Tony, the young gentleman who works here is a bundle of joy and positivity. He was kind, energetic, friendly, and made you want to be there. Unfortunately, the other three employees were the opposite; they were unfriendly, and fake-nice...they didn't seem like they wanted to be there either, and made you feel like that, too. The place/location itself is beautiful, but management needs to do a better job ensuring people who work here meet the basics of - wanting to be there, and being genuinely friendly and kind like Tony - not doing so dims the place, and makes it uninviting. read more

This is my to go Nespresso Store to refill and try new pods. I liked the variety of flavors they offer. Depending on the season, they add new flavors which is great. Depending on the sales staff, they offer free sample of coffees which is great. It gives the customers idea what to purchase. The past couple of times I visited store has been really busy. There is wait time which is usually 10 to 1t minutes. This time usually gives me time to pick the flavors I want to purchase. This store is very clean. They also have different machines and mugs/ cups and tumblers to purchase. Parking is easy, either park in Americana or Glendale Galleria which is a short walk to the store. read more

He is always so nice and his knowledge for coffee is amazing. He takes his time explaining whatever type of coffee you are interested in and gives you recommendations. He outdoes himself every time. You could basically call him a mind reader. He knows what I like and has always recommended bangers. I like strong. He knocks the recommendations out of the park. My wife likes sweet and his recommendations have been spot on. If you know what you like In a coffee and or espresso. Nate was the best.! Because oh him, I was able to start an account and receive a small discount for doing so. Went in for two sleeves, left out with five. One being the new apple flavor. The Nespresso boutique store is located at Americana at Brand shopping area, and it's quite clear and spacious inside. The staff working here are friendly, and also patient with my questions about Nespresso machine not bought here. They carry a large variety of capsules, and offer seasonal promotions, no parking validation though. read more

I took my sister who I recently gifted a Nespresso machine to restock her pods. We were assisted by David. He was incredible. Immediately he offered us an espresso. My sister spoke to him about her flavor profile and he offered us several espresso tastings. He knows his stuff and is an asset to Nespresso. We left the store well caffeinated and stocked for the next couple of weeks. If you need help with your Nespresso machine I highly recommend David. read more

This is my go to store to buy my pods. Great selection of pods, but the service is lacking. Every time I visit, the staff seems unorganized, and the wait times are much longer than they should be. Sometimes I'll get a nice guy to help me out and a few weeks later I'll get someone else who looks like they don't want to work there. And on weekends it's frustrating to stand in a long line just for a quick coffee restock. I'd love to see this location improve its speed and overall service. Perks are a free cup off coffee when you come in though so there's that. read more

Really like this store, service is always friendly albeit slow. There is ALWAYS a line which is terrible because the shop is small. They should invest in a larger shop like the one in BH with seats and such. But that's not reflected on the service of the shop but the corporate brand. I had a very disappointing experience at this Nespresso store. I visited with my small dog in a stroller. My dog was quiet, stayed in the stroller the entire time, and did not disturb anyone. An employee approached me and said that since I was already inside, it was okay this time, but that I should not bring my dog in again. What made this experience upsetting was that shortly afterward, I saw other customers walk into the store with their dogs, and no employee said anything to them. I was the only person who was singled out. This location is in a dog-friendly shopping area where many people bring their dogs while shopping, so the inconsistent treatment was frustrating and embarrassing. If the store has a no-dog policy, it should be applied consistently to everyone. If not, customers should not be singled out. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by how I was treated. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning. read more

What an amazing time we had, but most importantly had by our boutique expert, David. Upon waking into the door we saw several female workers up front, but to our surprise they didn't acknowledge us. At the very far back where coffee is made, a gentleman signaled to us and met us up front offering superb service. We have been to that location several times before and never have we had such great service. He was extremely helpful and beyond pleasant. Most times it's more of a hurry up.. next type attitude, but because of David we I'll be back. Hopefully to always have him help us. This is my go-to store. I know I can order it online, but there is something about the experience of going into the store and leaving with a big bag of coffee that I really enjoy. The store is clean and well organized. If it's busy, a greeter will direct you where to stand and ask if you would like to sample something while you wait. Yesterday, when I was there, it wasn't busy and I was helped immediately. I was quickly served by Jessica. She asked if I wanted a sample to taste since there wasn't a line, but I declined. Jessica took my order and offered suggestions based on my initial order. She was very kind and I let her upsell me to get the 2 free sleeves. Jessica was friendly and I did not feel pressured to order more, which is a great sign of a great salesperson. Very well done, Jessica! I know that I will eventually drink everything I ordered, so I ordered more. I left spending $101 for 11 sleeves was acceptable. It will last me between 3-4 months and comes to less than $1 per cup of coffee. I'm good with that. The only gripe that I have is that they don't validate, so you will have to find a free lot and walk the block, pay for parking, OR eat at a restaurant and get validated there. read more

Writing another review for Nespresso Glendale on behalf of my parents, as they'd like to thank Jose for his help and amazing customer service. My parents bought their machine a little over a year and a half ago, yet have been experiencing issues with it for the past 6-9 months roughly. The milk frother that came with the machine as a bundle was also not working properly, as it was burnt at the bottom of the machine. Obviously this started to impact the quality of the coffee and my parents were starting to grow concerned. For my visit today, I was assisted by Heidi. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of all the different coffee blends they offer. I let her know that I tend to get acid reflux and I am caffeine sensitive, she was able to find a coffee that would work for me. We had a pretty good experience at this shop! The people who worked there were SO KIND!! Especially Nate who helped us figure out what flavors we wanted! After having some nightmares getting pods delivered, we went here and it was great! The only complaint was they gave us the wrong pods sadly. We wanted the decaf sweet vanilla since those who drink it can't have caffeine due to health conditions, but when we got home we realized they were the caffeinated ones! We were bummed since the store is really far from us so we couldn't just bring them back. I tried calling Nespresso and they said since it is a boutique they couldn't do anything. I live in Americana and I just stopped by to pick some coffee capsules. The shop looks nice and give me a coffee boutique vibe. They have many coffee machines displayed and I believe you can try some coffee too. The capsule menu is big and sometimes confusing. They have so many flavors and each cup size has it's own. Upon calling my name, the representative was immediately standoffish, didn't seem intrested to be there and would deliberately answer in one word phrases. After picking out my selections and leaving the store, we got home noticed that he placed the wrong items in our bag. I understand it's the holidays, but if you're not willing to take the initiative and provide customer service to guest, then you really shouldn't be working there in the first place. If you're looking for a rude associate, to help you make sure to ask for Jose. I am a big nespresso fan. Have been since 2015. There are only two boutiques in LA. I enjoy going in and trying season offerings and learning. This location however never fails to just be off. The sheer attitude and mood of staff is off putting. The bar, the register, the person checking you in. Maybe it's because they're in a mall, but no matter what I buy 10-15 20 sleeves. They just seem like they're miserable. Beverly Hills is a stark contrast IMO. I come here for location but this weekend trip is my last. read more
