The housekeeping staff stole clothes with tags from a bag left in the room. We called within 2 hours of leaving and the housekeeping manager said he put it up right away for me to come get. Fast forward - I go get my bag and the NEW WITH TAGS clothes were gone. But the dirty clothes remained. Hotel front manager Jonathan Tellez had me send in receipts and proof of stay and said I would be reimbursed for the missing items. Today I got a call and he told me to go ahead and file a police report that they couldn't find anything on the cameras. I'm taking it to the next level (thank god my brother is an attorney in Los Angeles) Dirty dirty dirty place with sticky fingers! "I promise this never happens here ma'am" such a shame! The hotel is right next to outlet malls... I can't believe we have such UNHONEST people in this world.

    100s of baccarat

They made it harder and harder to win at this place. $1 commission for every bet on black jack. 100 tables of baccarat and no Spanish 21. Baccarat was the best odds at $10 minimum. The food was decent to cater to the amount of Asians who are here for convenience.

Very large Menu, great place to stop and charge your Tesla. The food was ok, we got the fried rice and a couple of breakfast items. It's not bad for the price, but definitely not something to go out of your way for.

Waiting time for table is too long so its not as busy as used to be! They are not opening the tables frequently so consider waiting for a table for around an hour so! No jackpots like before! The food wise they started opening slowly but you cant get decent food. The casino food is not best one so there is no complaints about the quality or freshness. We are talking about casino! Ambiance wise, the workers are nice and trying their best to give you the attention you needed. They need to hire more people...Bring slot machines to. If you are looking for slot machines so this is not the right place! Here its all about tables! They are getting better little by little after covid but its a long road!

02/04/2024 Here for the Los Angeles Chinatown Beauty Pageant to select the Queen of Chinatown. This is a huge gala event sponsored by many companies to put this together. I was invited by OneLegacy who promotes organ, eye, and tissue donation. It was a table for 10 and close to the bar. It's a cash bar but you could use a card for your drinks too. Even though it was pouring rain this evening, it was comfortable under the event tent with this giant stage. For this many tables, the food was decent based on how many dishes they need to prepare with choices. What is unbelievable to me is that every table inside was packed. Seems like there are regulars with this packed house. They even set up more tables in the covered patio area just before the entrance to our event. Glad it's not Vegas because during the event, slot machines in front of us making all sorts of noise during the presentation. I'm also glad they didn't make us use the port a potties out in the rain. I went inside for the facilities.

The Biggest Master Suite Bedroom ever...lol.. Came with his and her Closets

Went to a Concert here. The venue was amazing! My hotel suite was incredible! Comparable to Vegas 5 Star Hotels ... The food was limited but sooooo good. I wanted a fruit salad at the end of the night but that were sold out, undesirable. Anyway, I got the Salt and Pepper Porkchop plate. The chops were thin but oh soooo tasty. It also came with rice. I would get this again Parking was crowded but people were coming and young so no problem. All the tables were packed with winners ...lol.. that was a good sign Drinks were reasonable... Place was clean and workers were friendly. Concert was OUTSTANDING! There are no bad seats in that place. I can't wait to go back there!

    Inside of the spa

This is the inside of the spa. It's falling apart, honestly didnt want to get in it. Was trying to vibe with friends. The spa wasn't even warm enough to enjoy. They really need to update the pool/spa area. I'm very disappointed. I'm an outdoor person, I was looking forward to the pool/spa. The room was decent.

This is the worst casino in Los Angeles. My friend is banned, but he can still get in because the casino doesn't check ID cards.

The party scene has amped up due to the different venues that are hosting watch parties. Beso was…read moreone of them, and thus I decided to visit this spot for a good time. And a good time I did have. But before getting here I had to experience its line. Colombia was playing another team, I cannot remember who their opponent were. After this game, Argetina was playing another team, I cannot remember who the other team was, either. I was in line to enter the club while the Colombia game raged. The entrance was suppose to be free. Yet the line was not moving. Which gave me an opportunity to view the dynamics of the line, and quite frankly, also endure them. In front of me were four guys. They were roughhousing, or should I say roughlining. One of the guys made another guy drop his cellphone and glass case. The guy who dropped his items called the instigator colorful names laced with expletives but with a smile and jovial energy. To each their own I thought, but I did not see how this kind of engagement was fun. Then I discovered that the instigator had been kicked out of the club earlier. He was asked to leave anew, to depart not only from the club but from its line. He had tried to insert himself with an existing group and thus enter cloaked by a pack. The three guys did not disengage with the instigator and followed his shenanigans with a grin and bare it approach. I am not sure how they felt when the bloke left but I think they might have felt an internal sense of relief that they did not show in their body language. Soon after it was my turn to feel the lash of the line. There was this security guard or bouncer that spoke to the three dudes in front of me. He explained that the cost to enter was 10 dollars because now that the Colombia game had finished, the after party began, and to enter it would be 10 dollars. I heard three guys behind me discuss the entry free and decided to not enter. I heard them rationalize how 10 dollars was too much to spend for Beso. Their reasons mostly surrounded around the statement one made: "I've been here before and there were not many girls". So they decided to "step out later that night."The biggest take away for me is that they did not want to shell 10 dollars after waiting and being there. They were not cheap, they were responsible with their fun spending, and made choices that were best for them. They reflected what one should do when navigating a nearly suffocating inflation atmosphere. The three guys in front of me entered and so did I. However, the security or bounce that I discussed above tried to block my good time. When he informed the three guys of the cost, he only looked at them and not me. WhenI was paying, he told the casher, "you wanna let him in, he was wearing a tshirt." The cashier nodded yes, and the bouncer said, "are you sure." In my attempt to party, he was the villain of my tale. I was showered, clean, dressed in what I felt comfortable in, and made me feel good, and he deemed it unworthy attire. To him, I say relax, my outfit in no way disrupted the integrity of Beso. But he made me feel like I should not enter despite other people wearing Jersey and t-shirts. I felt singled out, and for what reason I am not sure. The partying was so much. And I did meet a bartender who helped the cause. His name was Marcel. I got three margaritas. When I went for the third one, he was helping another customer, and as she was closing her tab he looked at me and raised his finger to signal one, and I said yes. He had gathered that I was there for my usual, and instinctively shortened my wait. He acted in a respectful and seasoned matter. These actions seem small but they help me feel like the party belongs to me too! The game played in screens in front of us and above us, while the dance floor blazed. I lost myself in the moment, in the good time, which is the highest praise I can offer a club. I had fun, and I was glad I came. At one point, I looked at the lasers of Beso, and my mind was quietly hypnotized because the videos seem to have a vapor flowing within them. I tried to capture a video of it, but I am not sure if I was successful in capture the vapor inside the lights. But I never had seen taht before, and I am not sure where it came from, the vapor within the light. I will go here again, I will just make sure to take the right type of shirt. And maybe have one in the car as backup in case my taste does not meet the quality measure of this place.

There are about 6 talented bartenders who work the bar and each of them bring a unique portfolio to mixology. Let's get back to Amanda! One of my friends who was visiting from Hawaii found Amanda on social media and asked that I take her to Kuduowl to experience this unique mixology. We were greeted warmly by Amanda and she explained the concept of the bar and the drink options. All were absolutely beautifully crafted and served! Delicious! I had a drink a few years ago (Sloe Gin Ramos) and not many bartenders know how to make it, nor do they want to take the time to make it. Amanda and Chris jumped right in and made it (takes 10-15 minutes to make). It was delicious and the preparation was a show! Loved it. All bartenders, servers, and bar backs were working in unison, like an orchestra. You could tell they all enjoyed their jobs and coworkers! It made for a beautiful ambiance. The bar welcomes everyone - from old to young, from gay to straight, and a rainbow of diversity of ethnic backgrounds! This has to be my favorite bar in Southern California! Bravo Amanda & team!
