Staff were all really friendly. Room was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom. We appreciated the convenience of a restaurant and bar on site. It was very busy, so we were able to just put our name on the list and they called our room when a table was ready. Food was decent. This is the closest gateway town to the Eastern entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It's a good hour drive west to the gate with not a lot in between, so be sure to gas up in town. We also toured Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area which is an hour East. This was the best location for what we wanted to accomplish in the area

One morning we had eggs, they were steamed and perfect. We also had sausage patties, homemade gingerbread muffins, fresh fruit, orange juice, and coffee. Everything was very well presented and served. We were offered a couple of muffins for the road. On the morning that we had to leave early to go horseback riding Robin made us breakfast burritos for the road. They were very good. This is probably the best place to stay while in Cody.
