The sales consultant that helped him confirmed that when the suit came in, it would be all black as they did not have it in the store. We went tonight to pick up his suit for our wedding THIS Friday, and the suit that he was given/was ordered was gray. AM FURIOUS!!!! Dropped off my wool comforter. Cashier asked me wool or down and I said wool. Just…read morepicked it up and they shrunk it.  Fabric is bunched up; it is terrible.They ruined it. 12/24 Update: Called store the next day and got the owner's email address and contacted her. She wanted to see comforter in case it was fixable. I explained that the comforter had felted and was not fixable. (Untreated wool is fluffy; but when those fluffy fibers are subjected to hot water and friction, those fibers lock together and become felt. Once felted, you can cut the material and there is a clean edge. It is not reversable.) Owner asked me to bring in comforter. Update: 2/23 I finally brought comforter in and owner agreed that it was not fixable and she wrote me a check on the spot for what I paid for a new one. I rated 4 stars because although they ruined my comforter, they paid for their mistake. I really appreciated that and would totally give them another chance.
