I've been here twice, both times happen to be when they were having a bogo promotion for the Creamy Ha Noi Coffee drinks. The first time was great, the drinks were tasty and the coffees were strong. However, I went again today for the second time, and this visit was a disappointment! Unlike the first time, this time they did not fill the drinks all the way, and this time they used different cups and sealed the drinks. You can see in the pictures, the drinks are not filled to the top, like they were the first time. Keep in mind, I ordered the same drinks as last time, didn't change anything. This time, I also ordered a large Thai Milk Tea, and as you can see from the picture, the whole top portion of the drink is full of ice! Having drank the drink throughout the day, all the ice really dilutes the drink, and the flavor goes away. I did scoop some of the ice out in the beginning, but it's still just too much ice!! They need to stop putting all this ice in their drinks, we shouldn't be paying for a cup of ice!! The customer service the first time was great, the person that helped me was friendly and approachable to questions and concerns, today's recent visit, I didn't get that same vibe from the person who assisted me.
