I was sooooo happy to come across a spot that offered choco bananas (frozen chocolate covered bananas) they weren't as good as the ones from my home country but it did the job. Delicious taste in each bite. The strawberry cheesecake had cake in it. And that is not usual at other ice cream shops i tasted. They have few benches outside but nothing inside. Terrible experience! Ordered Pineapple Coconut ice cream. There was no pineapple taste at all. Totally tasteless. I took one spoonful and asked if I could have another flavor. I told the manager I really didn't like it. She said I could have another flavor but I have to pay for it. Her final answer was absolutely no. I'm 75 years old and have seen people send back expensive steaks that were overdone in fine restaurants and didn't get the attitude I got from this young lady manager over a lousy scoop of ice cream. Great ice cream but horrible service. I've been going to Cone Zone for about 20 years and never had a problem until it was bought by a new owner. Since then the staff doesn't care. Jericho, the "person in charge of the shift" takes people in whatever order he wants. It doesn't matter who's next line line. He doesn't listen to what you order, so he gets it wrong then tells you to calm down when you tell him the order is wrong. When we asked if he was related to the owner he smirked and said no.
