Turns out my heel tips got DEVOURED by Gastown and I needed a repair on my only heels. I turn on yelp for desperation and found this particular spot with good hours and a lot of positive reviews. Definitely have to agree with the other reviews on this spot. Before I go into the work he did, I have to mention this is NOT easy to find. It's not in the ground level of the building or even the basement of the building...you have to go down TWO levels to the subway entrance to find this place. Just in front of the subway entrance are 2 stores and he's just on the right hand side. I went right after the rush hour so it was pretty quiet. With his quick eye, it was clear I just needed to replace the tips.... he quickly said just 10 minutes and to come back. I can't even go down the block in 10 minutes... especially on broken heels. Less than 10 minutes later, he's done... my shoes look shiny and the heels are done up! Great thing, I think it came up to $11 including tax. Pretty damn cheap for downtown in my views. I think I've replaced them for $15 USD in Chicago. Good news, I didnt have to go buy new shoes and I could still strut around the city NOT in my running shoes. I do find it funny that the material he used isn't marble tile friendly. When I walk around in them on those type of floors, I squeak a bit haha. Better than destroying my shoes I guess!

However, when I pickup my order, I was very upset and disappointed because it was very poor workmanship with uneven surfaces, poorly fitted fixtures and visible glue traces allover. The lady who works at this shop could not understand why I was disappointed but tried to fix some of their visible discrepancies by glue again.
