It shows in both the product and his discussion of it, which he offers freely. The other staff were also very attentive, wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful. The space is exactly what I'd expect given the food and people in it: charming, eclectic and comfortable. They also have regular live music. I haven't been back for that yet.
