Cute (not so) little eatery with a great ambiance and awesome service. I tried White lotus for a team lunch outing and was impressed by the overall experience. Our hostess and server were very attentive and the meals were brought out promptly. My papaya salad with chicken was fresh and flavorful. Overall, a good bang for your buck. I'll be back for sure

We stopped by White Lotus Cafe on a snowy evening. The place is stylish with warm welcoming vibe. Glad to see lots of Thai fusion dishes on the menu since we are Thai:) The owner came out to greet and recommend some of the house special cocktails and food. We ordered Thai Chilli Spritz and Chang beer. Stuffed chicken wings, roasted duck red curry and steam sea bass with lime sauce for dinner. Fried banana and coconut ice cream for dessert. Absolutely delicious, LOVE them. All the food is fresh, well marinated, and beautifully dish. Can't wait to try more!!

This place is so good! The orange chicken was my favorite. Staff is really friendly! Don't forget to stop by their bakery case on the way out. Strawberry shortcake is different but really good. More like a cake. The old Notes building.

Food: 4/5 I ordered What a Joke which is pork porridge with Chinese dough on a side $14. Pumpkin spice latte $7 & Pandan with coconut meat cake $9. More on fusion style Thai. Coffee is ok, but on steep price. Very tasty cake with perfect fluff & sweet level. Portions is on Thai portion here which is consider small compare to the price tag. Service: We went around 11 am on Thursday which wasn't crowed. Very attentive staffs who returned my credit cards that I forgot promptly & fast services. 5/5 on services. Unfortunately, they charge extra 1% for new development project to the bill on top of regular tips & taxes. Deducted 1 star due to this :) Atmosphere: 5/5 stars. Very elegant, retro, meticulous decor. Felt like you sit in White Lotus resort from famous HBO show. Sum up: If you want a great place for Instagrams photo op with yr girl friends meet up this is the place. Foods taste are on fusion Thai side with steep price tags due to decors & location. The owner is seasoned Thai lady who owned two locations of popular Narai Thai in Rockrimmon & Broadmoor area. Just try for yourself if you like it or not. For me, it will be mainly for welcoming my visitor friends & girl's gang tea time, or special occasion like date night & anniversary :)

My wife mentioned to me that she had read about a new Thai restaurant closer to us. Our go to has always been NaRai Thai in Rockrimmon which is a bit to drive out of the way for lunch. This is a sister restaurant to NaRai! Loved the atmosphere of the atmosphere so open and nicely decorated! We looked up the White Lotus and were happy it was so close. It is in the old Notes restaurant next to the Phil Long Music Hall. We arrived at 12:30 and we were one of maybe six tables that were being served. We started with two Kirin beers that were on draw with Sapporo, 805 and Ranger IPA. We learned from server Shay that they had just opened. She was outstanding and knew the menu from top to bottom. They do serve breakfast as well until 2:00. So we definitely are thinking about a return. We ordered their vegetarian egg rolls and larb to start. The egg rolls arrived piping hot and the sweet chili sauce was perfect. We asked for hot sauce and the bartender brought it to us. By the time our orders came out, the Lotus staff was slammed. Word of mouth must be getting out. For our main entrees we tried the fried rice with crispy chicken and the Royal Chicken. We went Thai hot and it was definitely that. Loved the sauce that was served with the crispy chicken as well tons of flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly very unique breading that was a perfect crisp. The Royal Chicken was fantastic loved the fresh red bell, onion and garlic flavors. And there were plenty of cashews too. Went great with the white rice! The larb was also very nice with the lime hint and balanced the heat from our main dishes. We will be back soon!

My husband have been here twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was incredible. Spice level can be adjusted on almost everything. One criticism is the high top tables. My husband and I are tall and they were no problem for us, but some of our shorter and older friends would definitely be turned off. The other criticism is the cocktails. They seemed watered down and weak. The servers are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. The food will have us coming back.

We were so impressed with this new restaurant. First, the atmosphere is very well done. The place is elegant and sophisticated. The food was amazing. The entrees were perfect, and the delicious dessert was made in house with ingredients imported from Thailand. We even met the owner who was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

WOW! Stumbled across this beautiful cafe when we visited CO Springs and we were IMPRESSED all the way around! Not only INCREDIBLE food but the EXPERIENCE was beyond amazing! Beautifully decorated, and very classy! Our waitress Rachel was outstanding! We ordered espresso drinks which were SO delicious! We ordered Basil Fried Rice, Pork Egg Rolls & Sesame Chicken. The BEST food we've had! We told our waitress how incredible everything was and she asked if she could tell the owner Jasmine how impressed we were. Jasmine came over and we talked with her for over 30 min with her and she was such a delight! She brought us one of her special sandwich creations which was off the hook! She bakes the bread from scratch and you can taste the love! I highly recommend this place if you're in CO Springs. We live 3 hours away and we will be coming back here every chance we get! Thank you White Lotus Cafe for an excellent experience!

I really wanted to love this new spot in Monument after seeing it on social media. I love Thai food and even cook it myself, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the food fell short on taste, portion size, and value. Pad Thai was overly fishy (very) and very undercooked noodles. Green Curry Chicken was light on protein and taste and not spicy when ordered Thai hot. Crab Wontons were good, but the sauce lacked flavor and was more of a watery simple syrup. Chicken Satay was decent and made with chicken breast, which was a nice touch. Thai Iced Tea tasted fine but was $7, which felt very steep. Service and decor were nice -- friendly staff and a pretty, comfortable space. Our first visit cost about $90 out the door for a few dishes and one iced tea -- pricey for what we got. Maybe it's just the first days of opening, and I hope it improves. It would be great to have a reliable Thai option near Monument.

Fresh flowers, individual table lighting Thai iced coffee, avocado toast and an order of Japanese pancakes.

Very nice restaurant and a large variety of selections for breakfast until 2 and then re-opening for dinner at 4. Fresh roses and individual lighting on each table was a nice touch. Very helpful crew and meeting the owner was a nice surprise. Pride of ownership is always a treat to see and experience in an eating establishment and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent here celebrating my daughter's birthday with her.

Food was just okay. The waitress seemed like she was eager to get rid of us. I'd be shocked if this place lasts a year.

The dining area has a large and expansive view of the front range. The cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday. There are three separate stations: *Grill-Was open at breakfast time and had a "special" plus the usual offerings of omelets, breakfast biscuits, hash browns. For lunch there was a special of the day as well as the usual offerings of pizza, burgers, fries, tots, onion rings, chicken sandwich and more, I just can't seem to remember them all. *Deli-Offered lunch items such as wraps, sandwiches, homemade potato chips, hummus, fresh veggies. *Main Entree-Open for lunch and on the day I was here I had an Asian stir fry which was really good. All of the fixings were separate and you could select what ever you wanted in your stir fry and they fried it up right in front of your face. Ginger, broccoli, chicken, potato, carrot, garlic, brown rice. It was pretty darn good, filling and a pretty darn good price. I noticed from the menu that one day a week they had a sushi guy come in and preorders could be placed. Oh and there was a salad bar with an option of spinach, romaine and field greens along with all the trimmings such as onion, carrot, cucumber, cheese, Etc. More than a handful of dressing options. Oh, yeah, also a selection of homemade soups, it looked as if there are two options each day. There was also homemade applebutter made by one of the staff and some granola which I'm guessing was also homemade. If I lived close by, I would sincerely come here to eat.
