Compared to other lounges visited, we've been fortunate to find a seat and enjoy some drinks before our flights a few times! The bartenders and staff are quick on their feet, friendly, and constantly bussing tables to ensure cleanliness and room for the next person. We usually fly in the morning so get the yummy grits and meze veggie platters to snack on. The drinks are wonderfully and quickly made.
This isn't the fanciest airport lounge, but it's the only one at CHS. The nice thing is that it's available for all flights going out as the two terminals at the airport are not separated and close by. We had almost an hour before our flight departed, so made a quick stop here. During the morning, there were a few hot breakfast items like eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuit, and toast. They also offer the typical yogurt, fruit, cereal, and snacks. It's decent and gets the job done. There is also a bar area, but it was too early for that. The servers came around picking up the empty plates pretty often. There are only two private bathrooms, so the line was a bit backed up at certain times. Overall, decent lounge, but nothing to go out of the way for.
Might be one of the worst airport clubs I've ever been to. Pay 60 dollars to circle the "club" constantly trying to find a seat. Super crowded for most of my stay, though toward the end, around 4:30 PM it started to clear up. Salad bar empty. No real hot food choices. The bartenders were super fast and nice, but the drinks were pretty terrible. At least in Savannah I get into the lounge for free by having Delta first class. Priority pass members get in free, but that's AMEX platinum. I have reserve. I'm not convinced it wouldn't have been as good to sit at a decent bar or restaurant, but I guess for the three basic drinks I had, as well as snacks, it paid for itself.

Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the airport's atrium. Charleston's only airport lounge is accessible with a Priority Pass. It has hot and cold food options, a full coffee bar, and plenty of beer, wine, and cocktail options. The staff are friendly and do a great job of keeping the lounge clean. Everything underwent a renovation in recent months, so all the seating, carpeting, and furniture are in great shape.
After getting off the waitlist the check in took another long while because of another problem that another customer had. Food items limited to salad and soup. Views and seating were good didn't fe too crowded which was nice. Generally OK service.
No branded lounge at CHS but this lounge is very clean, spacious and the staff is always friendly! They have a couple seats that over look the lower terminal and more single tables towards the back. Always a line for the bathroom and sometime the food options are not too full but they usually have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The bar is always loud and more lively.
Had about half an hour to spare and saw someone's post of the biscuits and gravy! Had to come try it out. Great order format - table service. That is more of a standard internationally. Nice lounge.
This lounge is very average in comparison to the other lounges in this exact same "The Club" network. Staff are friendly, the food selection is better than some other lounges, but still pretty mediocre. Decent amount of seats, but definitely one of the smaller lounges. Unfortunately, it is also the only lounge at the airport, so you don't really have a choice. The airport has pretty good food selection otherwise, so don't feel like you have to come here.
I flew fr Charleston to ATL, and ATL to LAX. I arrived with enuf time to enjoy the lounge. Problem is, it took me an hour to get in. I barely had 30 min to enjoy the lounge b4 my flight. The food was decent. I had wraps, seafood salad and some olives w/ salami. The food was fresh, but nothing stood out. The ambiance was ok. There is a nice bar in back to watch football. The bartender and other staff are really nice. All in all, a decent experience in a small airport. What I didn't like is that several guests were here over two hrs. If you are supposed to arrive 2 hrs b4 your flight, and be at your gate 30 min b4 dearture, you shouldn't be in the lounge longer than 1 1/2 hrs. The lounge should limit the amount of time customers can spend in the lounge. I hate lounge hogs.
My husband recently got a rewards credit card with club privileges in some airports, and this was my first lounge experience. It's nice to have a club in an airport that doesn't do international flights and is our home airport. This club is not very big and they have a few food items you can order from a menu on a QR code. Best of all, they have complimentary Albanese gummy bears (the best brand), sesame trail mix, and banana chips. The bar has a large selection of drinks in the bar, including a few signature cocktails. My margarita was way too strong and I couldn't drink it, and the coffee machine was out of order. Thankfully, there's a fridge counter with canned sodas and a diet coke hit the spot. If you need to work, some chairs near thr bathroom have small desks and low walls and almost reminded me of cubicles. It beats working at the nearby Starbucks or library. Some reviews mention a wait-list, but we didn't run into this, and the elevator was in service as of November 2023. You cannot use this lounge if flying INTO Charleston, so we won't see it again until our next trip, but we will go back before future flights.
9am on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. The lox bagel and biscuits & sausage gravy were made to order. Not bad at all. They had some hot breakfast menu items you can get at the buffet table. The potatoes were seasoned so well and were delicious. Friendly staff that walked around to ensure all was well. Plenty of different types of seating. Only complaint is that they should have small coffee tables at all the seats to make it easier to eat. read more

I used Priority Pass to access this lounge not knowing what to expect and it exceeded my expectations! There is a QR code to scan and join the waitlist, and when I joined the wait was 60-70 minutes. I got in closer to the hour mark, and checking in was an easy process. They have a couple of rooms with a variety of different seating options, and there is a bar you can sit at. I looked at their self serve food options and grabbed a couple of items, and then once I found a comfy seat I realized that each table has a QR code you can use to order fresh to order items to your table as well as drinks from the bar. So, using that I ordered pimento cheese, a cake, and a cocktail. The QR order was delivered quickly, and the server was very friendly. The food ranged from good to just ok. The best things I had were the hummus with bean salad on top, and the lemon cake from the QR code menu. Definitely worth checking out and getting a break from the busier areas of the airport if you have the access! read more

The airport was busy, so there was about a thirty minute wait to get into the club. There was a sweet waitress who walked around to make sure you got everything you needed. The buffet had some pretty good food, and there were lots of comfortable places to sit while you waited for your flight. read more

I have Priority Pass and visit Charleston a few times a year, so I always try to stop here on my way out of town. I've had to wait to enter a couple of times, but not for too long. There are a few snacks you can grab yourself. Otherwise you can order some snacks off of a menu that are brought to your table. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available too. Plenty of chargers, but only a couple bathrooms, so there can be a wait for those. Very friendly staff! They've been especially sweet when I've had my now 3-year-old with me. read more

The Club at CHS makes traveling through the Charleston airport a breeze. The food is great here and the service is always quick and friendly. I love to grab a coffee and a handful of the breakfast options before my flight. They have scrambled and hard boiled eggs (both are good), lots of fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, and many other made to order options. There's generally open seating but it's not a huge area so it can fill up. You can access the club via priority pass or also a membership I believe. It's really a game changer for traveling! read more
I love this lounge! This is our home airport- after living in the DC area, I'm so glad ro go to usch a clwan not chaotic loud airport! Anyway, the lounge has a menu you can order from. They are small bites which makes sense not to waste food and be able to sample a few bites! The seating area and desks are to the right if entering meanwhile to the left is a buffet style and then a very nice bar area. The whole place is very inviting. They change thwer menu once a month and feature a local item. This month it's shrimp and grits since we are in charleston. Staff is very welcoming- I asked if they had milk (I didnt realize it was available to serve ourselves) and they happily came over qith a glass. read more

**A 3.5-star review, rounding up to a 4-star. Overall, I enjoyed this Priority Pass Lounge in The Charleston Airport. It wasn't overly crowded so my boyfriend and I were able to sit together. The bartender was nice. The food was replenished. I believe there are certain improvements that could be made, however. - The cleanliness of the seating area I thought could have been better. A lot of previous visitor's dishes were on all the tables and I cleaned them up just to sit there. - The bathrooms were out of paper towels and were not kept clean. - Coffee machine was broken. - Lastly, the elevator was broken so we had to knock upon entry and walk up 2 flights of stairs. Was still broken when we left the lounge, too. read more

Charleston is making itself know! It's so clean and well organized. I'd you get lost in this airport, then there is something wrong with you because they have made everything smooth and easy to maneuver through security. I love going through the lounge because they have some some major upgrades. The food is tasty, it's clean, Wi-Fi, ample seating, wish they had TVs but overall very nice compared to other airports lounges read more
Very disappointed in my experience here. I have been in club lounges in other airports and this CHS club did not live up to what I expect from Charleston. 1) I arrived around 5:30 on a Sunday (airport was not very busy) and was told I would need to go on an hour + waiting list. I was texted at 6:15 and was thankful to have the opportunity to check it out. However, I don't understand why there was such a wait list as the place was practically empty. They need to Increase capacity. 2) There were hardly any snacks readily available for those rushing to get a plane. In addition, the flavored waters were almost empty. I understand it was the end of the day, but they should have remained somewhat stocked. Luckily, I had time to scan the QR code and order some free snacks: crudités and ranch, avocado hummus, ham sandwich. I also ordered a glass of rose from the bartender. 3) the bathrooms are at the far back corner of the lounge and are not labeled. This requires asking other passengers who are attempting to relax or the concierge. For those of us who are paying the fees to get priority pass or other passes, we should expect better. My recommendations would be 1) increase capacity 2) have more readily available snacks and drinks and 3) clearly label restrooms! read more
As a frequent traveler, I appreciate anything that makes it more enjoyable. Chs lounge does just that. From being open early, 5am, to impeccable service, they knock it out of the park. Quick elevator ride up 1 floor. Show your pass or pay 35, you're on your way to an all inclusive airport resort. The food is always good, I recommend the sliders and gumbo. Polish that off with a few cocktails and you're ready for the 5hr flight to LA. Did I mention the view?! Elevated over the main concourse, enjoy views of the plane and walk way. Service is always quick so don't worry if you're running late. Do yourself a favor and step into the lounge and take some stress off traveling. read more

The Club CHS is a no frills solid lounge. There was decent food, drink, and seating to choose from. They had some fun st paddys day inspired items. It could've been cleaner and the elevator was broken but I can live with those things. There are also a variety of different seating compartments/atmospheres/ecosystems to choose from depending on your goals. Coffee machine was also broken I should mention. Staff was very friendly. read more

My first time utilizing the Priority Pass that's complimentary with the Amex Platinum card. Free drinks that you can order from your table using a QR code and delivered to you. Not much for food, though there are some options. This is a great addition for us that fly out of Charleston and need a pre-flight drink! read more

The breakfast was what you would expect at an airport club. Decent eggs, fruit, pancakes, and coffee. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The feel was elegant and exclusive. Very nice ambiance. read more
