Anytime I go in person, I purchase a few pieces and I just eat too much of the fudge but it is difficult to say no to the candy store staff. So, I always say yes. of course I would enjoy a small sample. My favorite is the dark chocolate fudge. yummy for my tummy ... The seven layer peanut butter pie is decadent.

Z Cioccolato continues to be one of my absolute favorite spots in San Francisco. The fudge alone is…read moreworth the visit -- insanely rich, smooth, and packed with flavor -- but what really sets this place apart is how creative and unique those flavors are. You can tell there's real thought and craftsmanship behind everything they make. I overheard that they've created over 200 flavors of fudge - all my grandma made was chocolate walnut! Beyond the product itself, the shop is always spotless, well-organized, and inviting. It feels intentional and cared for, which makes the experience that much better. I've been coming here for years, and honestly, it's impressive how the quality and overall experience have only gotten better over time rather than slipping. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and happy to help -- whether you're sampling (you can sample as much as you want!), asking questions, or just browsing. You never feel rushed, and it's clear they genuinely care about what they're selling and the people walking through the door. If you're looking for exceptional fudge, thoughtful flavors you won't find everywhere else, and a shop that clearly takes pride in what it does, Z Cioccolato is a must. A true SF gem that keeps raising the (candy) bar.

He's a great teacher, a fun person and was full of energy and kept the program moving. I've already been receiving multiple comments from the participants, all who enjoyed their time at the event VERY MUCH! Chef Carlos was AMAZING! It was 1AM in Madrid and you would never know it from his abundant energy, fun personality and professional teaching skills. His camera angles showed us each step and he kept the show at a high, entertaining level. We were all VERY impressed. Our Cooking Event was a complete success! Thank you, Debbie, Chef Carlos and everyone at Cozymeal!!! I'm so glad I found YOU, Chef Carlos and Cozymeal and we were able to share this experience with my colleagues. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Very professional, very personal and very kind. The world needs more Debbies and Carloses!!!

That is not what happened. There was essentially no hands-on cooking. My wife and I repeatedly asked how we could help, and the only participation we were given was washing lettuce and chopping a small amount of pepper. There was no meaningful instruction, no real teaching, and very little engagement. The ingredients were also very disappointing for the price. Store-bought tortilla chips were used despite the menu advertising homemade chips. The carne asada was supposed to include chimichurri, but it was seasoned with store-bought seasoning from a jar and no actual chimichurri was prepared. I contacted Cozymeal immediately with detailed feedback. After delays, they refused to refund the booking and offered only a 15% gift card toward another Cozymeal experience, which is useless because I would never use them again. This was an awful experience and Cozymeal did not stand behind it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this platform.

I had to email him that we were waiting for him to start the zoom. I let this slide the first time because things happen. But when we had a second meeting with him he was 15 minutes late AGAIN with no heads up and I had to email him again that we were waiting for him to start the zoom. He tried to shrug it off and made the excuse that things run late. At this stage we still had questions about the proposal that he really only half answered. We were really confused with the proposal. He explained to us they work by estimating the cost of all the components of your event and that's what you pay them plus an exorbitant fee. Like if we're paying $4K for lounge furniture, they won't give you details on what exactly you're getting before you pay them. After we asked for an updated proposal with our asks, he emailed back that our date was booked and they couldn't help with our event. The audacity. (Mind you, we were about to shell out $20K for a 40 person picnic for 4 hours.) He gave us zero warning or heads up that our date could have been booked or was not on hold for us. This was a huge waste of time and left us back at square one with only 3 weeks left to plan our company event. The way Luis have conducted himself was extremely unprofessional. I would expect for someone who is the founder of the company to have sound business practices and better client management skills.
