I normally don't leave reviews, and when I do they're normally positive reviews. This is not the case...and it's a long one because I want to be detailed. Please DON'T hire this company. I am truly disappointed and upset over the quality and efficiency of the cleaning service provided by this company. "Pattys team" was simply awful, unprofessional, and did not provide the move out deep cleaning I ultimately had to pay. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because Karla C (who I communicated mainly by text) was very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners arrived within the time frame provided and only two (from what I heard of their conversations it seemed as they were a couple). When they arrived they did a walk through of the apartment BEFORE starting to clean in order to inspect the condition and advised me it would take them 2-3 hours. Around 4.5 hours later I received a text from Karla saying the cleaners need more time due to "conditions of the home." The cleaners told her that my apartment was more work and dirtier than they expected and they attempted the charge me more money. The condition of my apartment was nothing more than a normal move out/deep cleaning. My apartment was completely empty and relatively clean. They DID NOT do a move out clean. I observed them since 1130 am and noticed that she has giving him instructions consistently on how to deep clean while she wasn't cleaning. At one point he was left alone to clean the small bathroom alone that he spent over an hour on. I'm was concerned at the efficiency of them. I was in the living room during a 40 min period taking apart one piece of furniture and observed them NOT clean anything beyond wiping down a counter. I also had a friend over who observed the same. They did not pull out the appliances to clean them, didn't clean the freezer, barely wiped down the baseboards despite telling me that they had to spend a significant amount of time on them. I had to go back and wipe down walls, cabinet doors, baseboards, and clean the freezer myself. Karla was receptive and when I sent her photos agreed that they did not provide the quality of work they allegedly normally offer. However I had to actually call her and request a reduction of rate in order to receive any response or discount. I was still charged $216 despite after informing Karla and going back and forth being provided an "$80 discount." When I turned over the apartment my leasing agent expressed her concerns over the cleaning quality and advised me she would be reaching out to the company to finish cleaning properly. The cleaners spent SIX HOURS in my apartment and did nothing beyond a normal cleaning. Then tried to argue with me when I expressed concerns. The girl also attempted to get me to pay her cash directly rather than waiting for the company to charge my card. It was all completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disappointing. It was a complete waste of money and time. I hired them because I wanted to support a local business, they had "fair" rates, and relatively decent reviews. I needed a move out clean and decided to give them a chance. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. I should have paid double the price for a larger professional corporation or company to handle my cleaning needs. read more

We had contacts via Yelp Project among a few other companies for a move-out cleaning. But our place looked really bad (as a renter trashed the place) and it will require more effort beyond normal. We were able to text photos and got a reasonable update with a schedule in 2 days. We also got a text before arrival and after completion. Patty's team came on time and worked really hard for several hours! The result was impressive. There were a few spots missed but it wasn't a big deal - overall conditions were already night and day difference. They cleaned everywhere including blinds, carpet, cabinets, bathroom, and most importantly kitchen. We have no issue with communication via texts. We did clarify the number of cleaners (2) and estimated hours for the fixed price. The team of 3 came so they were able to finish sooner and accommodated requests well - Most importantly, we appreciate the hard work. Sharing a few before and after photos here. First I want to say the work done was fantastic. House is clean and move in ready. The price was reasonable and they scheduled me quickly. You can tell they worked hard and when I talked to the ladies cleaning the house when I thought they would be done they told me they had an hour left to do and wanted to finish. No one had called me to authorize an extra hour but I didn't get charged for it down the line. I'd recommend them again for the work. However the communication with the company was poor. Getting ahold of them by phone call is almost impossible. I asked to be notified when the workers where there so I would know when someone was in the house and I asked to be notified an hour before they finished so I could get the key, look over the work, and make sure everything was secure. I was told that was no problem. They gave me a 2-3pm arrival time. I messaged them at 4:15 to see if anyone showed up. I was told they had arrived at 3:20. My appointment was for 4.5 hours. I didn't get an update or call so I drove down at 8pm. The workers were there and still had an hour left. No one had called to tell me the appointment would be extended. I called and messaged the company. As of 8am the next day I have not heard from them outside the payment request they sent at 9pm last night. They definately need better customer service communication for updates and response times. But im also overly security conscious with an empty house so maybe it bugs me more than it would someone else. I'd give the work 5/5 stars The company I'd give 2/5 read more

I've used this company for almost a year, scheduling monthly cleanings. In hindsight, I should have read their 1-star reviews (I implore you to do the same , they speak for themselves!). While the work was occasionally uneven- likely because we never had the same cleaners consistently- I tried to be understanding. What is completely unacceptable is their lack of reliability and communication. On multiple occasions, no one showed up at all. The first time, we waited over two hours before being contacted and were told there was "car trouble." Most recently, despite scheduling consistent monthly cleanings on the second Friday of each month, no one showed again- and when I reached out, their response was a casual "oops, we forgot to input it". The two most important things I look for in a house cleaner are consistency and quality- this company provided neither. As a busy working parent with young children, this level of thoughtlessness is unacceptable. This company is unbelievable!!! I hired them to clean my recently sold condo prior to a walk through the following day. The two women arrived early and had thought it was just a window cleaning job. When I explained to them it was a thorough cleaning for a new buyer, they had no problem and began immediately. I left to go check in my hotel and was meaning to return but got caught up in some business and was unable to return until this morning (the following day). I was shocked on how clean the unit was. EVERYTHING was done from windows to drawers, floors, refrigerator, stove, etc, etc. I have never had a cleaning done with so much detail and care. Absolutely PHENOMENAL job. Karla from Maid2Go messaged me when I put in a house cleaner request, and based on reviews, I chose this company! Karla was kind and came over to give me an estimate before I set a date and time. When scheduled, they gave me a time window. Although they were past the window, I still made it in time! Just be aware you'll probably want to be home and flexible with time. I had housemates move out so had a very dirty house (that hasn't been properly cleaned in years) and lots of carpet pee stains from the previous tenants. Maid2Go offered us a pretty fresh start. They have 6 girls on the team, and the ones we got (Shoutout to Rosa) did a phenomenal job scrubbing everything clean and doing their best to make the stains gone. They completely got rid of the carpet stains (didn't expect that), and did very well on grout/bathtub stains. There are some things that just couldn't have gotten out, but I don't think that's a reflection of the cleaners at all. They were very thorough with the whole house. :-) They mostly speak Spanish, but Karla's english is great! I'd use translate or make a list in Spanish with any specifics. The cleaning was fairly thorough. I have a 500 sq ft studio. The team was present for under two hours and I was charged for two hours, $100. They swept but did not mop. They did not sweep the very small patio. Since my space is very small I decided to go with once a month. Unfortunately, The Cleaning Company would have charged $140 for monthly cleaning. My apartment had not been professionally cleaned for seven months and the team could not occupy themselves for a full two hours. My point is the apartment is small and after seven months of not being cleaned - the team took about one hour 30 minutes to clean. As a result there will not be a lot of work next time, but they want to charge $140. This is not competitive, so I will not continue with The Cleaning Co. read more

They completed the cleaning by the time I needed it completed by.
