Perfect breakfast spot in monument. I don't think Ive ever had such a kind server. Everyone there was so friendly and kind. Service was very good. I had to ask them to stop filling up my coffee since they were so attentive. The food is delicious and exactly what you're looking for in a breakfast diner. The green chile on the eggs were really good and the potatoes were incredibly crispy. Pancakes are also light and fluffy. So good.

Love this place for a hearty breakfast in Monument. Inexpensive, killer eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles and pancakes. Great service with a bit of a Colorado attitude at altitude if you know what I mean. All good!

It's like a (relatively big) mom & pop diner. The menu has all the breakfast and brunch essentials, service is homely and prompt, and the food may not be something to write home about, but it fresh, flavorful and very filling. The deluxe burrito I ordered was HUGE and delicious. The sides were more than enough to make it a meal for 2. The filter coffee was not the best but maybe I should've ordered their fresh OJ The servers at this eatery and super friendly and nice. The ambience is very casual, and perfect a carefree weekend brunch outing.

Took family out to breakfast here. My wife and I both had the eggs Benedict. They were delicious and service was excellent. You can't go wrong eating here.

I'm sorry but not even with salt and lots of cholula salsa I could finish my breakfas. service was amazing great!!! but food! well let's just say that when they say home made, it is for reals home made or get someone who knows green chil!! it was the worst I've ever had. I almost threw up trying to eat it.

While visiting Colorado, we came to this cute little town near our rental. Decided to try this place for breakfast. To our surprise the food was really tasty. I love the cozy vibe of this place; service was really great. Our waitress gave us great recommendations. I love the menu look, and the selections. Portion sizes and presentation was great; and price point was really good. We really enjoyed having breakfast here. The hash is really tasty here! Definitely would recommend for coffee or breakfast if your in town.

Maddie has become a friend and we're always happy to catch up with her. We like the small menu; everything we've had has been really well prepared and presented. Partner especially likes the Fish and Chips, and I love, love, love the best cheeseburger I've ever had - Jacki makes it just right, huge and medium rare. There are other good things on the menu and apps are especially good - but I almost always go back to that magical cheeseburger!

We were a party of six and the largest table in an otherwise nearly empty restaurant. I was dining with my autistic son and politely requested his burger and fries at least three times so he could sit and settle. Despite this, his food took over 30 minutes and all meals came out separately. While waiting, I was actively supervising and redirecting my son in the empty restaurant. The owner approached me and stated that if I couldn't get him "under control," we would need to leave, repeatedly mentioning that she also has an autistic child--an irrelevant and dismissive comment. Autism is not one-size-fits-all. Once my son finally received his burger, he sat calmly and ate without issue, exactly as explained. Instead of enjoying time with family I hadn't seen in 20 years, the situation escalated unnecessarily. After the meal, the police were called to trespass me despite us already leaving. The officers were polite and professional. Food quality was also lacking (the fish was chewy). Children, including autistic children, belong in public spaces. My son didn't need entertainment or judgment--he needed his food. This restaurant failed in service, accessibility, and basic decency. I was not able to even get a picture with my family.....

The deviled eggs were phenomenal, packed with flavor and easily some of the best we've had. The BBQ definitely meets Texas standards, the brisket was rich and flavorful, and the pulled chicken was incredibly moist and tender . The sides were just as impressive. The horseradish-spiked coleslaw had the perfect kick, the fried okra was crispy and delicious, and the Southern-style cream corn was pure comfort food. And the cornbread? Let me just say, I never eat butter, but I couldn't resist the honey butter on that jalapeño cornbread. It was that good. Portions were generous, we had plenty of leftovers, which is always a win. From the food to the overall experience, this place is a must-visit. We loved it and will absolutely be back!

The fried cheese is very different from your other standard cheeses or mozzarella sticks. The cheese is much more firm with a light fry. The cup of bacon is fatty, salty, with a tiny bit of sweetness. The ricotta gnocchi bolognese has some amazing fresh gnocchi. The bolognese sauce was okay so it's a fine dish but I probably wouldn't get it again. The duck poutine has delicious fresh fries that end up crisp topped with tons of cheese and gravy. Not a lot of duck, but a great poutine overall. Every item is always a treat and unique and makes me want to try the whole menu.

I went solo and decided to sit at the bar where they had three bartenders that would rotate with all the customers making it very efficient and great coverage. The food was very inventive; not your typical fare even for a bistro. I started with the lobster tater tots that were served with ranch. He had the perfect amount of seafood flavor and a super crispy outer; I would recommend. Next, I had the ginger pork and crispy rice dish. This had a large helping of pork that did well with the Asian flavors and that crispy rice for texture; I would recommend. My final was the miso butterscotch tart. You can't go wrong with a dessert that has butterscotch, Biscoff, marshmallow and miso. The only criticism I could make was that the tart was pretty loose, but that did not take away from the flavor. To drink this place has lots of beer taps, a good selection of wine and plenty of interesting cocktails. I chose to have a couple beers and they were both very tasty. I would like to come back with additional people so that we could try more of the menu items. Unfortunately, it is an hour away from where I live, but the next time I find myself down in the springs, I will return.
