I have been in the Court Street location multiple times when disputes over ruined clothing have occurred with numerous customers. They are always handled with very little professionalism from the manager, typically blaming the customer for either being wrong about the state of their clothing prior to dropping it off or claiming that it is not the company's fault. My clothing has constantly been returned in sub par condition with new stains, discolored suit interiors, double creases in my suit pants, etc. If you stop by to inquire as to why your clothing is in poor condition, they cannot agree to re-clean the garment without manager approval...which means you have to leave your own job at a time that is convenient for the manager of The Cleanist to discuss how they messed up your belongings. Anyone who is required to wear professional clothing to work understands how expensive it is and how important it is to make your suits/dress shirts/etc last as long as possible. Bringing these items to The Cleanist is a completely counterproductive exercise that will only frustrate you and force you to spend more money to either re-clean or replace your clothing. Avoid it at all costs.

I called and the employee I spoke to said it would be ok to pick it up 4 days later. Well when I arrived at the new pick up date and time my dress wasn't ready! I was begged to come back when I returned she was still working on it and said she was just ironing it, however when she finally brought it out is was wrinkled so obviously it wasn't being ironed. Maria nearly ruined my dress and I had to find another tailor to try to salvage what he could! I'm very disappointed in how this entire situation was handled and hope you take the time to find another business when you are in need of tailoring services.
