The food overall was good and tasty and not cold. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We didn't receive bread until much later and we asked for a second round because the first round of bread only had 2 breads which wasn't much. The second round of bread came after we finished eating. We were told a few minutes but took a long while and I don't think the bread ever takes that long since new people are coming in getting bread. We weren't attended to much from the waitress. The vibe felt like even asking a few questions was much even though that should never be the case. It's an extensive menu and sometimes modifications are needed because of allergies or diet restrictions so I would think the staff would expect questions. Grateful the food was good at least. I just don't understand why others around us had better service and our service was really slow.

Impressed how they completely renovated the old Gordon Biersch location. I came across this location waiting for a late movie showtime. Not sure why they decided on a 2nd location, but realized they are leaving the old Galleria location. Well, that could be an issue because Gordon Biersch wasn't that big. Anyways, the service was ok, but it was just very busy so it took awhile to get orders. The biggest drawback is they keep increasing the menu prices on things I remember were a lot cheaper a few years ago. Yes, inflation. But not that much. The portions are also not very good. If you are in the mall and need to eat, but want to avoid the food court, try coming here only if it isn't super busy.

Came to The Cheesecake Factory on a random Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised--no wait time at all. Ordered the steak and it was cooked absolutely perfectly. The flavors were amazing, as always. We added a side of fries for $6.95 and it was a huge portion, totally worth it. Classic Cheesecake Factory experience--reliable, delicious, and satisfying. Would definitely come again.

I've been to this location twice and the experience has been pretty good. The bread and avocado rolls are my favorite. The servers have been pretty quick and attentive. I would say the louisiana chicken pasta was not as delicious as the jambalaya one but could have just been the cook making it that day. Other than that, I love coming here especially for the delicious bread!

I miss the old Cheesecake Factory in Tyson's Galleria! Tried the new location for the first time and was pleased with the food and service. There is plenty of open seating and the dishes are always consistent.

This is Cheesecake Factory's newest location with the closing of their Tyson's Galleria location. It is located on the lower level of Tyson's Corner Mall on the side next to where Barnes & Nobles used to be. There is "outside" patio seating at this location but upon entering the restaurant; it is definitely smaller and more cramped than the Galleria location. My friend and I came for Happy Hour and was moved to the bar area where we were told is where we can only order from the Happy Hour menu. The hostess sat us wedged in the corner booth that was tiny and barely any room for us let alone the 4 dishes we ordered to fit on the table. There was a full party at the table right next to us making it more crowded. We kindly asked to be moved to a bigger table and was told that there were no other tables available. Mind you; this was 5pm when the restaurant just opened and with their recent grand opening it was still dead inside. There were not that many patrons inside at all but we were declined a bigger table. I observed there were plenty of seating available but didn't want to keep pushing the issue. Food was okay... just the typical standard you get at Cheesecake Factory. The service from the waitress was not friendly and she even dropped a utensil making me have oils stains all over my expensive jacket. I don't reccommend this location at all. Go out of your way and go to the Fair Oaks one. You will get better service there.

Came here for the first time with some friends. Service was fantastic. Food came out faster than we anticipated. I had the Steak Diane with some mashed potatoes and fries on the side. My steak was medium rare. I was hungry okay? But I did share the fries among all my friends. The food was delicious. We had then had cheesecake for dessert which was so good. The hershey cheesecake was sinful, but delicious as well.

The cake batter is a little dense but moist and flavorful. Not overly sweet like typical store cake. Very smart recipe . The light , low key cake batter lets out light hints of batter flavor. It allows the icing to be the star. The icing and frosting are unbelievable! It is bursting full of natural flavors . It's extremely quirky and eclectic, almost like wandering through an old-timey, whimsical field of curiosities. Every corner has something unexpected, and that's part of the charm. There's plenty of seating, but it does get busy, especially during peak hours. There's an attached parking lot, which makes stopping by super convenient. Prices lean a little on the higher side, but that's pretty normal for specialty dessert cafés. Overall, it's a delightful spot if you're craving creative desserts, unique drinks, or just a cozy and quirky place to hang out. I'd definitely come back!

The service was fine.  We were surprised that when some of the ice cream dropped from the sample spoon on to the floor by accident, and we asked for a napkin to clean it up, they told us not to worry about it.  I went and found a napkin anyway.  It was a little gross to have a blop of ice cream (even a small one) right in front of the counter where people would step on it.  They also didn't offer another sample knowing that that one never made it to anyone's mouth for a tasting....  Anyway, we opted to try two waffle cones with  a total of four scoops - malted milk chocolate and banana cookie dough, goey butter cake salted peanut butter and brown butter almond brittle.  Maybe it's a matter of too many different things in each type but we didn't really rave over any of them.  The location is clean with plenty of seating and a nice view of the flowered walk way out front.  However, being that it fell short of several other ice cream spots we have tried lately and that you have to pay for parking, I don't think we will be back.

There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it. I'd recommend this cafe to someone looking for a unique sweet treat, catching up with a group of girl friends of 2-4 people, or for a first date!
