    Louisiana Chicken Pasta

My family and I come to this location every so often. Beside the long wait its a great place to go! Service is amazing with the most polite servers. The atmosphere has a fancy yet dark vibe and the food is delicious!! I tried the Lousiana Chicken Pasta and loved it! They were very generous with the chicken!

Haven't been here in 3 years, there's now a special menu, skinnylicous, and brunch on the weekends. We came here for HH, it starts from 4 pm-6 pm in the bar area M-F. Luis our server was great, fast, attentive and knew his stuff. I ordered their HH burger, it was really good! Double cheese was melty and the double patties were juicy and full of flavor. My BF ordered their Peruvian chicken off their special menu and he said it was okay. It was more like a Cuban dish than anything. We were stuffed so we to go a slice of their upside down cheesecake....phenomenal!

Wayyyy longer wait than we were told. It's one thing to use a long wait, we fully understand that and was prepared, but they could've at least gave us a more realistic wait time. They told us 20-30min wait time to be seated and we even changed it to be inside or outside given that it's already 100 degrees outside with the misters because my grandma gets cold and she would've preferred the warm weather outside and still, it ended up taking 1 hour to seat us. Our go-to order is always the pasta da Vinci but I seriously don't understand why they can't put more sauce on the plate. The cost of sauce is so minimal compared meat and it would make the dish infinitely better. This is common, not just for this pasta dish but I feel like every other pasta dish everyone orders extra sauce on the side for this very reason. The vodka pasta should not be named vodka pasta because it does not taste like that, it tastes like a chile pasta which tastes great if you like the flavors of chile and the heat but it's way off from a vodka pasta. The Thai lettuce wraps are always great but the chicken portion is so small it's disappointing. I hope these small things are taken into consideration across the board. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating despite the rush and was very prompt on our requests and we appreciate her :)

While I love Cheesecake Factory, the food is very expensive, the menu is too long, and the portions are obnoxious. I got my 2 year old a bowl of pasta. Which was just bow tie noodles with butter. It was $9.50!!! Doesn't come with a drink or a side either. I could buy several boxes of noodles for $9.50. Since the portions are so huge, my husband and I shared the chicken pizza and a side of fries. Thankfully they don't charge a split plate fee. The chicken pizza was good and so were the fries. I had a free slice of cheesecake on my rewards account so we got that to go. Our server was nice and attentive despite how busy it was. Our entree, side of fries and my daughter's pasta was $50. Just too expensive to eat out.

When the menu is HUGE... but you still know what you want The Cheesecake Factory always delivers with its massive menu, generous portions, and those iconic cheesecakes. I went with the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich: crispy, cheesy, saucy goodness on a grilled French roll, served with fries. Then took the Vanilla Bean cheesecake home. Classic, filling, and hits every time. And let's be real... there's always room for cheesecake.

I love that they have an app that you can use to place your order. I had a free slice of cheesecake so I definitely used that! It was really easy to find the curbside pick up spot and they came out very quickly with my order. I really enjoyed the salmon and it was the perfect portion. I tried the new fried pickles with spicy ranch and they were incredible! The ranch was delicious. I got my go to cheesecake slice which is the white chocolate raspberry and it was delicious!

You can't go wrong at Cheesecake Factory. The menu is huge and everything is delicious. This time we got the Buffalo Blasts. Delicious, chicken, cheese, and light buffalo sauce wrapped in a wonton. Fantastic! And thank you to our server, Maddie, who was excellent! I added pictures, from our visit before, the Steak Diane and the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta. Two of my favorites!

Visited for a belated birthday lunch on a Saturday. Didn't have much of a wait, our server (male) whose name I didn't catch unfortunately was the best!! Very attentive and he even brought me a little birthday treat (minus the embarrassing singing, lol) I thought that was very sweet of him! I ordered my usual. I always think I'll order something else but always chicken out at the last second. The Louisiana chicken pasta (lunch size) was amazing! Of course I had to order the tiramisu cheesecake as my birthday reward. Was a great lunch and I'll be back again for a another visit soon.

We ordered the GF lunch portion four cheese pasta which was Al dente, the sauce was very flavorful and the perfect amount of cheeseness. The lemon garlic shrimp was delicious as well. However the lunch portion of the chicken piccata would be rated as 3 stars. The sauce was delicious and the angel hair pasta was cooked perfectly however the chicken was very chewy and it was hard to cut with a knife. The weird mystery meat kept sticking together so needless to say I tried a few bites and left 90% on the plate. We took a few pieces of cheesecake home to eat later. The ambience is great as usual. The server and staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back but not Order the chicken piccata.

Late post. We had a birthday celebration for my grandson who turned 21 on Tuesday. We sat out on the patio. It ended up being a bit breezy. Our server was wonderful. She serviced our party of 8 and was super nice and had lots of patience. She was very attentive to our needs. To start I had the spritzer with presecco as did my grandson. Hubby had his go to drink the Long Island ice tea. We ordered cheeseburger spring roll, calamari, stuffed mushrooms and fried cheese. Overall the appetizers were good. For main meal, I had the chicken Madeira, hubby ordered meatloaf, my grandson ordered as well. My granddaughter had chicken strips and fries from the kids menu. My other grandson ordered. New orlean shrimps (sm plate) and fried pickles. The birthday boy had grilled rib eye steak with Mac and cheese. My daughter had Louisiana pasta with crispy fried chicken. And my son in law had a bacon burger. My husband was not that excited about his food. It came out lukewarm. Mine was yummy with lightly covered in the Madeira sauce and mozzarella cheese. My daughter's meal was huge and very flavorful. Steak was cooked to perfection. Of course we ordered cheesecake to go. Ate that the next day. Again, our server made our dining experience a pleasure. As far as the food. It was hit or miss. I probably go back for the desserts.

    Semi-dried Pasta Carbonara
    Felicia W.

My husband and I visited the other day only to encounter a subpar service. We ordered our usual all dark bread, a soda, and an iced green tea to start. For the appetizer- deep fried chicken pot stickers; Dinner - Pasta Carbonara, Chicken Bellagio, and a Dulce De Leche Cheesecake to go. For starters, the iced green tea had mint leafs in it as usual, but as I looked closer, there were wilted leafs on part of them floating in the tea. I let it go because I always pull them out. Our server, Emily brought the all dark bread basket & butter. As my husband started to cut it, he noticed it had been baked a lil too long and was on the darker side and harder than usual on the outsides. We mentioned it to Emily, and she apologized. After a bit, our main course dishes came out and shortly afterwards the chicken pot stickers. Mind you, we were supposed to get the pot stickers first! We immediately noticed the unfavorable looking main dishes. My husband stated, "The pasta in the Pasta Carbonara seemed as if it was under the heat lamp a bit too long and was not steaming hot like it's usually served". My plate of Chicken Bellagio came looking like they threw the food together & had splats of cheese sloppily on the rim of the plate. My husband asked another server that was close by for the manager. Neither one of us touched our plates because both of our meals were totally unacceptable. We were really surprised they both were released from the kitchen as such. The Manager, Kim came to address our concerns, and I said this isn't Cheesecake's standards. She was very apologetic and took both our meals back to rectify the situation. When we eventually received our makeup meals, the quality was almost what it should've been. I told my husband my dish needed more seasoning like it usually does, but by this time we were hangry. Oh! The chicken pot stickers were lacking the usual amount of sauce & seasoning as well! We were too disappointed to complain at that point. Hopefully, the kitchen manager will catch the mistakes before the meals leave their stations. I wasn't going to post anything, but we knew this was not the typical Cheesecake Factory's standard.

We looked at the website and noticed that they had some gluten-free alternatives for my hubby so that was a plus in our book. First thing we saw when we walked in was all the goodies that they have for their bloody Mary bar. They had over 30 different items that you could add to your Bloody Mary for as little as $14. This included meatballs, and bacon. Everyone that we spoke to was kind and very friendly. Son decided on the peanut butter and jelly French toast, hubby decided on the lemon ricotta and blueberry compote gluten-free pancakes, and since I knew I would be sharing the bougie biscuits. I just ordered two fried eggs. One of the things that was so great about this place -for especially gluten-free eaters - is that they were willing to adjust or accommodate almost anything on the menu in order to make it adaptable. The host, the gentleman behind the bloody Mary bar and our server were very well educated. The restaurant was super cute and had a vibe with black-and-white sayings all over the wall. The food was delicious although my husband said the pancakes were a little dense, but that's to be expected for gluten-free pancakes. Phoenix area ( Peoria) had some really good restaurants to choose from!

So when we drove past it during this weekend's trip to Peoria, AZ, I knew this was where we would be dining for at least one morning! Turns out we loved it so much that it turned into day 2's morning selection and our last meal before heading home! First I must say that the service was amazing. Our 2 wait staff members were adorably personable answering all my questions and returning several times to ensure we were well supported. Second, I loved the coffee latte in the mason jar. So good I got it both days. First morning was the Beast Eggs Benedict for me and the Chorizo omelet for Mr. Would definitely order both again. Mr. got biscuits with his omelet. OMG! These biscuits are the right biscuits--you know the difference if you've ever had good and not so good biscuits. These are the right kind of Southern style biscuits so good, make you wanna slap yo mama!! But that's not all. The homemade strawberry jam! It's everything. Just the right amount of sweet. One thing to note: the fried potatoes on my plate and the bell peppers on Mr's plate were both a tad al dente. Might be the style of the chef on the line. Both were enjoyable. Another thing to note: incredible portions. Go hungry. I had to ask for a box both mornings. Second day: I had the Monte Cristo which caught my eye the first day and the waitress assured me was a solid choice after the Beast. Y'all! So! Good! I have ordered many a Monte Cristo in my day. This was unique to the Biscuit cafe with one layer of beautifully cut ham and Swiss cheese nestled lovingly between two thick pieces of perfect french toast slices and dusted with powdered sugar. On the side was the famous homemade strawberry jam along with dijon mustard. The mix of all these flavors was perfection. Everything I dreamed it would be. Mr. got biscuits and gravy to try the sausage gravy and it was super! Really good seasonings and sausage flavor. Not too much pepper which is a frequent risk with white southern gravy. One more thing I absolutely must call out. If you're like me and love the idea of a flight so you can test out many flavors--mimosas, margaritas, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, french toast, are just a few of the flights I remembered from the menu. This place has a minimum of one flight per category. This calls out to my "try everything" spirit. Hope it calls out to yours too! This is definitely staying in my Phoenix/Chandler saved places and we will definitely go back.

It's hard not to notice the DJ playing music when you first come in. It's interesting for a breakfast place but the music selection was a little youthful for my taste. When I sent down, I noticed that this place seemed like it was not finished with its restoration. It just looked a little empty and could use a little more decorations. There is also some black paper along the windows, which looks pretty tacky. The place also had an unpleasant stink to it. I was slow to be greeted by a server after being seated despite the fact that the restaurant was less than half full. The coffee was fair and the service was slow. I was hoping my breakfast would make up for it, especially since the prices were a bit higher than average. I got the pork chop and eggs. The pork chops were very thinly sliced and deep-fried but had an almost jerky like texture. My over easy eggs were also well done. They do have some interesting looking southern dishes on the menu that I was really curious about, but it's very unlikely that I will return. Are too many other good breakfast spots in the area. Bummer

So we came on a weekday around 8-830am. One car in the parking lot. We were not sure that they…read morewere even open. We walked in and the one staff member was sitting down playing on her phone and told us we could sit wherever we wanted. She was very nice and informative, just not the most professional. As for food, the breakfast quesadilla was good. Nothing Remely special to write home about, but good. The potatoes for a side dish are delicious. The biscuits and gravy were mediocre. The gravy was delicious. Had a great pepper flavor. However, the biscuits were gummy and tasted like they were frozen and cooked in the back. They did not taste homemade at all. This was slightly disappointing. For this area, they need to step up. There are too many other good brunch places. I'm not sure that I would come back due to other options in the area.

Today 7/10/26 there is a new menu that has protein bowls, fish tacos, American burger. Items noted…read moreas missing. TAB and Turkey melt. Coleslaw changed from normal coleslaw to a spicy coleslaw. Since my go to's are no longer on the menu I tried something new. I went with the shrimp tacos. This includes two tacos. Each taco has two corn tortillas, spicy slaw, shrimp, avocado, jalapeños and sauce. Sides offered are typical side that go with burgers: baked beans, French fries onions rings, salad etc. The first taco I attempted to pick up and eat. It fell apart immediately. The flavor seemed a little off. I narrowed it down to the coleslaw which tasted like a mix of vinegar and chipotle. It does have spice but IMO it is not good. The second taco I deconstructed and ate just the shrimp, avocado and jalapeños. My fries were good but they didn't go with tacos very well. My son had the fruity pebbles French toast. He said it tasted salty he made it a griddle for $6.50 more. Seems a bit steep for two eggs and a sausage but what do I know? The service was on point as it always is. The restaurant wasn't very busy but it was early evening. Based on the menu as it is now, I will continue to visit as my breakfast go to; however, for lunch/dinner there are other options available for me.
