Nice staff, right next to the life size chess in the outdoor mall. Warm and Korean themed. They speak mandarin for those with limited English. Korean mix iced latte talk satisfies the taste without the caffeine crash. Not too sweet, and well mixed. A lot of matcha combinations here. 2x latte tall = $12 ish.
I was back at Cafe Du Bliss for coffee and taiyaki. My latte of choice...chocolate matcha with pistachios. This was my first taiyaki, which tasted similar to a waffle yet much lighter. This sweet bread was shaped like a little fish and filled with sweet potatoes. To my surprise, the sweet potatoes were yellow with a hint of sweetness. Their flavoring was pronounced, however, not overwhelming. The amount of sweet potato filling could have been reduced. My barista was pleasant in fulfilling my order. Initially, I was the only one in the coffee shop yet I would have to wait 7 minutes for my taiyaki. Their ordering system is not based on a first come, first serve basis...quite random. Both my latte and taiyaki were quite tasty. Early morning breakfast vibes...
I absolutely enjoyed Cafe Du Bliss and their menu was superb! Let's get into it! As a coffee and matcha enthusiast, I was so excited to stumble across this place. Their menu, is unlike any other I have seen in the Austin area. It's unique, well crafted, and intentional. Now here's the fun part, that creativity has translated quite well into some of the most well tasting drinks in Austin. Corn Cream Matcha latte: The minute I saw this on the menu I knew I had to get it. I have seen corn matcha and lattes in California many of times, but never in Austin. A corn matcha or lattes is one of those drinks that is a challenge. You can either totally miss the corn flavor or overdo it. I think Cafe Du Bless gave me the perfect ratio and this drink was so yum. Give me 3 to go please. Earl grey matcha cloud: Their matcha cloud is so fluffy-as a cloud usually comes. But here's the thing can we please compliment it's perfect whip and the green on these matcha's! In regard to the earl grey taste itself, it was so well infused. Banana latte: Okay so as we all know banana flavors got as popular as strawberry last summer. I love a banana latte, but it's fair to say that even if a banana flavor is easily accomplished it's also hard to strike a balance, too bring consistency, and still allow the espresso to come through. Once upon a time, Disneyland released a drink called the Banoffee, it was a hit! I absolutely think Cafe Du Bliss came close to that trend with their banana latte. All of these drinks and I also must compliment their superb service. The girl who took my order was so sweet and I had questions about their drinks and she was so kind in her customer care. I will absolutely be back. They have a sweet potato latte and a black sesame latte I need to try.
Their coffee is just so so good! I got my friends hooked on their coffee and I've been slowly making my way through their entire menu. I recently tried out 5 new drinks: Pistachio Latte, Injeolmi Latte, Dalgona Brown Sugar Latte, Sweet Potato Latte, and Earl Grey Matcha Cloud. I like the pistachio latte more than the injeolmi, both were great but the pistachio was more nutty creamy and paired so well with their espresso. The dalgona latte was okay, I prefer the coffee with a cream top. The sweet potato latte was good, but I think the other latte drinks were slightly better. The matcha was okay and the earl grey flavor was very light, it was good overall but I prefer their coffee over matcha. Overall, my favorite drinks would be the Tiramisu Latte and the Pistachio Latte!! I can't wait to come back :)

The injeolmi latte was soooo good!! I love all their fun flavors and also got to try their corn latte. It was a bit sweet so ehe I went again I got less sweet and it was great. The drinks take a bit to come out but there is only 2 workers and they are really nice. The inside is kinda small but they have wifi.
Overall: 3.6/5 I came on a Thursday afternoon and was lucky I beat the line. They have Wi-Fi so you can work there, but the music and noise level is pretty loud so I wouldn't plan on taking any calls. The staff is nice and made a point to thank each customer, which was a sweet touch. The large iced Injeolmi Latte ($6.75) is one of their most popular drinks and was recommended to me so I ordered it. Just a heads up that the small comes with one espresso shot and the large comes with two. Unfortunately it was a huge letdown. The flavors were very subtle, the espresso wasn't strong, and the milk tasted a bit off like it was close to expiring. The mochi on top wasn't soft either and was pretty bland. The iced Strawberry Matcha Latte ($5.95) with oat milk ($0.50) was delicious and we drank it right away. The strawberry syrup was the star and tasted really fresh. Definitely the one to order.
This delightful cafe makes me feel as though we're really in Seoul! It's a small interior with seating and a walk-up ordering counter (ample outdoor seating). They're an extremely busy cafe and it's not hard to figure out why. Even when there's a bit of a line, orders are received efficiently and timely. It's not a bad wait time and it's worth it knowing you're getting the most amazing treats and drinks. Service was happy, friendly, efficient, & top-notch. The menu is overwhelming but in a delicious way. Overwhelming in that I want everything on it. Always. However, I went with one of my favorite treats on the planet, taiyaki! Ok, we actually got five. One to share onsite and the rest to take home for later. We got two Nutella, two custard, and one cheese. I've had taiyaki from many, many different places and Cafe Du Bliss is in my top 3 favorites. The pastry had the right flakiness and flavor and there was no skimping on fillings. Super yum. Drinks: So many amazing matcha combo choices (& MUCH more). I opted for a strawberry slushie that was sweet and refreshing. Nothing beats fresh berries in an iced beverage. My boyfriend had the matcha & chocolate latte iced. Had a couple of sips...perfect matcha to chocolate ratio. The flavors were well balanced and tasty. Perfectly refreshing drinks (& treats) on a hot & sunny Austin day. I've been to Hana World many times but for some reason never tried Cafe Du Bliss. So I was very happy to finally try it at their new location in the Arboretum! I met with my friends in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was quite busy - all the seats were taken. But the service was great and speedy. I got the pistachio matcha latte and loved it. The matcha latte itself was good but I also really liked the crushed pistachios on top. I also tried their croissant waffle with strawberry + banana and it was delicious. I'm obsessed with their menu because there's so many fun flavors and specialty drinks that you don't always get to see in cafes. Also shoutout to the Korean owners! I love supporting local Asian businesses in Austin. It's specifically located near the Cheesecake Factory area so there's parking but it's a busy shopping area.

They've got a bit more seating and it feels like a quaint little spot/real cafe versus their previous grocery store situation. They've expanded their menu and the drinks come out a lot faster. They also have beepers so you don't have to wait inside which can be claustrophobic when it's packed. I'm not a huge matcha fan but I thought their drinks were pretty good!
Cute and cozy (small) shop! Located within a shopping center you'll find tons of parking. The gals upfront were very sweet and service was quick - waited maybe 5 mins for everything to come out. The black sesame latte was great! Usually these are a hit or miss with the sesame (can sometimes feel like coffee grounds), but this one was mixed well! Comes with foam topping, didn't really add anything to the drink overall. Also ordered a croffle which tasted like a regular waffle with fruit. Portion was small, but could still share between two people. Instead of getting a croffle suggest getting one of their red bean filled fish pastries! The dough was pillowy and was generously filled with red bean.
This cute little cafe saved me during my weekend conference held at the Renaissance Hotel in Austin. Luckily it's super close that I could walk over there during midday breaks and grab a snack to come back. My husband and I each had a banana cloud matcha drink on our first visit there, and it was delightfully not-too-sweet while fragrant and refreshingly light and foamy. The freeze dried banana chips were such a nice surprise as well. On the second visit I got a matcha croffle to go. My husband and I munched each half down. The croffle had a nice crunch with matcha mousse on top. Perfect size for an afternoon snack. Definitely will be back next day to try other items! They also offer trendy Korean flavored lattes and taiyaki. I can't wait!

This is the only spot I know that does corn matcha lattes, and they do it so well. The corn flavor really comes through, making the drink so addicting if you love corn-based beverages, which are common in Korean cafes and also popular in Vietnamese cafes. I took my husband here too, and he loved his drink as well. Definitely a solid matcha spot and one that will be staying on my matcha roster. read more

Holy matcha! As someone who absolutely LOVES matcha, Cafe Du Bliss's Cloud Matcha is hands down one of the best I've had. The flavor was smooth, creamy, perfectly balanced, and so incredibly delicious that I was thinking about my next one before I even finished the first. If you're a fellow matcha lover, this is your sign to order it. The Cloud Matcha is worth the hype! I found this place while staying next door on our visit to Austin. The first day there was a little hiccup but once they got the keys to open it, it was a cute gem. There were people waiting outside aside from me right at opening so it must be a good sign. I ordered the sesame latte with no classic syrup and my sister loved it. She doesn't usually finish her drinks but she did both times we ordered from here. I got the pistachio cold foam latte with 1 pump and then no pump. Both were good and not overly sweet at all. Mine only came in large size though. Very reasonable. Highly recommend. They also have a punch card. SYOY! read more

Very cute interior and it does feel like a very authentic Korean cafe. I got the corn latte and the matcha. The corn latte wasn't my favorite to be honest. But it was my first time trying corn latte. It's a bit too sweet for me and it's just a little odd. It feels like I should be chewing my drink. Not really the best place to do any work because it's super tiny and gets super busy. Would love for them to get a larger space so that students can come and get some work done because the vibe is great. Drinks are just so so to me though. read more

I really enjoyed their injeolmi latte! The only cafe in Austin (that I know of) that carries this flavor, and for that I'm sold. For those curious, injeolmi has a nutty flavor that's close to peanut butter, but since it's a soybean based powder, it has an interesting flavor profile that I think those who like nuttier flavors would enjoy. The space is a little smaller, but there is a lot of seating and the place has a cozy vibe that makes it comfortable for working or studying. read more

Got this recommendation from lots of friends and so I just had to try it. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint one bit! There is plenty of parking since it is in a plaza. Just keep in mind that the cafe itself is tucked away in a corner. I thought I went the wrong way, but it is located down more. The place is pretty small with very little outlets. There were a few people studying in there, but I think it is more of a place to catch up with friends or order to-go. The pricing for everything is pretty average for coffee shops in the surrounding areas. We got the corn latte, earl grey matcha cloud, and the matcha croffle. The corn latte is just AMAZING! I still dream about it to this day. Their matcha is delicious. Most places make theirs super milky and too sweet, but here they make it just right. The matcha croffle is something I definitely recommend everyone try. It is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The cream on the top is not too overly sweet and pairs perfectly with the croffle. I would recommend this place to anyone in Austin looking for some good drinks and croffles! read more

A cute little place located in the Arboretum area. They used to be in Hana World but had to relocate since Hana World closed. They have different Korean-inspired drinks available with coffee and matcha. I got the corn cream matcha and it was delicious! They have their own Wi-Fi, so it could be a place to get some laptop work done but tables are pretty small. The public restrooms are outside and around the corner. read more
The menu offerings remind me of stuff I'd see in Korea and the playlist is full of Korean songs. I love the ambiance in here! Vibes remind me of being in a cafe in Korea. Although the space is small, I think they optimized the seating in here really well. I was greeted immediately as I walked in, and the barista was super nice and friendly and bright. I ordered the strawberry matcha cloud and it was so good!! I loved the texture and flavors. I highly recommend if you typically order strawberry matcha drinks. I'll def come back! read more

Hands down, one of my favorite Korean cafés in Austin. The signature lattes are amazing, and I love how they highlight Asian flavors. They're all good, but the Corn Latte truly has me in a chokehold! It's easily the best in Austin. It's perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. I keep telling myself I'll try the matcha, but these lattes won't let me go. The taiyaki is always fresh and made to order. My favorite flavors are sweet potato, red bean, and chestnut. The outside has a beautiful waffle-like crunch, while the filling is rich, comforting, and again, not too sweet. If you're looking for something on the sweeter side, they also sell croffles. Personally, they're not my go-to since I prefer desserts that aren't overly sweet, but they're a great option if you have more of a sweet tooth. They really have a little something for everyone, but if you enjoy Asian flavors and desserts that aren't overly sweet, this is absolutely the place to go.The owners are incredibly kind, and I'm so happy they've relocated. read more
A delightful cafe that's now located in the Arboretum area! I remember seeing this at Hana World Market before it closed and always meant to give them a try. Now that they're so close by, I've already visited twice to try out their drinks and croffles. So happy for them to see that they seemed fairly busy both times. The inside is adorable with its cute interior decor, bright lights, and calming cafe music. The place is a bit on the small side so a line can form pretty easily but moves quickly. They have a few tables as well as seating by the front, so it can be an option to get some studying or work done. So far, I've tried their injeolmi latte, matcha strawberry latte, cookies and cream croffle, and banana chocolate croffle. I loved the injeolmi as someone who loved the Korean rice cake growing up - it comes with a little spear of the Korean rice cake pieces and the powder sits at the bottom of the drink which I personally enjoyed with each sip, and has a great not-too-sweet, comforting flavor. Their matcha strawberry was decent with the strawberry not overpowering the matcha, but I definitely prefer the injeolmi. You can't go wrong with their croffles - both times had a lovely crispy exterior with a soft interior, very much reminiscent of croissants. I personally enjoyed the banana chocolate more because of the fresh fruit and lovely flavor combo. Each time I have been, the staff are very friendly and sometimes seem to know the customers themselves. I'm looking forward to going again to try one of their other drinks and maybe a taiyaki. We came in around 10 yesterday and this place was packed, stayed packed and folks continued to come in and out. There's not a lot of room in the space. The coffees were great, hot and tasty. The croffles were good too! A bit difficult to cut using the plastic utensils, so just pick it up and eat it, save yourself the trouble. Happy to support a small business, they kept up with the rush, but I do hope they're able to reconfigure the space to allow for more seating. read more
Glad they're finally open here at the arboretum! I got the black sesame latte and it was delicious. Very nutty flavor and I like that they don't overload your drink with ice. It was fairly busy on Sunday afternoon, but the staff kept the line moving and drinks flowing. I've recently been on a personal mission to find my favorite coffee in ATX as I am a huge coffee lover and drinker! North Austin is in a coffee drought! I was grateful to find cafe Dubliss in the heart of the arboretum and bought coffee for myself and some coworkers! I didn't try all of the drinks so the two that I did try will be the main focus of this review- I bought the following drinks: Black Sesame Latte, Mocha Latte, Dalgona Latte, Caramel Latte, and Pistachio Cream Latte. My latte was the black sesame and had a sweet and nutty flavor. The one tweak I would give to this specific drink is it felt milk heavy so I would probably ask for another shot of espresso next time to compensate for that. Drinking this coffee felt more like a dessert than something I would reach for, for the morning but nonetheless was not bad! The Dalgona latte is the other one I tried, although it wasn't much albeit. Honestly I was surprised that this latte wasn't as sweet as I expected it to be. Again I only took a couple sips so maybe had it been mixed around it would have provided a different flavor but I didn't mind it not being super sweet! The others I was told were very good- particularly the pistachio latte which the one who I got it for had said was the best pistachio latte they have tried and was happy with the choice even though they usually drink hot coffees. Overall I think cafe du bliss is pretty good cafe but not completely to my taste. I probably would try again, especially because it's conveniently in North Austin! Service: 10/10 the girls that were working were very sweet and didn't let the big order phase them! Coffee: 7/10 not the best coffee I've had but also not bad! Price: Averaged $6.75 per latte which is not bad for ATX! Ambiance: 9/10 cute standard cafe shop, just a bit small so with many people there it is a little hard to find seats read more

I've seen Cafe du Bliss around for a while and I had been wanting to try the corn latte for ages! So when I finally got the chance, I was raring to go. Located inside Hana World, it's a pretty convenient spot to grab a drink if you're eating in the food court, or just getting some grocery shopping done. The seating area for Cafe du Bliss itself is really small, but you can always just take your drinks to the food court and sit there instead. The drinks themselves are so good! Everything is made fresh to order and the owners/workers are so friendly! The corn latte lived up to everything I had envisioned. It was sweet enough for a non-coffee drinker to enjoy, but not too sweet that it became sickly. The corn flavor was subtle but you can tell if you're looking for it. I also tried the sweet potato latte. If was also good but I didn't like it as much just because it had a bunch of chunks of sweet potato in the bottom which made the texture of the drink grainy. The price is pretty good compared to other spots, and the menu is so unique and varied that I can't wait to go back! Def wanna try a croffle too next time I'm around! read more

Love love love this cafe! Super sweet and nice owner. The lattes here are just my thing. I'm not a regular coffee but I do want a coffee every now and then (like once a week). Vietnamese coffee is great and there are good options now in Austin, but most of the time, the coffee is just too strong for me. I can take a sip or 2 and I'm done. Glad to have discovered Korean lattes. My favorite here is the injeolmi latte. Corn latte is pretty good too. Love the mochi ball topping on the lattes. Have not tried the teas, matcha, or summer drinks so I cannot speak for those. read more
Cafe du Bliss is a hidden gem making waves in the Austin Korean coffee scene. Let's dive into why this spot has quickly become one of my favorite coffee stops in Austin. ---- Pros: - Everything is made fresh - Lattes are VERY GOOD - Parking is abundant - Croffle and Taiyakis taste like Korean cafes - Ample seating for solo work or for small groups Side Notes: - Opens at 9 AM daily and closes at 7:30 PM - Limited indoor seating, but a few tables outside - Offers coffee, tea, slushies, smoothies, and more - Inside Hana World Market (near the front/inside) What We Got (This Time): - Pistachio latte - Injeolmi latte ---- Design/Space: Cafe du Bliss is tucked into a small, modern storefront with a minimalist aesthetic - clean lines, lots of natural light, and lattes that steal the show. The space feels inviting and calm, perfect for a quick drink or some taiyakis (red bean ftw!). Seating is limited, but the vibe is relaxed, and there's usually a spot open if you arrive early. Even though it's inside the very front of Hana World, it's nice to quickly stop by and get our coffee after church nearby or get groceries. Drinks/Food: The lattes here are the stars - with just enough sweetness but not overpowering the lattes- and the coffee is as fresh as you can (some places try to mask burned coffee with sugar or artificial ingredients - not this place). They creatively brought the flavors of Korean desserts, like corn, sweet potato, injeolmi, and black sesame, then paired it with coffee that hits the spot every time we've gone there. Cafe du Bliss excels in technique and flavor, letting the quality of its ingredients and the owner's skill shine. Each drink is crafted with care, and you can taste the difference--nothing mass-produced or overly fussy, just a drink done right. I love the taiyakis and the injeolmi (Korean rice cake made with glutinous rice) on top of each latte (such a nice touch)! Staff: The owner here is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly offers recommendations or explains the menu with a smile (seen in one of our pics). Service is efficient but never rushed, and you get the sense they care about both the food and your experience. What I love about Korean Cafes is their love for each drink, as it reminds me of how sushi chefs care about the omakase dinners (it's an art). Opportunities To Improve: The only real drawback is that it's at the front of Hana World, and the surrounding area, with shopping carts, doesn't do this space justice. However, you can also see the positives, such as grabbing a drink or getting something as you shop at Hana World. I suggest selling the injeolmi in a small bag to-go, haha; I'd buy them! ---- Summary: Cafe du Bliss is a rising star in Austin's coffee scene, known for its expertly crafted lattes, creative drinks, and warm, welcoming service. The location makes it an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a casual meet-up. With a focus on quality ingredients and classic technique, every drink (we've had all of the lattes) delivers flavor and texture, making this spot a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a great latte and Korean-inspired coffee drinks and pastries. Inconsistent coffee and their waffles(kraffer?) Get a hot large black sesame latte and 2x waffles at 5/9/26, Saturday morning. The hot drink is so cold that i can drink almost half of it immediately. Take home and measure the temperature, it's 106F for hot drink that just makes 15min ago! (normally expect ~140F). So do theit Kraffler, its cold that i can taste it's not fresh made and its just a barely reheated waffle! Don't recommend this place! read more

Super cute stand inside Hana World - staff were friendly and patient. Mango smoothie was flavorful and delightful. Sweet ginger tea was really fresh tasting. Jasmine green tea was fragrant and crisp, and the lychee-ade was the group favorite. Small tip - you can ask for reduced sweetness levels if you don't want them full strength.
