Haven't been here in 3 years, there's now a special menu, skinnylicous, and brunch on the weekends. We came here for HH, it starts from 4 pm-6 pm in the bar area M-F. Luis our server was great, fast, attentive and knew his stuff. I ordered their HH burger, it was really good! Double cheese was melty and the double patties were juicy and full of flavor. My BF ordered their Peruvian chicken off their special menu and he said it was okay. It was more like a Cuban dish than anything. Took a while for server to greet us. When she did, she said she was busy and would return to take our drink order. Took a few minutes before she finally returned. My mother in law made a comment "thought you got lost" or something like that and the server was clearly annoyed by said comment. We were more than ready to order food so we put in apps and meal orders. I have an orange allergy, I mentioned that and ordered a tuna bowl. My partner ordered a side of fruit with his meal and mentioned no oranges (as my allergy an oral and atmospheric allergy (like peanuts)). She returned and said they were out of tuna. Gave me a menu to pick something else. She was nice and made a couple of suggestions. She returned and I ordered the salmon bowl. She never offered us bread, we eventually asked for some. She said they were out of the brown bread. Eventually we did get some fresh brown bread and it was delicious. Brussel sprouts app was very good. My salmon bowl was only okay. Spicy sauce wasn't distributed well so I got a bite of spicy all at once. Mushrooms seemed a tad burnt- like a burnt teriyaki flavor, wasn't appealing. Salmon was a tad over cooked. My partners side of fruit came with oranges (so I could feel burning from the juice a little and he couldn't share it with me) She didn't really come back to check on us to ask how the food was. But her mood did get better as other customers started to leave. We got a plain cheesecake to share. It was good (mother n law said trader joes cake was better lol) Service was okay (got better) Food was mostly good. Need to pay more attention to allergies!! It was really easy to find the curbside pick up spot and they came out very quickly with my order. I really enjoyed the salmon and it was the perfect portion. Wayyyy longer wait than we were told. It's one thing to use a long wait, we fully understand that and was prepared, but they could've at least gave us a more realistic wait time. They told us 20-30min wait time to be seated and we even changed it to be inside or outside given that it's already 100 degrees outside with the misters because my grandma gets cold and she would've preferred the warm weather outside and still, it ended up taking 1 hour to seat us. Our go-to order is always the pasta da Vinci but I seriously don't understand why they can't put more sauce on the plate. The cost of sauce is so minimal compared meat and it would make the dish infinitely better. This is common, not just for this pasta dish but I feel like every other pasta dish everyone orders extra sauce on the side for this very reason. The vodka pasta should not be named vodka pasta because it does not taste like that, it tastes like a chile pasta which tastes great if you like the flavors of chile and the heat but it's way off from a vodka pasta. The Thai lettuce wraps are always great but the chicken portion is so small it's disappointing. I hope these small things are taken into consideration across the board. While I love Cheesecake Factory, the food is very expensive, the menu is too long, and the portions are obnoxious. I got my 2 year old a bowl of pasta. Which was just bow tie noodles with butter. It was $9.50!!! Doesn't come with a drink or a side either. I could buy several boxes of noodles for $9.50. Since the portions are so huge, my husband and I shared the chicken pizza and a side of fries. Thankfully they don't charge a split plate fee. The chicken pizza was good and so were the fries. Visited for a belated birthday lunch on a Saturday. Didn't have much of a wait, our server (male) whose name I didn't catch unfortunately was the best!! Very attentive and he even brought me a little birthday treat (minus the embarrassing singing, lol) I thought that was very sweet of him! I ordered my usual. We ordered the GF lunch portion four cheese pasta which was Al dente, the sauce was very flavorful and the perfect amount of cheeseness. The lemon garlic shrimp was delicious as well. However the lunch portion of the chicken piccata would be rated as 3 stars. The sauce was delicious and the angel hair pasta was cooked perfectly however the chicken was very chewy and it was hard to cut with a knife. The weird mystery meat kept sticking together so needless to say I tried a few bites and left 90% on the plate. We took a few pieces of cheesecake home to eat later. The ambience is great as usual. Late post. We had a birthday celebration for my grandson who turned 21 on Tuesday. We sat out on the patio. It ended up being a bit breezy. Our server was wonderful. She serviced our party of 8 and was super nice and had lots of patience. She was very attentive to our needs. To start I had the spritzer with presecco as did my grandson. Hubby had his go to drink the Long Island ice tea. We ordered cheeseburger spring roll, calamari, stuffed mushrooms and fried cheese. Overall the appetizers were good. For main meal, I had the chicken Madeira, hubby ordered meatloaf, my grandson ordered as well. My granddaughter had chicken strips and fries from the kids menu. My other grandson ordered. New orlean shrimps (sm plate) and fried pickles. The birthday boy had grilled rib eye steak with Mac and cheese. My daughter had Louisiana pasta with crispy fried chicken. And my son in law had a bacon burger. My husband was not that excited about his food. It came out lukewarm. Mine was yummy with lightly covered in the Madeira sauce and mozzarella cheese. My daughter's meal was huge and very flavorful. Steak was cooked to perfection. Of course we ordered cheesecake to go. Ate that the next day. Again, our server made our dining experience a pleasure. I love the entrance doors, how bigger they are. I also love the many windows and how large the windows were with so much sunlight. The outdoor patio was nice with mister all around. Had lunch with my son at his favorite place, Cheesecake Factory. We went early, so we didn't have to wait at all! He got a burger, and I went with the chicken taco salad, didn't expect it to be so huge. We shared the crispy rice with crab meat too, which was super tasty. Compared to the other locations, this one seems to live up to the 3 stars well and unlike the other locations, theres no waiting to be seated, good thing.. but definitely a sign. Capacity was about half full on Sunday lunch and food and service was still pretty slow. Food and service was 'ok' a solid 3 stars. Decent fish and chips, $24.50 for a lunch portion, which was excellently displayed in wire basket and paper, but that makes eating with a fork and knife tricky! Especially when you use vinegar. As the moment you try and fork a chip, you make holes in the paper and the vinegar drains out onto the table Next table was served a wonderful huge slice of cheesecake, so we ordered one to go, unfortunately that ended up being extremely small to fit in the small box. read more

You could post something like this: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it. On Tuesday, May 26, I placed a pickup order from The Cheesecake Factory for my son's birthday dinner because he wasn't feeling well and we wanted to celebrate at home. When we arrived, we called the restaurant as instructed and informed the staff that we were outside. We were told our order was ready and would be brought out within a few minutes. Unfortunately, we waited in our vehicle for over 25 minutes and no one ever brought the food out. After approximately 30 minutes, we finally went inside ourselves, only to discover that our order had been sitting unattended at the bakery counter the entire time. By then, the food was cold. When we got home, the meal was ice cold, hard, and completely unappetizing. I contacted the manager, who asked me to send photos of the food. While I complied, I'm not sure how pictures can adequately demonstrate that food was served cold after sitting for an extended period of time. After about a week, the resolution offered was a $25 gift card, despite the fact that I spent over $50 on my son's birthday dinner and the food was never eaten because of its condition. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund would have been far more appropriate. What makes this even more frustrating is that the restaurant was nearly empty at the time. This was not a situation caused by overwhelming business volume--it appears we were simply forgotten outside. The lack of attention, follow-through, and accountability turned what should have been a special birthday meal into a very disappointing experience. I have always expected better customer service from The Cheesecake Factory. Sadly, both the handling of the pickup order and the management's response fell far below reasonable expectations. read more

Kiddo opted for kids menu item which for ranging up to 12 years of age was terribly meager in portion size. He is 9 years old and had finished eating before the final meal arrived at our table 15 minutes later. What the heck cheese Cake Factory???? We even clued the waitress in that one of our party was likely to drain his iced tea multiple times to which she smiled telling us "thanks for the heads up" three times he had to ask... Food is tasty. Prices though on many of the items have increased by 30-40% within last 4-5yrs while the service has decreased. The servers fail to refill drinks after walking past empty glasses. The customers have to request bread basket refills. The server takes your order but doesn't bring out your food. They ask once how is your food and you see them one more time before they suggest cheesecake We observed several tables being cleared of dirty dishes but not a single table being wiped down. We have always loved the food but the rest of the experience isn't worth it. I'm glad there are so many other restaurants in the market. read more

We had a great meal at the Cheesecake Factory! After not checking out the Cheesecake Factory for many years, it was a great surprise we stopped by and were in the area. We ended up being surprised by how great the service and food was. The Mexican Corn I saw on social media, so I wanted to try it out and it didn't disappoint ! The flavor was so amazing. The Mexican Tortilla salad was huge even though it was chosen off of "The Skinny Menu." We almost didn't have room for the Adam's Cheesecake, but it had to be the best dessert I've had in a long time. Definitely coming back here again soon! Louisiana chicken pasta was delicious as it's my go-to plate at Cheesecake Factory; chicken was crispy and pasta was flavorful with bits of mushroom and red peppers throughout. Teriyaki salmon was okay; colorful and lots of fresh ingredients with a teriyaki glazed salmon over a bed of white rice. Rice was on the dry side but overall not bad. A big reason I gave -3 stars for food was the availability of appetizers - they were out of the fried calamari and spicy tuna on crispy rice. At the premium price point with such an extensive menu, would be nice to have the items available at a high-quality standard. None of the food items we ordered (besides their cheesecake) blew us out the water or will make us return for more anytime soon. Service: 5-stars - I forgot the name of our server but she was fantastic. Great attention to detail and wonderful personality. She was on point with our requests and did everything with professionalism, which is what you expect at a high(er) end dining spot. Ambiance: 4-stars - Dining in at a place like Cheesecake Factory should be transformative. Being a large chain restaurant that has been around for a long time, they create a nice atmosphere for dining. Overall: 3-stars - Food was mediocre but perhaps we are not ordering their flagship items. With such a large menu, it's tough to find the solid options when selecting what we want to eat. But once you find one you like (for me it's the Louisiana chicken pasta) I'd recommend sticking to that bc they probably do a few things really well and others are just meh. The server made our experience, but for a nearly $200 dining bill after tax and tip for 3 adults and 1 toddler, I am definitely not coming back anytime soon. Went in for dinner last night for my girls birthday. Service was pretty good, didn't bother us a lot, only when we needed drinks refilled. Her pasta wasn't what she thought it was gonna look like but she said it was really good. My mac and cheese burger... y'all made me spend 21$ to build my own burger and put it on a really soggy bottom bun that was impossible to pick up and didnt give a knife to cut it at least. Front of house staff are atrocious at this location. From the host to the last 4x servers as well. MGMNT is a joke. Waited an hour and half for food, server never came back for drink orders. Server ignored the table and helped around only to find out MGMNT was going to be serving us. Our Thai noodles they ran out of materials to make it but never came to say it only to show up right as we were leaving with a bowl of it and when asked they said they magically came up with the extra materials and here enjoy. I in the other hand ordered a well done steak which wasn't bad but clearly sat under a heat lamp for a bit. I asked to just have it boxed up as I wasn't going to eat my food if my wife couldn't eat hers as they didn't have any. The best part MGMNT brings the bill and says we paid for the food you pay for the drinks. The workers that would bring the bread and butter must be having a really bad day. She would just plop it down on the table and you could hear the dish just smack the table. Guess she was in a mood today. As we did get more bread and she did the same thing again. Smacked the butter right down. The same worker that brought the bread, brought our food to our table and she spilled my mom's syrup on my dad's burger. As she reached over my dad to hand my mom her plate she also knocked some fries over with her arm. That is absolutely unsanitary and gross. She did offer to just get my dad a new hamburger bun but my dad said it was okay. But that's really gross her arm touched his fries. My mom's giant Belgium waffles was missing the whip cream and pecans. My boyfriend had to get the attention of our server to ask about it. Our server was great about refilling water but to place our order took some time. Do not bother making reservations here if you have a party of six or more. We had a party of ten, and although they said they could accommodate us, they mentioned it would take a little longer. Unfortunately, they clearly do not know how to manage larger parties. After waiting a significant amount of time and seeing parties of six walk in and immediately get seated, my husband decided to speak with the manager. He asked why the six empty tables were not being held until an adjacent table became available so they could be combined. The manager acknowledged our concerns, said they would address the issue, and we were seated about 15 minutes later. I believe the problem was primarily with the host staff--especially when I asked why it was taking so long and requested to speak with a manager. One of the hostesses appeared to snicker as she turned to another hostess to call for the manager. We arrived at 6:00 PM and were not seated until close to 8:00 PM, largely because they did not appear to have an effective process for seating larger parties.
