I explained that I was driving from florence explained to them. I had about six large trash bags full of baby clothes. They said as long as I was here before 7:30 there would be able to help me and cash me out the same night when I arrive by the time I walk in and a young girl behind the counter says yeah, we're not taking those bags. I said I just drove from Florence. I called you three times before coming to make sure I got the same answers to my question before driving all the way out here. I explained that I had a lot of bags. She interrupted me and says no you didn't you said you had bins.... Which I definitely did not say the first time I called not the second time I called and definitely not the third time I called. She was very rude. Took everything in me not to be rude back had to walk away and shop for some items for a little bit will never be back to this location. I shop once upon a child weekly was my first time to this location. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS!!!!!! The service they provide is second to none in the retail industry. I was in the store trying to find a last minute dress for my 5yr old's school dance, and ended up finding hidden gems, one after another! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! I noticed every single customer was always greeted and helped in the most welcoming and sincerest way possible. I just went there today and there were 2 sales ladies in the store. Jenifer was the one that helped me and she was unenthusiastic, but friendly. The other lady was just flat out rude. I thought she was rude enough to enter in the address to this location and voice my feelings about it on yelp. She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn't greet me coming in and didn't bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register. So, maybe I'm just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that's why I shop consignment. I guess wasn't the same company they're probably use to catering to...which are moms in designer garb and fake tans. Oh well. At least I walked away with a really cute outfit...on sale! :)

In my opinion, they are very, very reasonable. Go and see for yourself! The manager, Kate, is incredibly helpful as well as the other staff she has. I usually only deal with her though. She remembers me not only by my first name but also my last name, which is definitely not a common name. Totally blew me away the first time she did it! I have been buying Naartjie clothing online since my 11-year-old daughter was an infant. I was very excited when we moved to Gilbert and there was a store here. I have been nothing but happy with their customer service and selection.

About 5 minutes later, Diane appeared and explained to me the storewide sale they were having. She pointed out many items/. I really appreciated this as several items I was interested in were 40% off! As I made my way through the store, I watched as Diane worked tirelessly in a very warm store. Evidently the air conditioning was not working properly. This did not stop her. I purchased 4 or 5 items all because of Diane. I have been in management a great many years and I can tell you, Diane is an employee that needs to be recognized. She relates to customers well and is aware of store inventory and sales. The other woman working in the store that day could learn several lessons from Diane. Well done Kirklands. I'd say Diane needs a promotion and a raise.
