Located in the center of the mall. Convenient for a caffeine boost in between shopping. Line goes fast, customer service great. 8 out of 10 for me.

Another clean and relaxing CBTL location. Parking was easy. Indoor and outdoor seating. Got excellent service from supervisor Max. He was very friendly and welcoming. And my Americano was as good as always. 5 stars!

I prefer coffee bean over starbucks any day. This location in particular has super fast service and are super accommodating. It's right in the middle of the mall so it's perfect to grab a coffee or refresher while shopping. Bring back the hibiscus tea!

Peach jasmine tea

Two times here and those two times the peach jasmine tea I order it is just water with ice and color cause it does not taste like peach at all. Not really like it at all. Feel I waste my money for nothing

Ceylon Milk Tea with Boba
Winn H.

I visited Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for the first time in several years, and I was surprised to see that they offered boba... of course I had to try it (What was I thinking?) The staff were super friendly and even allowed me to try their Ceylon Tea. Their Ceylon unsweetened is amazing, but once it's sweetened, it's way too much. Additionally, their Ceylon Milk Tea is always priced with boba (?!) - the reason I tried their boba, reluctantly. The tea sample itself wasn't bearable, not too bad, though on the watery end. The boba, though, were as hard as rocks. Location wise, this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has ample parking despite being in a smaller plaza. However, the amount of space to work inside is fairly small, and it is not the most comfortable. It's cramped, and during busier times, doors will be opened an closed regularly. People may also smoke outside, but... the positive is that the staff are super friendly and welcoming!

I ended up with a house coffee and a jalapeño cheddar bagel. The coffee is ok although I think their specialty coffee drinks are a little better. Can't go wrong with a bagel and cream cheese. I notice they now have a sign where you can only work on a laptop for an hour (I've worked on a laptop there in the past and stayed for2 but I don't think it was a rule back then). With that said, this is a nice place to grab a light bite and read or chat with a friend while there.

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Walking into a coffee shop should feel welcoming. Instead, most visits feel cold and uncomfortable. There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. I wanted to support this business, but after many visits and the same experience over and over again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We luckily found street parking up front, otherwise they have a small street nearby that you can probably park in as well. Only two people were ahead of us when we walked in but shortly after, the place filled up with the line almost out the door! There was only one worker but she made it work and she was fast! Cute decor and vibes inside. I wanted to try the pistachio bliss that everyone seemed to rave about but since their seasonal menu was out, I went for the toffee nut iced latte. The drinks are a bit on the pricier side, cute cups though! Something about the drink I got was a little off putting. Idk if it was whatever spice they used but I was not crazy about it. I definitely want to come back and try the pistachio at some point though! Getting out of my parking spot was rough. Busy street but also some annoying guy parked in the red zone behind me, basically bumper to bumper and then another girl in front had A LOT of room in front of her and just didn't give me enough room. I luckily made it out but very annoying! Anyway, still looking forward to coming back to try their pistachio bliss! IG: @ammysalamii

Everything looked AMAZING. Seriously, Insta-worthy, even though we didn't take any photos, and tasted WONDERFUL. Well, except for the coffee, according to my Dad, but the man drinks a blend of CostCo and Starbucks coffee . . . so some fine coffee connoisseur he is not. I didn't taste it as I'm on Dr.'s orders to be off caffeine, so I had the armenian herb tea, which was lovely. The place is small, but beautifully decorated, and really cozy. The food came out quickly, and I thought it was well priced. I'd definitely come here again. Try it out quick before everyone figures out how good it is, and they have a line around the block!

When we walked in, it was a quaint quiet cafe and had an inviting atmosphere. We didn't get his name, unfortunately, but at the register the very nice gentleman gave us recommendations on what sweet coffees we can try. He recommended the Spanish Latte as a sweet iced coffee and I, myself, love sweetened condensed milk and so we both ordered it. Just as promised it was nice and sweet. Had more of a milkyness to it and not much strong coffee flavor if what you desire is the flavor of the bean. As for food, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Croissant and Turkey Baguette. Both light and not too heavy and delicious. On the side, it came with a nicely portioned side mixed green salad and a very tasty tangy vinaigrette. It was not a long wait at all after we ordered and it was a nice and quiet lunch. The music was not too loud, so we were able to enjoy having a conversation. It was such a cute place and I would definitely love to go again.

One thing I appreciated immediately was the parking. There is plenty of street parking, a parking structure directly across the street, and additional parking nearby, so getting there was surprisingly easy. As soon as we walked in, the owner, who was sitting near the entrance, warmly welcomed us. We initially started walking toward the cozy booth section in the back, but were told that area is reserved for dinner service and wasn't open... We weren't the only ones confused, as another guest came in shortly after and tried to sit there as well. That left us deciding between a few café tables downstairs, outdoor seating, or the upstairs loft. We first tried upstairs, but there were only a couple of two-top tables available. One was occupied by guests working on laptops, and the seating felt a little close together. The remaining tables were reserved for larger parties, so we ended up heading back downstairs. One of the available booths faced the restroom, which isn't my favorite, but I simply sat on the opposite side and it worked out just fine. Once we got settled, everything improved. Our server was friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. I ordered the French baguette turkey sandwich, while we also tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which both the server and the owner highly recommended. The owner even mentioned it's what he personally eats almost every day, and I can see why, it was delicious. We also ordered fries to share along with two hot lattes: a chai tea latte and a mocha. Both coffee drinks were excellent and easily some of the highlights of our meal. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a coffee date. Before dessert, the owner recommended the mini pancakes and the waffles, with ice cream. They both looked great, but I've had similar desserts at several other cafés recently, so I wanted to try something different. I ordered the brownie with ice cream instead, and I'm so glad I did. It was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. One thing the owner emphasized was that they use fresh ingredients without preservatives and focus on quality. After our meal, I believe it. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with care. Our total for two people, including tip, came to about $120. It's a little on the pricier side for a café, but you're also paying for the ambiance, quality ingredients, attentive service, and the overall experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit. My only suggestion would be to make the seating situation a little clearer for first-time guests, since several of us naturally gravitated toward the closed dining section. Other than that, the welcoming hospitality, quality food, excellent coffee, and relaxing atmosphere made this a place I'd happily return to.
