, a close friend of mine texted me to call her. I told her I was at dinner, was it an emergency? She said she had some sad news. My heart immediately sank. For her to reach out to me on Valentine's Day, it had to be serious. When I called her she told me that a close friend of ours was killed by her boyfriend and her boyfriend then killed himself. I was absolutely shook! You never expect something like this to happen to someone you actually know. We immediately prayed for their families. Needless to say, that put a damper on dinner. It caused me to contemplate life and its fragility. The restaurant...we arrived at Cheesecake Factory at 6:10 hoping that getting there early we could get in straightaway. This was not an original idea as when we arrived there was a 50-minute wait. Cheesecake Factory does not take reservations. Fortunately, for us it was not as long as the folks that came after us as they had a wait of one and half hours. They took my cell phone number and said they would text us when our table was ready. In the meantime, we went next door to GameStop and Barnes & Noble bookstore to poke around until we received the magic ping from their text. Our table was ready. We were seated in a two-person booth in a cozy corner of the restaurant. We are lifting the families in prayer My hubby ordered Cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and corn. I ordered herb crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. We both had large pieces of salmon and generous portions of vegetables. The mashed potatoes had the potatoes skins included but were light, buttery and hearty. The salmon was thick, flavorful and served hot. We were pleased our meals. Last night, the food was exceptional. How can you come to Cheesecake Factory and not get cheesecake? We shared the Turtle cheesecake. We only had a couple of bites as were very full. We waited for a host to seat us and they were not busy at all. Disappointing visit. It took a very long time for our orders to come out, especially over a lunch hour on a work day. My chicken parm sandwich came out with charred ends and it was maybe 5-10 minutes before our waiter checked on us again for me to bring this to their attention. They took that back, after about a 15 minute wait I got my new sandwich which was perfect. But! Lunch time is over and I had to take it to go. No comp, no nothing. Not even a check on me with the new sandwich. Very sad tat this particular restaurant doesn't seem to take the time for it's customers nor does it seem to invest in customer service as a priority. It's been over 10 years since we've been back to Cheesecake Factory. The atmosphere has not changed and the portions are just huge alike I remember. We came during happy hour and had a chance to try a few items from their happy hour menu. Their main menu is quite extensive and a good selection of kids menu as well. It took us at least 5-10 mins to browse through all their menus. We really liked the avocado eggrolls (5/5) and the fried calamari (5/5). The Roadside sliders (3.5/5) were tasty but a bit too oily for our taste buds. Happy hour menu offers a good selection of cocktails. We had the Whiskey Smash (3/5) which was on the sweet side. Alcohol used was also bad. I would skip this. We wrapped up dinner with the lemon meringue cheesecake. I enjoyed the tartness but overall a very sweet dessert. Overall it was a very satisfying meal which was elevated by the wonderful service from our waiter. We were greeted by the host and told to wait ~15 minutes for a party of 7 on a weekday night. It took a while for our server to bring us the bread even after being asked. She seemed uninterested in taking orders and borderline rude when asked questions, which ruined the dining experience. The food was decent, as usual. We ordered tamale corn cakes, chicken shawarma wraps, vegetarian tacos, tomato basil flatbread pizza, all of which were tasty, no complaints there. Finished off with a cheesecake slice of course. Came here to celebrate a birthday for one of my children. We made reservations about a month in advance and they did not disappoint. We absolutely love their fried Mac and cheese balls with the marinara sauce. It's a family favorite. We ordered two of those. So satisfying and full of flavor. I ordered their Grilled Salmon from the SkinnyLicious menu. It was quite satisfying and met my expectations. I shared my carrots with my spouse, since it was more than I was wanting. It's a big restaurant, but the way the seats are set up with the tall glass, you get a sense of privacy and that was perfect. Our serve was excellent and pleasant. I hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years and I was super happy with the food we ordered as well as the service. We ended up sitting at the bar since it was so busy but our bartender was a great server. I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and oh my gosh it was massive. I ended up getting three meals out of this one serving. I substituted the bow tie pasta for fettuccine and thought it was super good but I think it absorbed most of the sauce so my dish really wasn't that saucey. My boyfriend got the bang bang chicken and shrimp and the bite I had was very good! We also got a slice of the lemon raspberry cheesecake which was delicious. My daughter and I stopped in here last week on a day we were running errands for back to school. They still have the big menu but it's a bit easier to navigate with the categories. I got their beet salad and she got their sliders. Their bread is always so good and irresistible and even though I'm attempting to beon a low carb diet, I had to have some! We were able to get seated quickly in the bar area and parking was easy in the Arboretum. The service did take a bit longer as it looked like our waitress was also the bartender. Although not often, I really enjoy my time when I get a chance to dine at the Cheesecake Factory. The sizable portion of the meals, great yummy cocktails and the fact they even have some great vegan options. Oh must we not forget the delicious cheesecake! I was seated the moment I walked inside by the attentive host , it was pretty hot outside that day so I was sweating quite a bit but as soon as the waiter noticed she served me a big tall cold glass of water with some soft warm bread and butter to snack on. The service here was on point that day. I ordered the Cajun salmon with buttered corn and mash potatoes. For the drink of course I get my signature Long Island iced tea! The bartender must of made my drink with love because it was perfect and strong. The salmon although delicious I did not get that Cajun taste to it. A little dry then I'd want but again it was still well cooked and tasted great. The sides, corn and mash potatoes all 10/10. I think this is great place to maybe come by after work or even the wknds to relax and enjoy some delicious food. They have so many options. Came here to celebrate Father's Day with the family. Despite it being a pretty busy day, our party was seated pretty quickly. Despite being stretched a bit thin with multiple large tables, our server was attentive and quick with all of our needs. For appetizers we had the hot wings and dumplings. Both were good, the hot wings were a bit small but packed with flavor. For my entree I had the cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and corn, everything was cooked to perfection. It's been a little since we've formally dined in this space, and it's still as bustling as a decade ago when we stopped by. The menu is an encyclopedia of entrees, drinks and desserts to cater to any craving which is spectacular. Furthermore dining with our server Franklin today, he was very attentive even if the bar staff was running behind with our drinks and the kitchen backed up with finally getting out entrees to us, our go to is always the avocado egg rolls, and both my husband and I decided on pasta dishes tonight, both as grand as we know CF's portions to be so we took plenty home! I had never set foot The Cheesecake Factory before, but my friend is a regular and she lured me in with a gift card. I knew the basics, that it's a nationwide chain that has an incredibly large menu and has a reputation as a somewhat pricey, over the top, and, to coin a phrase... cheesy... atmosphere. But I was still unprepared. What is up with the Islamic or is it Russian orthodox architecture?? When we got inside, I stared. I gaped, open-mouthed. It felt like I had wandered into some Las Vegas extravaganza or Disneyland or something. And I know I am mixing my architectural metaphors, but it felt like some over the top Tuscan Villa, or maybe an acid trip reconstruction of a Greek temple. The menu was in fact many, many pages, but at least it wasn't physically huge. And since we were there for weekend brunch, I was able to focus only on two pages. It didn't take me long to figure out what I wanted. I love Eggs Benedict and I love Chicken and Waffles, but only at The Cheesecake Factory, as far as I know, are they brave or insane enough to combine both into one dish, the Fried Chicken and Waffles Benedict. To break it down into bite-size pieces, the waffle itself was very good. The fried chicken strips or tenders were perfectly acceptable. The poached egg was perfect. The hollandaise sauce was not really hollandaise sauce. It was pretty bland. I couldn't taste a bit of lemon and it didn't have that perfect hollandaise sauce texture. I must also admit that by the time they brought me my plate, I wasn't terribly hungry because of the wonderful bread they'd put on the table when we arrived. So I deconstructed my entrée. I pushed half of it aside, then ate the waffle, which was good, especially with the maple whatever sauce they provided, then ate the chicken strips, which could've been a little hotter. The poached egg, as I said, was perfect, but I did have to sprinkle some salt on to even be able to taste the purported hollandaise sauce. So half of my entrée came home with me and was a perfect light dinner. My friend ordered her usual Monte Cristo sandwich which looked, and she said was, wonderful. Our server was friendly and efficient and guided us through the overly complicated process of validating her gift card, which we had to do online. Overall, my preference is for smaller, simpler, and more local restaurants, but I had a wonderful meal and a slightly surreal experience. Today I visited The Cheesecake Factory in Austin and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were decent at first, but things took a turn when I was finishing my meal. As I was putting my food into a to-go box, I noticed a hair sitting at the bottom of the plate. It was honestly really off-putting and made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Finding something like that completely ruined my appetite and overall experience. While the service and atmosphere were amazing , this kind of issue is hard to overlook. They were so nice at this location and were quick to accommodate my party of 13 people. We literally waited about 2 minutes and the tables were ready. They were very attentive to us and making sure everything came out perfect. The inside of the place is so nice and not loud. We were able to converse and enjoy our evening there. The portions of the plate are very large so its good for sharing or having left overs for the next day. I got the herb crusted Parmesan chicken. One of my favorite items to order there. Came to Cheese Cake Factory for a quick lunch with coworkers. I was excited when someone suggested it because I have been looking forward to trying the mac n cheese balls I see on Tiktok. The drink was very tasty, and would absolutely order it again. Perfect a brunch or evening meal. The Korean BBQ chicken was pretty good. It tasted better once I added extra sauce. And everything was good, except for my mail, which I got the spicy cashew chicken came out a little burnt. Our waiter was completely an audible, and he spoke to us. I think something was off on him. Cheesecake factory is the cornucopia of everything you could ever want to eat under one roof, but I just came to grab cheesecake to go and that was a pretty quick endeavor. It was surprisingly busy at 8pm but still didn't take too long to order at the side checkout. Cheesecakes are displayed in the case and pick your slice. Honestly, I wish I didn't know the calorie count, but doesn't prevent it from being delicious. Delicious but a bit sticky with the sugar rim. App- crab bites. Very good and loved the dipping sauce. Would order again! Entree- steak Diane and shrimp scampi combo with mashed potatoes. It was a tasty meal but at $27 I would love more shrimp than 3. The steak was a bit more rare than I ordered. But both the scampi and Diane had perfectly seasoned sauces!
