I've been a resident of The Christopher since early 2022, and while the building itself has visual appeal and a great location, the lived experience over the past few years has been consistently disappointing--and, frankly, misaligned with the luxury standard this property markets. Amenities are routinely inoperable for long stretches of time (elevators, grills, pool deck, and more recently, the gym A/C). What's more concerning is the pattern: issues are often addressed only after they break--not proactively managed. Communication is frequently delayed or vague, with "updates" arriving weeks after problems begin. And the inconsistency in cleanliness and upkeep in common areas suggests a broader breakdown in management oversight. Maintenance inside the units is similarly uneven. Repairs are delayed, patched rather than fixed, and rarely followed up on without repeated requests. I raised legitimate concerns about grout damage, shower slope issues, and paint deterioration--all of which were acknowledged but remained unresolved for weeks, if not months. In one case, I was told to clean with baking soda and vinegar in a unit I was paying premium rates for. It took over six weeks and multiple escalations--including to regional and executive leadership--just to receive a lease renewal offer that aligned with market rates. And even then, critical maintenance items were used as leverage to push for lease signature, rather than as a gesture of standard service. I've since decided not to renew and requested a waiver of the 60-day notice given the pattern of delays, lack of follow-through, and the overall erosion of trust. I don't write this review lightly--but I do hope it offers insight to future residents who value transparency, consistency, and accountability in the places they call home. read more

******WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE -THE MOVE OUT COSTS I just moved out of this apartment after living here for three years, and honestly I had a good experience the first two years, but the last year I lived here it went COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. I first want to start by saying we just moved out and received over $800 dollars in repair charges. The apartment has the cheapest possible "wood" floors. My husband and I never wore shoes in our apartment and had no pets or kids. Neither of us work from home. The floors would chip so easily if you even dropped a small book or spilled a little water they would bubble. They told us at move out the floors have a ten-year life span which is a complete lie. Well, turns out if you even drop one plate or something falls out of the fridge the floor will completely scratch and chip off the varnish. The management will then tell you they can't fix a specific area and charge you $700 dollars to refinish THE ENTIRE FLOOR! - THE GARAGE is shared with the public. So anyone going to the Henry, North Italia, Mavericks Games, Stars games, all use the same parking garage. This means there are multiple break ins pretty regularly. For the price you're paying for the apartment you would think they'd have a "resident only" parking garage. My husband had his catalytic converter stolen over the weekend and there are no regularly placed cameras so there is no way to give evidence when you file a police report and it will all fall on your insurance. - THE NOISE We faced Happiest Hour up on the 21st floor and thought we'd be high enough to avoid the noise. We could easily hear all the party music at the Happiest Hour and Te Deseo on the weekends until 2am. There are also motorcycles, emergency vehicles, and loud cars that echo through the tall buildings and it almost amplifies the sound into the apartment. Happiest Hour and the American Airlines Center hold concerts regularly and you can sing along to the words and feel your apartment shake because they don't regulate how loud the music is played. -THE ELEVATORS If you plan to make it to work on time, or you have a doctor's appointment in the middle of the day give yourself a thirty-minute buffer. The elevators are always broken and they only have three serving 30 floors. One is regularly reserved for 4 hours at a time for move in/outs. -THE AMENITY FEE They will hide a cost of an "amenity fee" of $150 a month which they say is for parking and amenities but really for how much you're paying in rent you would think they'd have enough to maintain their amenity spaces. A one bedroom apartment is only allowed one parking spot so if you and your significant other live there expect to pay another $50 for their parking (once again its PUBLIC so you have to hope you find a spot or you'll circle all the way to the 7th floor) -THE GYM is shared with the people in the Sales Force building so it can get very packed with more than just residents and if you hit the gym after 5pm or during lunch time you'll see a lot of the workers from there have a private entrance directly in the Christopher's gym. -THE POOL Always crowded and they don't put restrictions on guests so some people would bring 7 or 8 friends and there was no one verifying that they had too many guests. So good luck finding a place at the pool when you're paying all that rent -THE HOT WATER During the fall/winter months we had to limit our showers to less than ten minutes because you have an individual water tank and once it ran out of water you were out of luck. My husband and I had to space out our showers by an hour. Seriously please spend your money somewhere else. My husband and I just moved out and it couldn't come fast enough. We lived at The Christopher for a year and a half, and at first really enjoyed the building. Management changed and it went extremely downhill, to the point that we broke our lease. If you value your safety, cleanliness and money, don't move here. We experienced shootings in the garage, constant filth around the property from pet waste in the halls to elevators that reek of weed, loud and violent neighbors (cops were called to their unit) to completely neglectful management. No one followed COVID restrictions or protocols. There are so many beautiful, well maintained properties in Dallas at this price point, I would choose elsewhere. read more

Well, I have not read into the Christopher yet and I am moving next week but I just read a review and I have to say I'm pretty surprised I've been working with Trinity and I can tell you I am a high maintenance person. I'm a little older I've had numerous surgeries. I'm doing a last-minute move And it's been really a lot for me to deal with and she has done nothing but go out of her way and be kind and thoughtful and I've been down there four times no matter who I see or talk to have been extremely nice so I am really surprised to hear that review. I would highly recommend choosing a different apartment building. Right after we renewed our lease our master bathroom flooded the closet and the unit below ours. It was obviously not the first time there had been water damage to the unit. After speaking with others water damage seems to be a common occurrence. My young daughters have had lingering coughs and their doctor brought it to our attention that it could be where we live that is causing it. As parents very concerned for the health and safety of their girls we chose to break our lease we just renewed as soon as we found a place to move. Truly feels like they just put band aids on the issues in the apartments vs actually fixing them. We had no intention of moving until the flooding took place and we were able to pinpoint what was causing our daughters' health issues. We have not lived in the apartment for a month now and our girls' lingering coughs are completely gone. It was not until we found a place to move that the management even offered to move us into a different unit. At this point, we wouldn't feel safe putting our kids in any apartment in the building because water damage seems to be a common theme. A breakdown of the flooding timeline, the unit below us notice water dripping from the ceiling so they resealed our shower and we could not use it for a few days. Then while I was in the shower after it was "fixed" I come out to quite a few missed calls from both the Christopher and my husband(who was at work at the time). I called the concierge to be yelled at and told maintenance is coming into my unit and to put clothes on. As a young woman home alone with her children it is a very uneasy feeling to be spoken to this way and then have men I do not know come into my apartment late at night. The unit below ours had water gushing out of the ceiling our master closet completely flooded and the baseboards even in the entryway to our apartment were damaged by the water. The baseboards in our master closet also showed previous water damage maintenance told us. When I brought this to managements attention if there was previous damage she said she'd look into it and of course never contacted us. read more

I have lived here for almost 3 months, an adequate amount of time to review the property. I've lived in several high rise apartments, so I have a decent lens of which to review. Below are a few pros/cons for consideration: PROS: Location. Easy to access highway, central location and restaurants nearby. The Tom Thumb is a plus, too. Very convenient. Decor: The Christopher has a nice finish out in the apartment homes and the common areas are decorated nicely, too. 24-hr Concierge & Valet: Nice touch, although there is lots of inconsistency in how they serve the community. CONS: Cleanliness. For a luxury apartment (and we very much pay for it), I expect a greater attention to detail and consistency in how the building, elevators, and halls look. I have complained numerous times about the unsightly stains, wall discoloration on my floor, and general dirty smell. I don't expect to get on an elevator and see/smell the remnants of days old dirt. They have recently changed companies, but the stains on my floor have been there the entire time I've lived there. It isn't enough to sweep/mop. Floors should be scrubbed if the stains are still there. Ultimately, this is the deal breaker for me and will cause me to look elsewhere when my lease is up. The community is growing super fast, and it seems like a struggle to keep up with the commitment to service and cleanliness that attracted me to The Christopher. Parking. We share parking with the restaurant customers and business and we all clamor for a decent spot. Oftentimes, people attending events at the AAC, valet, which takes up spots, too. It's also a safety concern with non-residents having access to where we park/live. Those are my thoughts and it's nothing I haven't shared with personnel. The leasing team is the most unprofessional I've ever experienced for a luxury apartment.Trinity could have played Samual L Jackson's character in Django Unchained with flying colors as she treats African Americans TERRIBLY! She dates the residents and does not address or acknowledge you on the elevators nor your visitors. She sat there and said not a word to several of my visitors as they waited for me to come down to the lobby. Dating the residents may be permitted but it sets a very unprofessional tone! Cristian is super sassy and the STAFF his counterparts will tell you that he treats the women like crap and talks down to us but far too timid to express that same energy on male residents! He does not know his job and I've had to escalate to the regional manager. The regional manager was very helpful however I was frightful of the continual mistreatment and that I'd have to contribute to escalate. I've had to reach out to her and complain 5 times in regards to his negligence.FIVE! Linsey - I've never heard so many VOCAL complaints from staff in my life!!! It's insane for her management to be that bad where her staff complains to residents. This is none of my freaking business and I as a resident shouldn't be pulled into it!! As soon as she came on, one of the top concierge Rita left!! Her team all complains she isn't a team player. The apartments facing Happiest Hour is loooooouuuuuuuuuddddddd loud, the windows are not sound proof, they are also very drafty! Thursday through Sunday be prepared to jam out with their tunes as there is zero way around it. You will not a have a quiet peaceful night due to those Uber loud clubs. If you're facing downtown side you will hear Taco Lingo until 11pm weekdays and 2am weeknights FYI. Free Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby that is rarely deep cleaned an oddly they offer no creamer. My visitors often avoided valet service's- their commentary is that they felt it was overused and there was a long wait. my vehicle was hit in the garage the first day of moving in. Allegedly there are cameras however NOTHING was done and no footage produced. Imagine coming out to your car that was perfect when parked and damaged when you return and you're paying $150 a month! The parking garage is shared with the union so it's mega stuffy and anxiety filled in there. The residents will tell you over and over again that this new management is and was the DECLINE of the Christopher. Having to deal with Cristian's unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge to do his job was a pain in the arse! He argued with me when I ran out of parking tickets, he will also speak over you like he is going to war. Then he was cc'd on corporate emails he would remove the corporate staff from the thread when he noticed his errors. I'd add them back so they could see what service residents paying $3k a month were getting. When I left I was charged for items that were already destroyed prior to me moving in. Again, I had to escalate to corporate and the charges thankfully were removed. These apartments are far too expensive to nickel and dime the way they do when you move out. Like seriously, they should be able to afford it! It took a whopping TWO MONTHS for me to get my $2k deposit back! From what I hear there are still no improvements from the leasing staff! From what They are giving incentives to residents to leave positive reviews. The rates are very high and the elevators are often down. I've missed Pilates and yoga classes, late for interviews and work also. This staff is soooooo horrible this is the level of service you'd expect from Moda a mid lower quality across the street their sister property but even their team is more professiona - I have friends that live there read more

First, I absolutely love this apartment community. Morgan provided one of the best apartment tours I have ever experienced. She was very informative and followed up with questions quickly! The apartments advertised and committed to me that valet hours were 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM and that the service was complimentary. We pay a hefty amenity fee in addition to the luxury level rent. So a week ago (1/10/20), we were notified that the management was offering a new "amenity" to handle our packages. I immediately started researching the service and quickly became frustrated. First, you have to list your shipping address to the company's physical address for FETCH(located in a very sketchy part of Dallas). I decided to email FETCH and ask for cut off times for deliveries. If they don't have your package by 4:30 PM, you won't get it until THE NEXT DAY during their first delivery window of 12:00 PM-2:00 PM. Please see the attached screenshot of the email from FETCH. I emailed the manager two days ago expressing my concerns and asking how this "amenity" is adding value to our apartment community. As of this writing, they have not responded. So when they write the generic "we'd love to hear your concerns and ideas, stop by the office," how about you tell the manager to respond to my email or call me. To add insult to injury, we were notified today (1/10/20) that the complimentary valet and hours were changing. They reduced the hours from 7:00 AM-11:00 PM DAILY to Mon-Sat 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Sun 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM. Also, the service is no longer complimentary. Guests will now have to pay $7 to park. Oh, but they even offered that we could pre-purchase validated tickets for $5. And if you are wondering, there is NO parking for guests anywhere near this building unless they pay. I am now wondering what other downgrades the management will inflict upon this apartment community and its residents. If these new "amenities" were in place when I toured the building, I would not have even bothered to look at any apartments. Unfortunately, management decided to force these new downgrades down our throats. The promised dog area that was supposed to be done last year is no where in sight. The building is situated next to a 5 lane freeway like road called Harry Hines. If you want a small area for your dog to run in, good luck in crossing! The concierge staff is fantastic. I have no complaints about the actual team. The apartment community is beautiful, and the apartments are nice (very pricey). So, if you: *have no friends *never have guests over, or *never order anything from online and have packages shipped to you THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY IS FOR YOU! Unfortunately, I still have over a year in my lease; however, I plan not to renew. ******** Update: The apartments have reversed course on guest parking. The valet hours will still remain shortened, however guests can valet for free. The apartments have opened a decent covered dog relief area in the garage. Also, there is a nice doggy spa (cleaning and drying stations). I am still hoping they trash the FETCH delivery service. If they would ditch fetch, this place would be almost perfect (just need to clean the public areas better). read more

Was told there is recycling, I was even shown the trash shoot with recycling button on my tour. Called today because I would push the recycle button, but could not distinguish that it was working. I was told that they don't recycle and there is no plan to begin. May not have moved here if I had know.... Other than that, I really like the Christopher. Very pretty and clean. Great location. No trouble with parking. Employees do a good job. Counter tops are imitation quartz and scratch very easy...so do the floors. As you can expect from the location, happiest hour and the construction make it noisy, but ear plugs fix this. read more

Although I do love the amenities and location, this building has very consistent problems. First, when I signed a lease here, I was told the dog run would be open in a few weeks. Its still not open and today I was told that's the last thing they're going to complete - at the end of the year!!! If you own a dog, do not move here. The building is located next to a 5-lane busy street and you have walk across that street to find a small area for your dog. There are currently no cross walk signals for this... Second, only one elevator works so there's an extremely long wait time. Third, what they definitely don't tell you is that these amenities are shared by The Union - That means the commercial building next door and the hotel underneath. Touring The Christopher was an experience. Starting with the beautiful front desk and lobby, to the elegant garden and pool overlooking The Union restaurants, and the well designed apartment suites, I was impressed the entire time. The building is immaculate upon entry and stunning from the outside, but this is a building you have to see throughout for yourself to fully grasp its elegance and grandeur. Make sure you meet with Chris Darbey, from the leasing team, to have him show you around; you will not be disappointed. We decided last minute to stop by unexpectedly where we were met warmly by Chris. He is flowing with fun positive energy, impeccable customer service, and patience. I bombarded him with questions about the area and property, which he was more than happy to discuss at length throughout the tour. Chris made the experience come to life, and we look forward to moving in soon and enjoying it! read more

First off, want to say that Chris was a great help finding our new home at The Christopher! Personable, funny, and friendly, he answered all our questions and patiently helped us pick out the unit with the best view and natural light. The apartments themselves are simply lovely. Gorgeous fixtures, details, and features. Glass enclosed walk in tub and shower?? Niiice. Plus, trying to downsize, it's helpful to have so many built- in features such as the desk and pass through island table= Less furniture! The Tom Thumb grocery is not some 7-11 downtown mini convenience store. It's huge and so convenient, directly attached to our home. Keyless access throughout is a wonderful bonus for a tech lover, like me. Easy to come home without fumbling for keys. Concierge package handling will be a huge relief from the terrible experiences we've had at other downtown homes. It was a gamble ordering anything online. Now there's a centralized place to manage it all. The parking garage is directly accessible from the lower floors which is a great improvement from my previous high rise home which required more walking and two elevator trips. Plus electric charging stations for my Tesla. I haven't even discussed all the amenities-happy hours, breakfast, spa days, car detailing, walking distance to museums, restaurants, and entertainment...Could go on and on. Bottom line, we're excited and looking forward to moving in. Only wish it was sooner. read more

First of all, this is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever toured and the amenities are amazing. From the gym to the full service bar, I was simply amazed. Meg Ott....remember that name! She is the best! Down to Earth, extremely personable and just an all around great person! If you're looking for an amazing place to live in Dallas, Google "Christopher at the Union" get the number and/or email and ask for Meg and you wont be disappointed! Please believe it...Believe It Please!!!! The Christopher at the Union is a great building with amazing apartments, crazy dope views and just an energy that is enticing. From the valet attendants, to the concierges, to the grounds staff and the leasing team...everyone is really cool and personable. I moved from the East Coast to Dallas a few weeks ago and not knowing much about Dallas and where to live, I took some recommendations from a few friends that I have here and I made the decision to make The Christopher my home! If any one reading this review knows anything about moving...you know that it can be a living hell however; Meg helped my transition to be a great one. A few things that I love about Meg and my apartment search: 1. Meg respected my budget! She showed places that were at the top, middle and bottom of my budget and I loved that. Meg wasn't trying to oversell on something...she listened to what I wanted , what I needed and presented options for me to decide and I really appreciated that. I was searching other apartment buildings in the area and some were cool others weren't but I felt at some of the places some of the leasing agents didn't respect my budget and only showed me places that were at the top and over my budget. 2. Meg gave me the space and time to feel out the different apartments after she presented the details of each and that was amazing. I didn't feel pressure or rushed or like I was being followed around, Meg allowed me to get a feel for each apartment she showed me. 3. Meg's response time was amazing! Whatever I needed whether it was big or small Meg took care of me. For example before I moved in, I asked Meg via a phone call if she thought my king bed would fit comfortably in my apartment bedroom...Meg asked me the measurements of my bed and what else I planned to have in my room and then Meg went and measured the bedroom and sent some pictures for visual confirmation. With Meg hooking me up with those pictures it helped me with packing up and having to be less worried If all my stuff from my old bedroom would fit comfortably into my new one. Ok, I can go on and on about my experience but I know how people's attention spans work so I will end it here...hell Im surprised that I took the time to write this with mine attention span being comparable to a goldfish... but hey I was happy to share my experience with the Christopher and more importantly Meg Ott! The saga continues here at The Christopher. Now when you walk out the front door, we are met with a sour oder that apparently is from the trash shoot. Then when you walk down the sidewalk because the pet area is so horrible you have to walk down the front of the building smelling pee because no one seems to think they should wash it a few times a day. I truly don't know if anyone cares about the people that live here. read more

Absolutely love living at the Christopher! I moved here not knowing anyone in Dallas, and thanks to the Apartment Life team (Britney and Kayln) I found instant friends and connections! They host great events and have done an amazing job at bringing everyone together to be more than just neighbors. There are good & bad things about living at the Christopher. Overall, I'm pretty excited to move out in a couple months - but I wanted to share things that I wish we'd known before we moved in here. The good: - The staff is helpful, the concierge is really great & I've had mostly good experiences whenever we needed help or had questions (with a couple exceptions, discussed later). - The apartment itself is very nice - we live in one of the larger 1br floorplans on the lower floors (floors 4-7). Floor to ceiling windows are great, the bathroom is very large & nice. Kitchen is well appointed. - We chose this floor because we wanted the larger footprint & didn't want to have to get in an elevator every time we wanted to leave the building - it is nice to be able to park near our apartment. - Location is nice. Living above a grocery store is very convenient. The bad: - We are glad we don't live on the higher floors, because we rarely have 3 working elevators - there is usually one down for maintenance, another booked up for people moving in/out. Waiting time for the main elevators isn't great. - The parking garage is really bad. There aren't any mirrors to see who is coming your way, it is pretty narrow (especially the turns around corners), and it feels like every time we are going up or down there is a good chance we hit someone or they hit us. We also share the garage with Salesforce & the other retail here (restaurants, mostly). It is a chaotic place to drive around. The ugly: - The noise level in this apartment is pretty absurd, given the price level which is certainly not cheap. Where does the noise come from? You name it. - The door to the balcony is far from insulated, so we can hear voices from the restaurants downstairs pretty clearly. There are always loud groups of people & always people screaming in the area below. - The Henry (which we love... ) hired a DJ for the weekends sometime last year, and they blast music every Friday & Saturday until early morning. The bedroom does not do a good job insulating us from the music here, and whether from the Henry or Taco Lingo, we are constantly hearing some form of bass music most of the time in the afternoon/evening. The Christopher team has said they would try to talk to them, but ultimately nothing has changed and possible out of their control. Taco Lingo plays their music right below us throughout different days & times (including Taco Tuesday). - Worst of all, we have been woken up countless (literally countless... I'd have to go through & read every email I've sent, with videos, pictures, recordings) times in the middle of the night from CONSTRUCTION or from A MAN WITH A LEAF BLOWER. Times and recordings have ranged from 1am to 3:30am. The construction in the restaurants below, where they are jackhammering, sawing, etc. sounds like its literally being done in the room next to us because of the beam structure of the building. The concierge wasn't aware that any construction was taking place the first time, so it took us & them about 30 minutes in the middle of the night to even figure out what was happening. They have done construction in the middle of the night more times than I can count, and I have video recordings of it. Just last night, at 2am, I was woken up to the sound of a leaf blower. I just don't understand why that's necessary, and the Christopher team once again hasn't really been able to figure out / explain / fix the situation. Every time the answer ultimately is: "We will check with the property manager for the Union" and no resolution has been met. Overall, I would not have signed up to live here knowing what I know now. Our biggest issues are the parking & the noise level from the apartment. The difficulty is that there is basically no way to foresee the noise issue (especially from the mid-night construction). So, this was the best way to notify future residents. read more

I toured more than 16 high rises and apartments in the Victory Park/Uptown area and chose to call Christopher my home. The grandeur and the elegance with a homely touch made me have an instant connection with this place. The staff which includes the valet, concierge, leasing, housekeeping and the apartment life team are always thriving to make sure the residents are happy. Makes me wanna come home. Period. Top 5 things I love about Christopher 1. The Apartment Life - The apartment life team hosts events, fitness classes, happy hours, breakfasts, brunches and various different activities for the residents multiple times a month. The team is led by Britney and Kayln who go above and beyond to make these events successful. It is because of the apartment life team that I am truly enjoying The Christopher. I will tell you why. I love meeting new people and making more friends and connections, so in a high rise you either meet people in the elevators, lobbies and/or at the events which the apartment life hosts, and by far I have made so many wonderful friends in just 2 months and some business connections that it is unreal and hard to keep up (definitely a good problem to have lol). I am super impressed with Kayln's and Britney's passion for event management, location selection and all the hard work they put in to make sure no stone is left unturned. They are perfectionists. This tunnel is exclusively for the Christopher residents. I am enjoying the hermit life hahaha. Last minute party at my place?? no problem, Tom Thumb in the building saves the day lol 3. Location, Location and Location- Conveniently located in the middle of most of the bars, restaurants and fitness studios in west village, cedar springs, victory park, south victory, arts district, klyde warren, katy trail and downtown.. You name the place, and you can either walk or take a bird bike + The traffic around the building is not obstructed by the AA center events = Perfect Location!! 4. Super courteous staff - The staff including the valet, concierge and leasing are all very courteous, friendly and at the same time very professional. Always welcoming you with a smile. 5. Build Quality and Amenities- The building is very well kept, the housekeeping staff is always mopping the lobbies. Gym is perfectly equipped with good machines and is kept clean. Pool has a great view with cabanas and the resident lounge has a bar. I've lived here for 2 years and am glad I chose to resign! The main reasons I chose to resign my lease was because the new managers here really care to listen to the residents, allow the amenities to be open longer, the apartment life team (Britney and Kalyn) goes above and beyond, ex: hosting some type of free meal give away or drink give away about 3 times a month, checks in on you, helps when you're away from your place, the maintenance team here goes above and beyond and our new concierges really care to help. What I pay here is worth it due to the level of service. read more

I moved from SoCal to Dallas 2 weeks ago, and could not be more happy with my decision to make The Christopher my new home! First, Rosa was very helpful in not only finding me the right unit initially, but switching me to an even better one last minute. I hadn't seen my unit until I arrived, and then was blown away at the quality of fixtures and views. Second, I am in my mid-30's so community is important, as I don't want to feel like I'm in college again. The people I am meeting are very friendly, inclusive, and likeminded professionals. Not to mention the staff!! Wow, they are so responsive, and never make you feel like you're a burden for asking a question. Plus, they are really cool to chat with. Finally, the location is hands-down, perfect. Bonus, there is a bar on the 8th floor... Just sayin'! ;-) Cheers y'all. read more

I love my apartment and the concierge staff. However, in less than the (6) months the building is cutting back on amenities and they are not delivering on promises. The apartments originally came with valet service from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. We were recently notified that the valet hours are changing from 7:00AM to 10:00PM and 12:30 to 6:30 on Sunday. Additionally, parking has been free for guests and all of a sudden they started charging $7. The building was also supposed to have a car service, but no news on that. The building recently announced that we have a new service called Fetch. We will no longer be permitted to have packages delivered to the building. We will have to schedule with Fetch and have very short delivery windows. This is completely unacceptable. The building was also supposed to have an area for computers. I have been told that this is not going to happen. The building has a hefty amenity fee and this is not acceptable to downgrade services as it what was supposed to be an exclusive building. I have contacted the corporate office in the hopes that they rectify the situation. read more

The Christopher is beautiful, fantastic and in the heart of it all. Better yet, the people living here are amazing. There's an organization called Apartment Life that is run in our building by two of the residents, Britney and Kaylin. They host awesome happy hours, brunches, classes and other get togethers for the residents at no charge to us. We all get to meet, chat and find out more about each other. I've never made so many friends in such a short period of time! There's never any trouble drumming up some fun if I'm looking for something to do. It's been a blessing! read more

Downtown living at it's best! I am currently looking around downtown Dallas for a new place to call home. I have looked at several places and this property is definitely at the top of my list so far. The property is beautiful with upscale finishes, appliances and views that I can definitely see my fiance and myself waking up to every morning. I am also very big on customer service on where I choose to call home. I had the pleasure of meeting Junior Venegas as he toured me around the property and answered all of my many questions. Been living in a two bedroom at The Christopher since 11/2019 with a good buddy of mine and both of us have loved it. We've been especially impressed with The Apartment Life Team of Britney & Kayln. One of the big reasons we chose to live here was the opportunity to meet people in the community and Britney & Kayln have done an incredible job of organizing events (even during the pandemic!) that are super fun and make all the residents feel very welcome. We renewed our lease and are looking forward to continuing to see what they have planned next! read more

In my humble opinion, I have moved to the best place in Dallas! It is good to have a nice apartment. It is priceless to move into a great community. the Cares team at the Christopher has really made the move an easy transition and the living experience welcoming. I have enjoyed breakfast donuts on the go (I should not have, but I did) and Craft coffee/tea cocktails as a welcome home Happy hour. OH MY GOODNESS.... Where do I even begin... CHRIS DARBEY. Chris has single handedly made moving to The Christopher our best decision yet! My fiancé and I had been apartment shopping for what seemed like forever, when we finally ended up at The Christopher. Let me tell you, Chris is SUCH a breath of fresh air. He is warm, genuine, and super professional. He didn't oversell ( which honestly isn't even possible because this High Rise has it all), but never once did we feel deceived or pressured. Chris was consistent, and always delivered what he promised. He followed up with us, answered ALL of our questions, and even gave us his personal contact in case we needed help on move in day!! We are OVERWHELMED with how amazing this High-rise is. Not only are the amenities high quality, but the people they hired to work here are too. David, at concierge also goes above and beyond. He is so accommodating, helpful, pleasant, and polite. We couldn't be happier with our decision to lease at The Christopher!!! read more

I live here and i cannot be more disappointed, let me save you the time and headache. DO NOT MOVE HERE you will be just as disappointed...the management company has a bag FULL of ideas that will grind your gears! let me explain to you two of the most recent ideas they had. ** Guest parking... Part of the wonderful sales pitch and fee charged for the amenities valet is free for the guests and the resident... once the building started to fill up they realized that they over promised and could not keep up with the overwhelming amount of people moving in. so they send an email to everyone with "update" to the valet policy and implement a $X charge for all guests and adjust the hours of operation for valet.... so if you mother is coming to visit you at your luxury apartment she would have to PAY to valet, because she cant really park herself because there is not "plenty of guest parking" like they promised during the tour.... but after myself and many other residents expressed some concerns they then sent out another brilliant "update" and said that they are sticking with the changes with hours of valet but no one needs to pay anymore.... *** Packages.... they sent another BRILLIANT "update" with a BRAND NEW IDEA FROM THE FANTASTIC IDEA BAG! instead of using your address to order your items you have to use a third party delivery address (FETCH) again, because they did not think this through and are unable to properly manage a growing high rise building and due to the inability to generate creative ideas to solve problems they choose to complicate and confuse instead..... if you cant sell them confuse them right? so.... instead of using your address (that is tied to every payment method and financial institution you have) you have to use a new address for all things delivery. once you finally get past the process of check out and adding a second address, you will be notified that your PACKAGE has arrived.... mind you, if you choose to have over night delivery you may not receive your order overnight, because you MUST be available for one of the 4 times a day that they deliver to your building... so if you have a life and work you need to stop what you are doing to make sure that one of the times that they deliver is good for you.... this world class service may work for some of you, but it most certainly DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. i work DAY AND NIGHT and sometimes need what is coming in the mail ASAP! and on my own time. i cannot stop my day because it is convenient to this management company.... i cannot wait to see what this BAG OF IDEAS will bring out next.. i am considering options to relocate immediately now..i do not like to move but i choose to live my life on my own terms... read more

The Christopher has been the best building that I have lived in! I was looking for a building with a great community and the Christopher has that! Kalyn and Britney with the Apartment Life team always throw the best events and have done an excellent job on bringing the residents together. I have been able to build a community here. Brianna is also amazing in the leasing office and has helped me so much since I moved in! My apartment and the amenities are awesome and the building is so close to the alot of restaurants and the American Airlines Center. read more

Great location and nice people in management, however they do not seem to be able to enforce rules, especially re. non smoking. On weekends I can count on cutting my way through the smoke to my unit .several complaints but no real action except a " note" left on doors reminding folks of non smoking policy ( once I think)--additionally the building is severely under elevated,,,,, so, especially if you live on a higher floor during "move days" ---count on 5-10minute waits for elevators, no kidding...very frustrating .Premium price for sub premium experience. read more
