View out front. I'm told this was an actual bank over a century ago! They still have the original vault and window bars.

This is a great little lounge with its own beers on tap! Their vault houses a small but nice collection of cigars and the ambiance has that small-town friendly vibe. The customer service I received was genuine and they certainly appreciate the military and veterans here. Swing by Buda and get to know some of their friendly locals!

The Cigar Vault in Buda, Tx is a great out of the way stop that takes you back to the old cigar rooms of the past. They offer refreshments and comfy leather seating to just sit back and enjoy your smoke. A solid selection of the old standby cigars like Rocky's, Padron's and Fuentes, and they even had a few Acids as well as other lesser known brands. They offered solid advice on choices, and I found a few I wanted to try out with a new single malt Texas whiskey (reviews on both cigars and whiskey later). Anytime I can find an unpretentious cigar shop, I do it. I've grown tired of the big city, hipster joints that have opened up all over. I feel many of them are run by snobs who value their customers by the money they spend. Enjoying a good cigar and a couple fingers of good rye whiskey shouldn't cost you a day's salary. I've had just as much fun smokin' 50 cent cigars and shots of George Dickel as I have smoking $50 Cubans and $250 glasses of Louis XIII. As you age, life starts to become more about the little things as well as the things we do with those we love. So get out there and support the smaller business owners that are sprouting up in towns all across our great land. There's nothing wrong with the super hip cigar bars as long as you have good friends and family to share it with. The Cigar Vault in Buda gets 4 stars because they didn't have my go to Rocky, but it was an exceptionally charming spot to stop.

Cool little place with great ambiance and a very nice selection of cigars. Veteran and First Responder friendly!

    Comfy leather chairs.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Regulars frequently get hugs. Very nice inside and outside seating. One of the best things about this small friendly Texas town.

This place is awesome!!! I was just "sight seeing" in downtown Buda and happened to stumble across this hidden gem. They took an old bank and converters the vault into their humidor. Their is plenty of indoor seating but for those die hard sports fans, they have an outdoor area with a big screen TV and ample chairs and tables. During the cold Texas winter, they even have an outdoor fireplace to sit by and stay warm. If you're lucky, you might be able to watch a soccer game with all the Irish men who are a great time! Beer on draft or in a can as well as wine are also available for purchase

    Cigar, beer, tv, leather, sports

Cannot say enough about this hidden gem. If you like cigars, this is the place to go. If you like pipe smoking, this is the place to go. If you like beer, this is the place to go. If you like wine, this is the place to go. It's all about the people. Nicest people I ever met. Welcoming, warm people that just want to kick back and chat. About anything. From the staff to the patrons, it just feels like home. Try it- you'll love it. Best little spot in Buda. And hell, in Austin for that matter.

I have a approx. 100 year old Peak pipe that I would like to have reconditioned, Do you know any one who can do that?

Hello. We have someone who may be able to assist you. Long time pipe enthusiast who does this on the side. Not a business. If you can email me your contact information, I can share it with David, and the two of you can link up. My email is… Read more

It took me a minute to figure out where the humidor was thanks to some help from one of the ladies working there.

I've been in stores like this before and usually you have the kindest, most knowledgeable people. Apparently some new laws in Texas passed, so I get why the saleswoman was being careful about how to sell stuff, but she was super rude and vague and snobby about it. I personally just buy gummies for myself every once in a blue moon, so I'm not super knowledgeable about THC products overall. I've heard of things like "sativa" or "indica" but don't know off the top of my head what that means. but my friend wanted something smokable. I think legally you have to buy a vape for nicotine and then the product? But she assumed we knew that. Still don't know the rules. I gave a heads up to the saleswoman that my friend has never had any THC products before, and she's taking it for medical issues, and that we're kinda clueless about this stuff. I've gone into stores many times saying I am clueless and it's a normal experience for them to "dumb it down". The sales lady said how there was a raid down the street and how "we're asking the same questions over and over" and insinuated we were on something. To be clear, I was in the store first before my friend came in, so I did ask the same questions my friend ended up asking. We're two 30 to 40 year old women who haven't had a single substance. We just wanted answers. It was pretty offensive. She said go to another store, she's not comfortable selling to us, because "we keep asking the same questions." We were literally just trying to figure out what would be the weakest possible option, since she was new to this. Very basic questions. I know with gummies they have doses, wasn't sure about vapes. And we tried asking the same question in multiple ways and she kept shutting us down and freaking out about the new laws. I get it, be careful, but she wasn't listening AT ALL. I get that she can't give medical advice. We weren't asking for any. Imagine going to a restaurant that has wine and asking the difference between Merlot and Malbec, or what tannins are, or how much alcohol is in a glass...and the waitress telling you that you're drunk and need to leave. It was just really snobby, rude, and unprofessional.
