Proud owner of a Coach Nolita 19 and love everything Coach so I had to try their coffee shop when I was at Cabazon Outlets. I'm still dreaming about the tiramisu latte It's one of the best coffee I've ever had! I got mine with oat milk and I was pleasantly surprised there was no extra charge for the milk substitution! Can't remember if this was their small or medium size but it was a generous amount for $7.50! It wasn't too sweet and had the perfect balance of coffee and chocolate and cream flavors. The lady finger at the top was such a nice touch. Super aesthetically pleasing and the vibe of sipping their coffee while looking around the Coach store that's attached to their cafe was unmatched. This place was a sweet surprise! After a long, hot day walking around the outlets, I needed coffee. I didn't have high hopes based on the reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. There was a long line, but at least it stayed inside the air-conditioned store and moved pretty quickly. Once we ordered, our drinks came out faster than expected, especially with so many people ordering multiple drinks. I barely had time to browse the Coach store before my name was called. We ordered the Coach tiramisu latte and date shake latte. Both were surprisingly delicious and generously sized. The tiramisu latte wasn't as rich or overly sweet as I expected. The espresso still came through, and it actually tasted like tiramisu. The date shake latte was such a unique addition to the menu since dates are a specialty to the area. I'd never had a date latte before, and it had the natural caramel-like sweetness of dates while still tasting like coffee. The biggest downside was the merch. I know it's Coach, but it was excessively expensive. Nothing was less than $20 that even the keychains were around $100. I think this spot is worth checking out if you're shopping at the outlets. They have pretty unique lattes that you probably can't find just anywhere. read more

Fashion brands taking on coffee is becoming a thing now. I first tried Ralph's coffee a couple of years ago and now I come to hear that Coach coffee has a coffee shop too. The coffee shop is connected to the coach shop. Similar to Ralph's coffee shop, Coach has merch too, some is decently priced and others way too much expensive to buy. For coffee I tried the tiramisu latte. At the time I went it took a while, I think other than Starbucks this is the only option for coffee in Cabazon. For me, the coffee was just alright. You won't noticed if you mainly visit chain coffee shops, but if you really like good coffee the beans here don't seem to impress. I'm guessing their matcha is probably much better. It's a small shop attached to the outlet.I was looking for some kind of branded bakery item, but I didn't see it. The drink choices are pretty limited so I didn't leave with anything this visit. What a nice surprise in Cabazon! Came here amongst a day of shopping. The shop itself is so cute. So much merch, and the overall branding and aesthetic was great. Although the line was stacking up, the baristas were efficient and nice. I got the date palm latte, while my friend got the passion fruit lemonade. Date palm latte is so unique to Palm Springs and it didn't disappoint. The texture of the dates at the bottom was great. Only qualm was there wasn't the option to adjust sweetness, and it was a tad sweeter than I like. My friend loved their lemonade though. Will be back. read more

I wasn't expecting much at the Coach Coffee shop but it actually ended up being solid drink choice on a hot day. I actually saw the coffee shop the last time I was at the outlets, but they were closed (I believe they close a little earlier than the stores). But, this time the line wasn't too long, so I got in line to try a drink. The line moved fairly quickly. I think it took about 20 minutes and I was right outside the door. Most of their non coffee items seemed pre made. I decided to try the lemonades (strawberry, cherry and the hibiscus mint (which was the seasonal item). Drinks came out pretty quickly. There is a small seating area in the store, but I took my drinks to go. I will say that my lemonades were pretty decent, not overly sugary more lemonade (which I enjoyed). My favorite out of the three was the hibiscus mint. There were also some cute merchandise, which I thought was over priced, but I'm at the Coach coffee shop, so expected. Definitely will come back next time. I don't think think it's worth waiting in a huge line, but if it the line is short why not? read more

My daughter and I have a list of a few coffee shops we want to try this summer... The Coach coffee shop was on our bucket list. It just recently opened and luckily when we arrived the line was not bad at all. We've heard the line can get pretty long. We waited about 10 minutes to order. The coffee shop is attached to the actual coach store in the desert hills premium outlets in Cabazon. Convenient to grab a coffee and shop for a new bag. I ordered the tiramisu iced latte with a ham and cheese croissant and my daughter ordered the raspberry matcha with a sea salt chocolate chip cookie. She was a bit hesitant to order matcha because she doesn't like it too strong and earthy tasting. She likes it more on the sweeter side. The cashier was so kind to give her a sample taste to make sure she would like it. We appreciated that so much. My daughter loved it. The sea salt chocolate chip cookie was amazing!! Mediocre drinks, in terms of taste and quality. But, super cute place! I was disappointed that they ran out of the purse shaped cakes and said they haven't had any for 2 weeks, and don't know when the cakes will be available. That's something to keep in mind of especially if you are making a long drive for the purse cake in particular. Hubby had the raspberry matcha- it automatically comes with oat milk as they stated they make it ahead of time. 2.5/5, it was a very diluted drink. I had the chai latte, and it lacked flavor. It tasted watered down. 2/5 The merch is very expensive. The coach notebook is $45. The tote bag, $95, but good quality. The coffee cup and mugs are a little more affordable at $35 to 45. It really depends on what you would like personally. The shop with the purses and coach merch is connected to the coffee shop, and is on the right side of the coffee shop. I would go back only if in the area, and I'd probably stick with something safe like an ice tea or refresher next time. read more

We were a little skeptical about trying this coffee place at first, but honestly, it exceeded our expectations. I love coffee, so I know when it's good, and this was the perfect balance of flavor--smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. You can definitely tell they care about the quality. Fun little cafe that Coach has attached to the store at the Cabazon outlets. Lined up on a Saturday mid day and it was about a 40 minute wait in line. Ordered a shaken espresso while my wife and niece got the tiramisu latte. Drinks were good. But the menu is very limited. Service was very friendly and attentive. The pastries looked fine. Did not sample any. We did not try the ice cream either. There are a lot of cute touches in the cafe. The machines have logos of their mascot on them. There's a small Palm Springs mural on a wall. They also have themed merchandise available in the cafe. Overall it was nice seeing a retail location take some extra effort to enhance their space beyond the typical locations at outlet level. This is a cute coffee shop in the middle of the Desert Hills premium outlets. They have a little gift shop to look at while you wait in line to order. The coffee and lemonade overall was tasty. Definitely came for the merch and to try the coffee. The coffee was a little bit of a disappointment and there were not many pastries left when I went. The line was long but moved very fast and the cashier was not rushing you to make a decision so that was nice. They have plenty of merch and when you bring it up to get ringed up they provide you a brand new one still in package from the back. The tote back comes with a dust bag which I love ! I have been using it as a work bag and it fits my work laptop and everything else I need. read more

This coffee shop is definitely great for the photo ops & ambiance. The coffee itself isn't amazing but definitely worth the try while shopping. The menu is limited so if you like speciality drinks definitely probably not your vibe. The service was nice & very fast for how busy it was. I got the Tiramisu Latte with Oat Milk which was pretty good, probably a 3.5/5 however the other girls I was with didn't care for their drinks. Like many new places, this has been featured by "influencers" all over social media, yet there are no reviews on Yelp. Came here Sunday morning around 930, shortly after opening and the line was almost out the door. Small display to the left of the shop with adorable exclusive coffee shop merch such as mugs, tote bags, keychains, pins and t shirts. The menu is fairly simple, and we opted for their specialty date shake latte, signature coach signature latte, and a slice of banana Nutella bread. Total before tip was close to $24. Employees were friendly and apologetic for the wait, which wasn't too long as it was still early in the day. The drinks were ok, a bit watered down...nothing to rave about. read more

Who knew the place that sells purses also has a coffee shop. They have a limited menu but the matcha is on point and the coffee as well but the star of this establishment had to be the cheddar cheese biscuits. So good that we are going back on Sunday to pick up some more. Cute little store attached to the coach store. The service was good as with most coffee shops. read more

We got the matcha latte, strawberry matcha latte, and 2 chocolate ice creams. Everything was good and although there was a line to get in, the line from outside took about 20 mins. They have a good selection of merchandise, but they are pretty costly. I would definitely come back here every time we go to Cabazon. read more

Silly hyped up coffee shop by 1 pm every thing sold out on a Monday ,, no coach cakes no cookies no syrup for the coffee no soft serve yet they were selling away trying to make up stuff to add into your drinks instead of closing sold out till Tomorrow kinda thing which would be more respectable,, the coffee key. Chain sells for 95 by the way I'm sure that glass keychain hanging on your purse will be broke in a minute lol if your going get there when they open or sleep in the parking lot. We visited this coffee shop yesterday during Memorial Day after finding out about it on social media. We had high expectations and were not impressed. We got there around 10:45am and there was a line which was moving super slow, and there was about 6-8 people ahead of us. Not sure why they took so long to order given the menu is so simple and limited. I took us almost 30 minutes to order. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the drink to be ready. We didn't get out until 11:30am. We tried the tiramisu latte which was a complete disappointment as it was overly sugary and tasted nothing like coffee. The price was decent but it was a complete waste of money. I think there's a huge hype right now because of social media and it's the next new thing and everyone wants to try it out and post about it. The cashier was nice but they need to have a sense of urgency and so do the baristas. The place inside only sits about 9 people and all tables we're taken. The outside has about 4 tables which sit 12-16 people. This is a place you only visit once but honestly wouldn't return. I would only come back if they expanded their menu and the drinks were better which I doubt given it's a coffee shop inside a retail store so I don't expect things to get better. read more
