Once you go in, you get asked what your ailment is and he prescribes you your "medication" which in my case was the "All Dolled Up" vodka cocktail! We were then taken to the bar area and could choose to either order what the doctor prescribed or a different drink from the menu. Service was great, the drinks were good but my favorite part was definitely the lounge area on the second floor as it was literally like going back in time! The decor is just awesome! It is a small neighborhood bar that has quite some years on it and you can tell. I was greeted by the hosts for the shuttle bus and got a complimentary beer for choosing Nachbar as my pick up location. I did get my complimentary beer and left a generous tip. They had Nords Donuts for food for this event. Beer and Donuts? Very odd combination, was hoping for The Post Pizza or something that was real food. It was free so no complaints other than it was an odd combo. Note: they don't serve food at Nachbar. The inside is kinda dated and there is good seating. Bathrooms are set up like Mag Bar and Kerns Korner. IFYKYK. The outside is more spacious than the inside. They do have a nice patio. As for the inside it looks cool and they have plenty of board games and plenty of local beer on taps that you don't see at most bars.
