Health Hazard! Absolutely filthy! Everything was dirty! The floors didn't look like they had been swept or cleaned in months. The drink station was filthy. The tables were sticky and gross the booth seats are in such disrepair that they aren't really safe to sit in. The bowls they gave us were so dirty it looked like they took them out of the sink. I am surprised they haven't been shut down or at least fined for health violations. Yelp forces you to give at least one star. That was hard to do. read more

Three things: 1. I requested vegan cheese. I'm lactose intolerant. However, the worker put my vegan cheese into the same scoop as the dairy cheese, which if I had a severe allergy would've been horrendous. Get a scoop for the vegan cheese only or at least ask the customer if it's okay to use the same scoop as the normal cheese. 2. The lady with black hair and false eyelashes seemed to laugh at me when I ordered a lot of toppings to the point my husband noticed and was offended for me. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. 3. There should be a hand sanitizer available. There's no public restroom which I understand but there should be some way to clean customers hands The food was alright, but I will be sticking with the other fired pie in Glendale or Mod Pizza for better service. read more

When we walked in there were 3 girls working. It was about 5:15p on a Monday. There was no one in here. So basically downtime. Girls were chatting instead of cleaning the dining room. The tables were dirty as well as the area by the fountain drinks. It was also very hot in here. She said it's because of the windows. Walked into Fired Pie on this wonderful Monday and had a great experience! The employees welcome us warmly and they were so kind to explain how this works and what the ingredients are since it was our first time trying this concept. The pizza was so good. Extremely Disappointed -- Poor Service and Cleanliness Concerns We visited Fired Pie on Friday, July 11th at 7:40 PM, and had a very unpleasant experience. The girls working that night were incredibly rude--not only to us, but to other guests as well. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've encountered this same behavior from the same employees. One of the workers, Diana, was touching her hair multiple times while working and then proceeded to cut pizzas without washing her hands or putting on gloves. It was completely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. Another employee was handling dishes and then turning around to handle food without washing their hands either. The tables were dirty, and even though the location doesn't close until later, most of the dining area was shut down by that time. We were told we could only sit at a very limited selection of five tables or outside. This kind of service and lack of hygiene is unacceptable. I came to order a pizza and some Mac and cheese (kids). I wanted a kid size Mac and Cheese and they said they could just put less but the price would be the same as regular. Wait, what? I thought that was really weird. So I ended up having to take the regular bc what would have been the point to get a kid size if I will pay for regular size. Lol that could have been easily accommodated imo just charge half lol. I do like the pizza and Mac and cheese was ok. If you enjoy virtually zero sauce, this is the place for you. Complete waste of $24. Any other pizza joint is better. Trust me. As a matter of fact Doug D, I took the order to go. Generally, I am happy with most places I go I just usually only bother with reviews when I get a pathetic order that does not reflect the price I paid for it. I pay YOUR salary, not the other way around you flippant asshole. The location was clean and smells so good. The young men here are kind and hard working. It is hard to write a negative review for me. Our youngest can no longer tolerate corn and it comes with dangerous side effects. I didn't have any medicine to counter act a reaction so I was extra cautious. When I asked when ordering their was corn in the recipe corn meal flying everywhere. I asked if they had corn in the gluten free crust. He said no. Yet he proceeded to cover the tray with corn meal. I walked over to another employee and asked him if he could check. That way others could order while I confirmed. Without looking he knew there was no corn. The clock struck 12:22pm. I got a gut feeling. I walked out and called corporate. It ended up being another location. She was so kind and actually looked it up. There IS corn in the recipe. Not just on the trays. Now I dont like to put any responsibility for any business to cater to our goofy immune systems. I am very thankful when businesses go out of their way to accommodate us. This is not a good business for allergies or sensitivities. Only for those who avoid gluten for other dietary reasons. Another thing is the gal in front of me was personalizing her pizza. It was a thin crust with red sauce and pesto. He put a lot of pesto, but you couldn't even see any red sauce. I was wanting more for her just looking at it. I went to this location today and I was pleased. As usual, the pizza was really tasty. I got the pesto chicken, it was delicious! But I was most impressed with one of the employees. I believe his name is Titus. This man was completely on top of his game. He was making pizzas, keeping an eye on the oven, running the cash register, cleaning the dining room + checking in with every customer to be sure that they were having a good experience. A few years back, I was a regular at Fired Pie (Deer Valley location) and would get pizza from here at least once a week. That all changed when my lunch break changed (mid day, if you try to go here anytime between 11-1pm, good luck...takes up your whole lunch break) and I quit going. Fast forward a few years, and we saw Fired Pie at the mall. We decided to have dinner here. It was busy as hell, but they move the line pretty quick! I placed my order for my pizza and went with meatballs, steak, onion, artichoke hearts, garlic and spinach. My wife got her pizza, and we got a large lemonade. Total was right about $24.00. They give you a table marker, and bring your pizza out when its done. I ordered mine well done, but it wasn't as well done as I had hoped for. Still tasted pretty good, but something was off.....the dough/crust! Not sure if they changed their recipe over the years, or if it was just this location, but the dough and crust was way more light than normal and what I was used to at the Deer Valley location. At the Deer Valley location, the crust was crisp and chewy. At this location, it was way too "airy". Not a bad pizza in any sense, but not nearly as good as Deer Valley. You can choose your choice of toppings included but not limited to varieties of protein, veggies, sauce, seasoning, etc. The pizzas here are very flavorful and good deal is that it just $8 something. One pizza is good for 1 person. They also have maccoroni, salad bowl, drinks etc. The service is fast, table are both inside and outside. Good for solo or family. Let's start with location: Tanger Outlets on the weekend = busy. All tables inside were taken. The outside patio was mostly sunny, for Phoenix even in winter it's not so appealing. This story is leading to busy = dirty. And that's understandable, the issue here is not a single person was in charge of cleaning ANYTHING, the trash was full, people left tables with their mess and one cleaned, where can you leave your trash if the place to put it, it is full? (yes, customers should also pick up their mess, no excuses here). The fountain drink was also a disaster. Since it's the weekend people know it's busy, so during those days there are more employees, and the number was adequate for the amount of customers. My pizza was somewhat burned and my husband's was perfect. No big issue here, since the ingredients looked fresh and good quality. But the service was lacking. So, take that note if you want to eat here during busy times. I'll take a picture next time. read more

Fired Pie is a fast/casual sort of build your own salad or pizza kind of place that also features a suggested menu in case you don't feel like making decisions. I've been to another one of the eight Fired Pie locations and had the pizza before and do prefer the salads from Fired Pie over the pizzas but that is just my preference and not necessarily yours. I picked the Field Greens with Roasted Vegetables Salad. I soon received a nice big fresh salad with lots of vegetables. I particularly liked the roasted peppers and sun-dried tomatoes in my salad, they were cold but still tasty. My husband had the Steak and Blue Salad. He said it was pretty good but would have liked it better if they warmed up the meat in his salad. Oddly a meatball was found in his salad. Well I guess it was a free bonus like a prize in Cracker Jack because he ate it and we weren't charged extra for the cold meatball. This place is brand new and the people working there have to read instructions on how to make the salads so bear with them. At the time of this review 10-26-14 There is nothing better to eat at Tanger Outlets unless you want to eat the sandwiches next door from that popular chain that carries spongy chicken and soft fluffy fresh baked YOGA MAT bread. Stopped in for dinner with some friends. I opted to do the build your own pizza which honestly the best deal if you want a unique creation, which I did. I was without my kiddos and "cheese" only so I wanted to get my favorites. I did the normal 11" crust although my friend who got the cauliflower crust (gluten free option) said hers was really good, just like a thinner crisper crust option. I love the fact that you have a nice variety of cheeses (I opted for mozzarella, feta and Parmesan) I then added on pepperoni and both types of olives and banana peppers. The pizza came out really fast and it was so good I ended up eating the whole thing all by myself. I will definitely be back again. read more

We love the pizza and I come for their delicious salad so as we were ordering our food I noticed two of my daughters talking his ear off so not wanting them to bug him I told them to leave him alone and I was sorry they were bugging him, his sweet reply was don't worry their not bugging me and he proceeds to hand my girls cookies which totally made their day so thank you for going out of your way to not only let my girls talk your ear off but also for taking the time to actually listen and engage in conversation with them. The Chipotle of Pizza I went to Fired Pue for dinner last night with my sister and nephew. Fired Pie has a concept, which is similar to Chipotle. You create your very own pizza masterpiece. Fired Pie offers a good selection of fresh meats, cheeses, and vegetables. You walk up to the counter and walk down the line. As you walk down the line you tell the Pizza cooks what to add to your pizza. The price remains the same reguardless of what or how many topping you add to your pizza. The line wasn't very long, three others in front of us, but seemed to be moving extremely slow in comparison to other Fired Pie locations I have visited. I ordered a pie with tomato sauce, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, pepperoni and spicy sausage. My sister and nephew ordered similar but with a couple of topping changes. Our pizza's came out within 15 minutes. I enjoyed my pizza. My sister and nephews pizza's were slightly over done however they ate them. Prices are modest and service was fast read more
