Perfect breakfast spot in monument. I don't think Ive ever had such a kind server. Everyone there was so friendly and kind. Service was very good. I had to ask them to stop filling up my coffee since they were so attentive. The food is delicious and exactly what you're looking for in a breakfast diner. The green chile on the eggs were really good and the potatoes were incredibly crispy. Pancakes are also light and fluffy. So good.

Love this place for a hearty breakfast in Monument. Inexpensive, killer eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles and pancakes. Great service with a bit of a Colorado attitude at altitude if you know what I mean. All good!

It's like a (relatively big) mom & pop diner. The menu has all the breakfast and brunch essentials, service is homely and prompt, and the food may not be something to write home about, but it fresh, flavorful and very filling. The deluxe burrito I ordered was HUGE and delicious. The sides were more than enough to make it a meal for 2. The filter coffee was not the best but maybe I should've ordered their fresh OJ The servers at this eatery and super friendly and nice. The ambience is very casual, and perfect a carefree weekend brunch outing.

Took family out to breakfast here. My wife and I both had the eggs Benedict. They were delicious and service was excellent. You can't go wrong eating here.

While visiting Colorado, we came to this cute little town near our rental. Decided to try this place for breakfast. To our surprise the food was really tasty. I love the cozy vibe of this place; service was really great. Our waitress gave us great recommendations. I love the menu look, and the selections. Portion sizes and presentation was great; and price point was really good. We really enjoyed having breakfast here. The hash is really tasty here! Definitely would recommend for coffee or breakfast if your in town.

I'm sorry but not even with salt and lots of cholula salsa I could finish my breakfas. service was amazing great!!! but food! well let's just say that when they say home made, it is for reals home made or get someone who knows green chil!! it was the worst I've ever had. I almost threw up trying to eat it.

Other than not being aptly named (coffee cup cafe, lame coffee), the food is amazing and staff are friendly and great!

Wait staff was run ragged - poor planning to have two people running the bar, and all the tables on a Sat night during Ren Fair and an art festival. Staff would pass our table and not even look at us. Food took at least 30 minutes to arrive. Table next to us was seated after we got there and their food arrived first. The burger was excellent. The fish was unremarkable. (Applebees does a better fish.) Fries were a complete waste of time - a large stack of thin fries. The food was hot when it arrived. After reading the other reviews about lack of ADA sensitivity or training, this isn't a place I'd support going forward. So disappointed. I'd been to the other location and enjoyed it.

Maddie has become a friend and we're always happy to catch up with her. We like the small menu; everything we've had has been really well prepared and presented. Partner especially likes the Fish and Chips, and I love, love, love the best cheeseburger I've ever had - Jacki makes it just right, huge and medium rare. There are other good things on the menu and apps are especially good - but I almost always go back to that magical cheeseburger!

The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I bought cinnamon rolls and they came with no cooking directions and they were not soft and fluffy like a traditional cinnamon roll. They were flat, thin and dry. It was disappointing. Also seating is only outdoors. It was also hard to move around inside because there was a group of 6 sitting right in the center of the room. Came here this time for the Sunday brunch, which is buffet style, They had a decent selection, including eggs, omelette station, biscuits and gravy, fruits, and some sliced meats. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! The chef mentioned that they made the gravy from scratch, and you could tell. The "country potatoes" were generic like those little square ones you find in a hotel breakfast, unfortunately. Everything else was great quality. We had the unlimited mimosa/bellini/Bloody Mary offer, and the drinks were very strong, sometimes not as enjoyable as they should have been. As far as the service, it was great, our server was quick with everything and checked in on us often. Brunch is $40/person, and Unlimited mimosas - $20/person.

I went solo and decided to sit at the bar where they had three bartenders that would rotate with all the customers making it very efficient and great coverage. The food was very inventive; not your typical fare even for a bistro. I started with the lobster tater tots that were served with ranch. He had the perfect amount of seafood flavor and a super crispy outer; I would recommend. Next, I had the ginger pork and crispy rice dish. This had a large helping of pork that did well with the Asian flavors and that crispy rice for texture; I would recommend. My final was the miso butterscotch tart. You can't go wrong with a dessert that has butterscotch, Biscoff, marshmallow and miso. The only criticism I could make was that the tart was pretty loose, but that did not take away from the flavor. To drink this place has lots of beer taps, a good selection of wine and plenty of interesting cocktails. I chose to have a couple beers and they were both very tasty. I would like to come back with additional people so that we could try more of the menu items. Unfortunately, it is an hour away from where I live, but the next time I find myself down in the springs, I will return.
