Good place with fast service, very nice vibe inside so your wait doesn't feel bad. Got the Henlopen sandwich on a bagel with bacon. Very nice heart sandwich on a fairly large bagel. One issue is that I had wanted to get it on a garlic bagel and the person at the counter said they were only selling pre-made. I am sure that helps the line move, but while we were waiting for our beverages I heard somebody else was told custom orders were fine it would just take a minute. Oh well. Also I got the nitro cold brew, which had ice in it and didn't seem nitro'd but the coffee was quite tasty so it was fine. I will definitely will return but will fight for a freshly made sando next time. read more

Great space right off the boardwalk on the main street. Lovely decor, well-kept space and great staff. They offer a variety of hot and cold breakfast drinks and a wide variety of bagels, breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast items. Prices are reasonable given the prime location just steps away from the boardwalk. Lots of parking on the main road and most side streets (parking meters in effect 10am - 10pm, May 15 - September 15.) which can be paid by credit card or using the app. read more

What a great local coffee shop with so much more to offer than just coffee! Bagels, acai bowls, smoothies, refreshers..we had a little of everything and enjoyed it all. Service was fast and friendly. Decor a solid 5/5. Modern beachy vibe at the beach; free stickers. Lots of promo for real estate throughout which is weird. But: Jumbo iced latte needs *at least* 2 more espresso shots to be worthwhile. It's mostly ice and cream with a vague coffee aftertaste. Not worth the $7 over free hotel coffee. read more

The nastiest people who ever work on the beach are the people that are right here they literally ignore you the entire time and you wait at least an hour and a half for a simple disgusting bagel that taste like garbage, Garbage coffee, garbage food, and garbage service this place needs to be shut down immediately Oh, and one more thing they have mugs two for ten and then they give you an attitude when you actually buy them because they want you to pay extra and then they want you to tip them because of their miserable life, Their miserable service and their miserable accommodations. We stayed at a hotel closeby so I was here on Friday and on Saturday, 7/30. This place has such a great vibe when I walked in, cute decor and retail items. Even the water bottles were made with love (nice labels). I took the time to observe more on Saturday because I was waiting in a semi-long line. The cashier was a young lady and she was friendly and efficient. On Friday, I ordered the cold brew with hazelnut syrup and that Saturday, I ordered the Cafe Late with caramel syrup. A guy made my coffee and it was done well! Not too much milk and lots of ice just like I like it. I went to this place because it was convenient, but it didn't wow me. Ambiance: (5/5) I loved the beach theme that was incorporated into the cups as well. Price: (4/5) Prices were average. Food: (2/5) I thought the bigger coffee was impressive until I realized it was all milk and no actual coffee in the latte. I got the smaller size and it was still all milk so I was very disappointed. On Rehoboth Beach in DE for the first time. Early morning trying to catch the sunrise. Came across the best place for coffee. What a way to start the day with a smile, smooth order and hospitality beyond measure. Dwayne showed me to the restroom and told me all about local coffee that they sell. Conveniently just a few vendors from the beach and right on the boardwalk, this spot was great for stopping in for our morning caffeine. I got a matcha latte while the mister got coffee. There were lots of options for sandwiches and fruit, but my kiddos only wanted hashbrowns. It was a cute spot for taking some photos by on the surfboard and it felt cozy and comfy enough for us to hang out and chill for a bit. While the place is really cute and good for coffee, what we didn't realize was that it was mainly a pop up shop / advertisement for a local housing development group. Once you realize that they are trying to sell you on new housing, the charm kinda gets taken away as I originally thought I was supporting a small business. read more

This coffee shop is so cute! It's a bright blue color and filled with the smell of coffee right outside the door - total beach vibes! There's a wall covered with coffee and beach merchandise such as mugs, thermoses, beach towels, beach bags, and kitchen towels. Orders are taken quickly at the counter with each customer's name to be called out when their order's ready. Although the ambience and efficiency of the store was up to perfection, unfortunately the matcha latte was not. The matcha powder wasn't mixed in well at all and you could taste all the clumps. It's unlikely that I would get something from here again. Maybe a regular coffee or latte would be better but definitely not a matcha place. read more

I stopped by here earlier today by myself for a quick afternoon pick me up. The coffee house is located right on Rehobeth Ave across from the bandstand. The inside of this place looked like what you would expect from a coffee shop with a place to order your drink, a place to pick it up and then a bunch of pastries and breakfast foods around. Since it was hot outside on this day, I was looking for something cool. So I was happy whenever I saw a 20 oz cold brew nitro pour on the menu and I quickly ordered it. I then headed over to the pickup area and about 2 minutes later my coffee was ready. Sadly, I couldn't see any nitrogen bubbles cascading in the coffee and there wasn't any head on it either. After a taste, if you would have asked me what it was, I would have told you a cold brew. The taste of it was ok and there wasn't anything wrong with it per se, but I would have expected it to be a bit smoother and creamier from the nitrogen. The bottom line for me is that I might head back here again in the future. While the coffee itself wasn't bad, I was disappointed with my nitrogen cold brew, but my mother in law did speak well about their frozen cappuccino. read more

I'm not a coffee connoisseur by any means so my input to how this coffee tastes means nothing. But I need coffee to avoid the usual headache and this place filled that void. It's a cute space and the location was convenient since it's right next to the beach. But as my wife and a few others pointed out, this place is just a front. A front that isn't as discreet considering there's more emphasis on their housing development versus the actual shop itself. Nothing we could have done about it now, but I'm glad I only spent money on just coffee. read more

Stopped by on our morning walk for iced coffee. The coffee was decent, if not a bit weak. I wish the shop was more transparent about their relationship with Schell Brothers. As a visitor to this area, I'm not familiar with specific developers (or locals' opinion of them) and a more transparent interaction would be helpful in helping me make a decision how to spend my money. read more

I guess I'm used to the pleasant customer service from the bigger name companies, and this one did not measure up. I went in and was trying to read the drinks on the board but the employees were standing around talking and blocking the drink menu. After a minute they finally moved and one asked what did I want to order. I told him I was trying to see the board to considering. He directed me to the paper with the tiny print and I told him the board was better. He then asked what I was thinking of getting, I said coffee, he asked iced or hot, I said iced and he keyed in my order. I wasn't offered a sweetener, a flavor shot, or anything else. I saw the flavors & added the flavor shot to my order. I felt kinda rushed but I went with it. The price that I was told was different than what was on the board. They explained that it was changed in the system but not on the board (red flag). I should've cancelled my order but she had already made it. The drink was bland and flavorless. I adid not taste the flavor, and I added so much sugar. This place is a big NO for me. read more

I hate complaining about small businesses but the food was really bad. I got a Chesapeake bowl which has scrambled egg, spinach, and bacon in it. The eggs were wet and under cooked and the bacon was almost raw. Everything seemed like it had been made in a microwave and not a skillet. We also got a breakfast burrito which had no flavor. I ordered a large coffee with pumpkin spice flavoring and it was delicious! I was so happy to see that they had oatmilk as an option to add to your coffee yourself. Coffee was decent, the pastry was large enough to be shared. All of the basics are available to be ordered, but drip wasn't too strong, felt pretty run of the mill. Found this place while waiting for church at 7:30 AM and so happy I did! Great food at a reasonable price. Decor was beautiful. Staff was so sweet and loved the free stickers. Husband stopped in yesterday on our way to the beach and ordered a plain coffee. Then he waited, and waited, and waited. I came in to check on him after a few minutes because I found it odd for him to still be waiting for a simple coffee; most places pour them right away to get an easy ticket out of the way. I went to the tee shirt shop next door and browsed then checked back in. Still waiting after checking in on his order. While everyone else around him and those who came in after him received their specialty drinks, he was still waiting on his basic black coffee. I was like, "Uhhhh, this is a really long wait for just a coffee." He agreed & finally asked for his money back & left, sans coffee. read more

Such a cute welcoming place. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling faces. We even made a new friend! If you get a chance to visit The Coffee House look for Dwayne, the bold headed guy, he's amazing! Such a fun, happy guy who loves to see smiling faces and happy customers! Oh my gosh! you want a great way to start or end your day- be sure to go to The Coffee House on the Avenue in Rehoboth. Food- Excellent, Coffee- Amazing, Service- like no other! My daughter left her wallet on the table and Dwayne stood watch until she returned!
