There was no line but our snack took longer than I expected given the "pancake" description, more than 15 minutes. Also, they were denser and more oily/fried than I expected, but were very tasty. The chicken topping was well-seasoned and delicious. The sauce that came with it was good, and we asked for some hot pepper sauce, which worked well with it. One thing that surprised me was the food hall concept. While it appears to have multiple vendors, they all seem to share the same kitchen, many of the same employees, and much of the same menu. It felt less like independent food stalls and more like a single restaurant operating under different brand names, where you simply order at different windows. The overall atmosphere felt neglected. Many of the employees appeared unorganized and unsure of the ordering process, and the service reflected that. The idea has potential, but the facility needs much better upkeep and organization. They were prepared quickly. I expected the pancakes to be twice as large for the price. They tasted fine, I liked them. The ramen was served with broth on the side and came with pork, eggs, corn, bean sprouts, and a few other bits. It was pretty good but nothing special.
