Don't sleep on the Slip into Summer Thursday deal throughout June: $4 Regular / $5 for Large Ice Blended or Pure Ice Blended drink. The line does get long because everyone's trying to get their caffeine fix but it's worth it!

The Atmosphere: I usually stick to Starbucks, but I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the vibe wasn't very welcoming. The staff seemed indifferent, and I didn't get a friendly "neighborhood café" feel when I walked in. The Coffee: The house coffee was actually excellent! It had a great flavor profile that I really enjoyed. My only minor complaint was the temperature--it was served scalding hot, so I had to wait quite a while before I could actually take a sip. The Food: I ordered the ham and cheese croissant. While the flavors were okay, the presentation was a bit off as the cheese topping looked quite burnt. Final Thoughts: I'd come back for the coffee, but I hope the service and food preparation are a bit more consistent next time. come back for the coffee, but I hope the service and food preparation are a bit more consistent next time.

    GUAVA IS NOT LILIKOI

Can someone tell them that lilikoi and guava are 2 different flavors. They are 2 totally different fruits. Yes I showed them the Monday advertisement but I wanted the guava lemonade and then they tell me they don't have guava and then they tell me they do so I go ahead and order the guava lemonade. I pick up my order and it is lilikoi lemonade and I asked them for guava and they said it's the same thing. No its not. Can someone please tell them. Yes its probably both made by harders...but now its not the same thing.

Less than half left? Or almost empty? You decide....

Love the drinks the refreshers and blended ones but this is really sad, I ordered a refresher today with no ice because I'm headed home and the barista said ,"you know I'm not gonna fill it up to the top right?!" Where is that comment coming from? This is the same place that claims the blender closed early for the night. I still can't believe they get away doing this daily. Whoever owns this location please fix this I'll be glad to drop $10 or more on a coffee or blended drink but the blender keep leaving earlier everyday. Still give 4 stars hopefully these things get fixed. Mahalo

Came in today with my family, there were three people behind the counter and this place is completely empty. We order two drinks and two food items that need to be warmed. The guy taking our order was lovely but the blonde girl had so much attitude. She turned to him while he was taking our order, cutting him off, and snapped "what does this mean?" Referring to the cup and drink abbreviations. We were waiting a long time for the food so went up and asked. She responded "Ned took the order that's not my fault" to the other girl working. The food and drink was great, but she carries herself as though no customers can see or hear her attitude and demeanor. The other two workers were lovely and kind

This is the worst customer service, came in at 530 waiting for my drink, I order mochi muffin and medium, matcha hot latte, I told the girl medium. I remember her asking me , what size? My mistake is i didn't ask for receipt. Paid with card. So was going up looking for drink? And everyone was getting drink. So I ask the girl, I ordered medium latte. So I sat down and waited. Still nothing went back up, and the girl just says, oh I looked in the receipt and you did not order latte. The girl didn't have courtesy, to let me know, hey I checked the receipts, you didn't order medium latte. Was that too much to let me know? Maybe cuz the music was blaring! Never ever ordering here! Worst customer service! Spending my money someplace else. Zero stars !

Thank you! Shopping with besties' mom as she's leaving she requested to stop at Long's to shop for some last minute items she now feels is needed lol! In the middle of Ewa I felt the urgent need for a bathroom and no one has including Foodland as they had no idea as well, walked into Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I asked for a bathroom which the staff with such a sweet calm demeanor points to a cup with a key...nothing attached to it just a simple key and I was granted to use their bathroom...hallelujah! I already ate and had something to drink...was thinking of purchasing breakfast for tomorrow but nothing intrigued me whatsoever...sigh! Well I truly appreciated the kindness of my urgency regardless and left without purchasing anything but left a generous tip for the staff. Super nice and clean place and will definitely be back to thank the kindness and probably another restroom break. Thank you!

Saw the "Treat Yo' Self Thursdays!" post on Facebook. $4 regular or $5 large ice blended or pure ice blended. Ordered a large matcha tea ice blended and the cashier had to re-do the promo before I paid. It was showing $8 something on the terminal and when she re-did it I saw a $1 off Thirsty Thursday on the screen. Didn't think anything of it and forgot to look at the total before inserting my card. Checked my transactions when I got home and see a charge for $7.32 - disappointing because I usually go elsewhere for my morning pick-me-up but since I haven't had a drink from this establishment in awhile I thought I'd stop by. Paid normal price when it should've been a promo. Not whining over what should've been a $1.99 discount but expressing disappointment.

Strawberry matcha was good but it was only a few sips! So much ice! Very disappointing!

B&L $4. Cookie. Nah to the Nah nah. Why are there cookies so expensive? I mean COVID inflation for sure but you can just go in the foodland and get a pastry for $3 or less. Why are these cookies so special? Please tell me what makes these cookies so special.

A little bit salty. Simple but good. - Strawberry strudel - small bite, crispy and flakey - mango bread - I think it tasted like a mango flavored loaf bread. Moist and soft. Getting there took us some time- A) my husband and I were driving from the Aiea area to Ewa Beach... on a Friday afternoon, and B) parking was a pain, but we were able to find street parking pretty quickly. We knew what we were getting into before our drive, and I'm so glad we did because it was well worth the trip! The ice cream shop is fairly small- can't hold a lot of people and no seating inside, but there's plenty of tables outside, and the weather outside was just perfect with some sun and a breeze! The line moves quickly, so ordering isn't a pain at all! I ordered their calamansi dreamsicle and my husband got their root beer float, and both were 10/10! I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could've tried more of their flavors (like their strawberry guava one)! First off, the calamansi dreamsicle was really refreshing and creamy; it had hints of citrus, with a lemon/orange taste, perfect for a warm summer afternoon! My husband had the root beer float, which had their house-made vanilla ice cream and root beer from Maui Brewing Company (I didn't even know they made root beer)! It was delicious as well- I loved that I was able to see little black specks of vanilla bean in the ice cream, and the root beer had hints of honey in it! My husband and I knew the root beer tasted different (in a good way), but couldn't put our finger on it until I read the ingredients and saw that honey was one of them! Super yummy!! All in all, my husband and I agreed that we'll be coming back again to try different flavors!

But I took my kids to another coffee truck (A Little A Latte) and like it goes with kids, they made me late. So I got here right at 10. But it's ok bc Cai.CafeX3 was just getting here. So I was a tad annoyed. But then I actually looked at the sign and it said 11am. They opened the doors right on time at 11 and took the first two customers in. I waited not even 5 more min before they let me in. Initially they were still making drinks for Jolene's staff which I think is awesome to bless their staff with a drink but it really delayed the drinks for the rest of us. They were very nice tho and kept apologizing. Wasn't a huge problem bc at the beginning of events like this you need to hit your groove. I was out of there by 11:22. The girls in front of me ordered a total of 4 drinks, and I ordered 3 drinks.... So I guess over all with all the staff drinks they had to make, and the fact that it was only one drink maker... they were still pretty quick. The line was wrapping around Jolene's so I think they will do well. I ordered the Vanilla Salted Caramel, the Strawberry Matcha Spritzer, and the Hojicha. They were only offering oat milk today, I think to manage the line, but if you go to their IG they normally offer other milks. I will need to try them again when I can choose bc I do not really like oat milk. But I do like how you can customize your sweetness level. All our drinks were good. My daughter pilfered the spritzer. Of the three the salted vanilla was the best. Their straws were cute pink heart straws that didn't photograph well in its wrapping. But my daughter says she's gonna use one on Wednesday bc it's pink lol. And we got a cute sticker too!
