Coffee or beer? Didn't try the beer as 7am called for coffee but if you have a name like coffee fox you better become a bit more sly with it. Not the most flavorful espresso but the V and GF food options were appreciated. read more

Coffee Fox has officially been added to my coffee shop roster making it a diverse trifecta. I didn't think I would ever willingly deviate from S'bucks and Panera but this cute little eclectic coffee shop changed my mind. The Cafe Con Leche was so good...just strong enough and the presentation was too cute. The Quiche of the day was yummy and the Egg and Cheese Kolache was too. Disappointed to have our only free day on a trip to Savannah interrupted by rain, we struggled to find something to redeem it. The Coffee Fox did just that! The husband had the Mexican latte. He liked it but wished that the habanero flavor was stronger. I had the horchata latte. Loved it. It wasn't too sweet and the espresso base was delish. I gave four stars instead of five because the drinks are small and a little expensive. This will definitely be our must stop coffee house in Savannah! read more

Mix one cup of iced horchata latte with one cup of Mexican Mocha in your tummy and you've got a party churning inside. The Iced Horchata Latte is such a great blend of vanilla and cinnamon with added espresso. The Mexican Mocha was my absolute favorite. A combination of habanero, dark chocolate, and cinnamon is reminiscent of chipotle chocolates - the kick at the end is a great picker upper! If this doesn't awaken your senses and send you off conquering the rest of your day, then I don't know what will. read more

This was the best coffee I've had in a while. They served me the cold brew out of a tap (think beer tap) and, after I added a splash of milk it tasted like something other worldly. This would be my new favorite coffee spot if I lived in the city. Please enjoy for me. read more

They offer drip coffee as well as espresso drinks. Their drip coffee was tasty and not overly roasted or bitter. They have a couple of tables outside. They have a small baked goods selection. For Covid, they only let one party in, you order, and then wait outside for your drinks. read more

Their latte is the best I have had and I am a coffee lover and have tried lattes at many coffee shops. It was so smooth. They have some delicious pastries as well. My husband and I were here in Savannah for a couple days and had stopped in the first morning and had such a good experience that we had to come back the next morning. After countless visits to this lovely little haunt I cannot believe that I've never stopped to Yelp. I've had literal dreams about this gem of a coffee house existing back home. Savannah, count yourself lucky. You've got the most incredible coffee shop to ever be brought to life sitting on the most charming corner of Broughten Street. Everything about this place screams "you're home!!!!" From the adorable aesthetics, the incredibly talented baristas, and the ridiculously good product. this place is perfect. I've tried the iced chai (trust me--it's the best I've ever had), the nitro cold brew (insert heart eye emoji here), ICED HORCHATA(sorry for yelling. It's that good), and then, of course, your basic cup of coffee. I've never been disappointed. Even when the line is out the door the staff is friendly and efficient. No matter what you're feeling, I'm sure you'll find it here. And you'll be satisfied. Skip the Starbucks and head the local spot. Sit at the red counter or enjoy doodling in the community journal. You've gotta go here for coffee while you're in downtown Sav. Very hip, a little pricey, but you will be supporting small business so that all works out. Tons of character and a great place to stop for a bit, but on the busy side for any coffee date. read more

The Coffee Fox is a nice place to stop in for coffee and and on the go type of breakfast. They seem to specialize in kolaches and other pastries. They have cold brew and nitro on tap, as well as a small selection of beer on tap. We had the jalapeño popper kolache - super cheesy and not too spicy at all - and the egg and cheese kolache - fully baked whipped egg inside (think fluffy hard boiled egg - sounds weird but was delicious) and lots of cheese on top. The iced latte I had was really well made and smooth. My boyfriend had regular coffee and thought it was fine, nothing too exciting. Would definitely return, but probably take our items to go next time. The shop is pretty small and finding a table was a challenge, although they do have a few bar seats as well. read more

Love everything about this place. The atmosphere, the decor, the service are all awesome. The coffee is delicious! I was particularly excited about the chem-ex options, which didn't disappoint. My mom is more of a flavored latte kind of gal, and even though they don't carry syrups (which I personally think is great), my mom was a very happy camper when the friendly barista whipped up a horchata latte for her. It was amazing!! The food options looked delicious as well. I am looking forward to being a frequent customer when I move to Savannah next month. read more

We were in Savannah for a second time within the past year and I thought we had possibly gotten coffee here during our last trip. I wasn't impressed the first time- really unimpressed the second time. Rude baristas talking to each other, ignoring us and taking her time preparing the drinks. We ordered two lattes- not good- I don't know if they burn the beans or if something was wrong with the milk but just a bad taste. Don't spend your money here. read more

I love the decor here, but Foxy Loxy is my preferred location. This is convenient to visit when you're on Broughton getting some errands done, and the coffee is just as good. I tried the Mexican Mocha, which I won't be getting again. It was interesting, but too spicy for me! If you're into those flavors, give it a shot. read more

We have been here in the past and had enjoyable experiences. Today I was lucky enough to make it in before a line developed. Being first in line I was greeted by a young man with long curly hair and a mustache. He was friendly but when I didn't order immediately, he began processing a herd of people who had just entered. Falsely believing I was next, I patiently waited as he went thru person after person, systematically skipping me each time. I walked out and left, I will not return. I hate to give poor reviews but I count on honesty in Yelp reviews for my own choices so if I have to I post them. It started out with the barista who let me stand there for about 2 minutes while she---no joke---just stood in front of me but wouldn't greet me or look at me. Maybe 2 minutes doesn't seem like a long time --- try standing for 2 minutes in front of someone who is not engaged. It's not like there was a rush --- it was around 4 PM and there were only a few people inside. The coffee when it arrived (iced coffee) was bitter and acidic. I have commented on other reviews that I am a Californian drinking southern coffee and yes the brews are different --- but this was basically I drinkable. It tasted like coffee that had sat on a burner for too long. The decor is fun --- you have a paper mache elk trophy surrounded by random stickers. What I call bumper sticker pontificating. Fun and artsy. Apparently they are a very popular spot but for me it was a non-starter. Also --- what's up with no recycling in Savannah? I asked to recycle my plastic water bottle and was told Savannah doesn't recycle? read more

Sister coffee shop to Foxy Loxy, my top coffee spot in savannah. Same menu. My favorite thing on the menu is the iced mocha. They make a homemade chocolate sauce that is delicious. The horchata latte is also fantastic. Sweet with a hint of cinnamon. I tried a prosecco pop for the first time tonight which is a fruit popsicle in a cup of prosecco. Absolutely delicious. Their food is also great, the egg and cheese kolache is heavenly. And for dessert I've always loved the foxy brownie which is chocolate mixed with espresso. An awesome and sweet pick me up! Established in 2012, this is the second location for owner Jennifer Jenkins, first opening Foxy Loxy Cafe during the fall of 2011. The Coffee Fox is the downtown streamlined version of Foxy Loxy Cafe offering the same hand crafted espresso and specialty coffee menu, a selection of the fresh baked pastries from her bakery location, Henny Penny Cafe, as well as craft beer & wine. I've been using my Hario V60 Switch and a course grind setting, by the way. It's a bit of an investment to pay a bit more for Perc beans, but you genuinely get what you pay for in terms of quality. I highly recommend these folks, especially if you lean toward light roasts with naturally sweet flavor profiles.

They have their own blend specific for cold brew. It was dark with a toasty, nutty flavor. So good with nothing else needed. The latte was yummy and had a great sweetness. Son loved the smoothie. After 2 they have BOGO hot pastries! We got a chocolate peanut butter scone and a vanilla almond croissant. The croissant was good with a little bit of cream inside a fluffy pastry. Wife and son said the scone was OK. Definitely recommend the coffee. Inside is big with plenty of seating. They also have their regular and flavored coffee for sale.

I had a breakfast sandwich, a latte and a praline cheesecake. The sandwich was really good, the latte was just muh and kinda lacked flavor for me and the cheesecake was so-so. They do have tons of options, so I would definitely return to try other things. The employees were very friendly and pretty fast. There's street parking and a lot close by.

I was so, so hungry and looking forward to an experience that lived up to the reviews. Maybe I should've gotten a waffle?

This place is great! I am a coffee snob and love great coffee shops, and this one is a new favorite. The first time I had the iced coffee which is a mix of espresso beans and their special blend. This iced coffee made Starbucks iced coffee taste like Folgers. Absolutely perfectly placed for a cold coffee. They know how to do it here with a local chocolatier adding the dark chocolate to the Mexican mocha. On a cold morning I opted for a hot drink over my usual cold brew, and was not disappointed. I asked for a vanilla latte, but the barista suggested I give their horchata latte a whirl. Why not, I like cinnamon. It was a delight. Also tried the Zucchini bread and chocolate and fig scone another morning and those were also very pleasantly flavored and delicious and complimented my cappuccino perfectly. The staff is very friendly and the decor is funky, eclectic, retro, and classy inside with some clean touch of vintage. Free wifi. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend it... I visited the coffee shop on Dec 31st at 8:30 AM hoping for a quick cup of coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a noticeable delay in service. After placing my order, I observed that others who paid after me were served first. When I inquired about the delay, the barista explained that there were still two more orders ahead of mine. While I appreciate the clarification, the situation left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I want to emphasize the importance of efficient service for all customers, regardless of any factors. I've been to The Coffee Fox several times, and each time has equaled the others in terms of quality of product and service. The coffee is always good (I've had hot and cold, "mixed drinks" like the mocha and a straight cold brew), and, although the potential for coffee snobbery exists, the people who work behind the counter are more interested in getting you the right drink than they are proving their knowledge. I rated it "not good for working" because the space is fairly small and more conducive to conversation than focused work. For focused work, I'd go to their sister store, Foxy Loxy. read more
