A week later, the manager called saying they double booked and needed to move the time. Fine--we adjusted. Then 20 minutes later, she called again saying they double booked again and needed to change it a second time. At that point, I canceled the reservation. Since then, I've spent the last three weeks emailing and leaving voicemails for corporate with zero response. No follow-up, no accountability. Really disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

She was incredibly patient, friendly, and really took the time to make sure my granddaughter felt comfortable and excited throughout the whole process. Jaelyn explained everything clearly, helped us choose the perfect slime mix-ins, and made the experience feel special instead of rushed. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that energy made a big difference. My granddaughter hasn't stopped talking about it since, we'll definitely be coming back!

We visited on Saturday morning, and although the store wasn't very big, they had plenty of items. Everything was VERY well organized by gender and age. They also had all the upcoming holiday outfits displayed for easier buying. We found a good amount of sets for the impending summer for about $75. The checkout was fairly fast as well, and we were out of there. Take note though: they are a bagless store, so make sure you bring in your bags if you don't do that already!
