Now, it's just an awesome place to grab coffee and unwind. The staff are always so nice, and this time around we asked for our coffee to be put on a mug instead of "to go" cups. To our surprise, our coffees looked amazing. He was feeling very artistic that day Glad we decided to unwind and actually sat down after our 5 mile hike because heading here for coffee was such a pleasant reward. After that, she continued taking new customer orders, and it appeared those drinks were being prepared before mine. A little later, another customer came in to pick up an online order, and one of the baristas immediately started making her drinks. By that point, I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. I eventually flagged down one of the baristas in the back, who kindly apologized for the delay and quickly prepared my order. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the barista was, but the overall pickup process was frustrating and made it seem like my online order had been overlooked. I hope the store can provide additional training to ensure online pickup orders are handled more consistently and that customers are acknowledged and kept informed while they wait.

Initially I wanted the strawberry matcha latte but ended up ordering the matchahaya instead. It's basically an ice-blended matcha mix with Tram's signature cream. The drink was surprisingly not too sweet and the matcha didn't taste watered down even though it was mixed with ice. The ice could have been blended a bit longer to make it smoother. Overall, a great matcha/coffee spot to try if you're in downtown. I would like to try other items on their menu next time I stop by.
