I love the hash browns and bacon in this BB (breakfast burrito). I feel that the tortilla is very important and they def do use quality tortillas! Next time I will ask if they can throw in some avocado slices to see how it compares. They only give you 1 thing of salsa but my coworker and I used 1.5 - keep that in mind! EVERY BITE COUNTS! - Croissant Sandwich w/ Bacon: This is pretty much exactly what I was bargaining for, a greasy, juicy, flavorful, hearty meal in the morning. Out of shear laziness, I threw the hash brown in the sandwich and just ate it that way. No complaints here! They make breakfast TACOS! A concept my coworkers and I were talking about for when you want a bite-size BB. _atmosphere/service: There is seating right outside but you're at a gas station so... I wouldn't really recommend it especially when it's on the corner of 2 of the busiest streets in the area. There is a baseball field just up the road (Ohio and Sepulveda) that has some picnic tables. Picked up breakfast here this morning since I was in the area. Overall not bad for a small shop inside of a gas station. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich which came with cheese, egg and your choice of meat (I picked bacon) and a hash brown. The croissant seemed a bit old other than that the eggs were fresh, bacon crispy and the hash brown was just all right (overly greasy for my taste). The "parking lot" is small, there is street parking if you can find it. There are tables outside so you can enjoy your meal if you plan on eating there. read more

The fact that this place is shockingly delicious due to the location of last station, gives this spot a lot of kudos. It's quick, not too pricey... Literally can grab a breakfast burrito as you pump your gas. And they have healthier options too. Their breakfast burritos are massive! It's got a lot of stuff packed in there and its the protein shot that's perfect for brunch...don't think I can recommend eating that heavy of a breakfast otherwise. It's packed with eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, and hash browns and the meat flavors really shine through. What would improve it is if the elements were more homogenized and less distinct, but guess that's the major difference between a breakfast taco and a breakfast burrito. I sure was skeptical about the "gas station food" that my coworker mentioned lol. I can truthfully say I have 0 shame when it comes to eating from a gas station now hahaha. This place is super convenient and a blessing sent from heaven for local employees! Damn these people work hard during the lunch rush, as they have a BUNCH of workers coming in at lunch. Both in-store and online orders are flying in and they execute so well! TAKE MY MONEY! The food quality is over the top too! I've ordered about 4 times, and my coworkers order about everyday. I haven't been disappointed once! My fav is the Mexican Burrito-- it comes with everything, and it's filling and cheap! Also comes with chips and salsa, but I always forget to ask for extra salsa (one little dixie container is definitely not enough!). Also, every Yelp checkin gets you a free box of chips and salsa! Normalize crispy hashbrowns in breakfast burritos. Definitely one of the few places in LA that does not use whole potatoes which takes away the taste of a true breakfast burrito. Corner Deli delivers great sandwiches, wraps, salads, Mexican, and breakfast during limited hours. The sandwiches come with a free side (fries, salad, cole slaw, potato salad, fruit salad, or pasta.) The famed breakfast burrito will definitely fill you up. The tortilla chips are legit thick and crunchy. The boyfriend and I have tried a fourth of their menu so far. The Corner Deli & Grill is the most contradictory and savory place to eat! I was working out of our WLA office and asked for some good eats around the area and they all agreed on "the gas station across the street". Right away, I laugh, and ask, "Are you serious?" and they insistently rave about their burgers, sandwiches, and other lunch items. So I'm imagining 7 Eleven quality-like food and decide to roll with it. I was surprised to see there was a long line of people already holding their receipts with numbers. Finally my turn came up and I ordered the Southwestern burger which is similar to Carl's Jr 's but with better onion rings! Mmm. My last visit (yesterday), I was feeling a little naughty and ordered the bacon-wrapped chilli cheese dog. Mwahahaha!! My hot dog was sinfully well-endowed that it should've been called the magnum chilli cheese dog (lol). I know it wasn't polish either! I love the concept of a bacon-wrapped chilli hot dog (that I created), but I really felt like the bacon was underwhelming for the dominating chilli and think it's better served without it. Wow. This place was not good. I am surprised because the reviews rave so. Honestly, just about any street truck serves a better breakfast burrito. This isn't a breakfast burrito! It's a flat boring rubbery slab of scrambled egg/omelet, wrapped inside a burrito. They slap a whole piece of overly salty bacon in there. No cutting, no mixing. In the box is a pile of potatoes, they're not in the burrito. This is just ... ingredients. No cooking. And you can even see this on the photos I realize in retrospect. But I hadn't really quite noticed in advance. My bad. Possibly worse is the silly way they treated my about their "yelp deal" for salsa and chips. Salsa and chips; that's their special deal. Ok, many places just give this on over, but that's essentially what the yelp deal is anyway. I did that, then had trouble getting it to show on my phone. The owner/manager? ...whoever was in charge, actually gave me a hard time about this. Implied I was lying, that I hadn't checked in. Really. How exactly was I to have known about the checkin if I hadn't done so? I had given him the phone, asked him to help me with it. He could see the app was glitching and not bringing it up, not allowing me to recheck in. Yet he had the nerve to actually imply I was lying about it?! He magnanimously eventually gave me the chips anyway. smh. And those chips were not good?! The salsa is not good? Plus - as goes the proverbial joke, there's so little of it! haha. Tiny little cups of salsa, not tasty. Stale, over fried, thick chips. So *shrug*. I don't quite get the accolades for this place. I really love breakfast burritos but I don't think this is the place to get your fix. Not accusing your customers of gratuitously lying for junk food that's not even good would be a nice touch too. It's pure fatkid joy, especially when you just need something fatty and delicious. Their customer service is great, especially since they're behind the counter so it's hard to interact but they're always really kind. Give this place a chance. It's connected to a gas station sure but don't call it "gas station food". This place is great, cheap and quick. I use to work within walking distance and needed something quick. I came here to try their burgers and their crunch sandwich- that sandwich made my day. I love rye and squaw bread and was surprised to see them options here- get the crunch sandwich with one of these!!! The folks are really nice too! Best to come before the rush. Even tho this deli is in the Mobil station .. Its pretty good! Our office usually orders from the deli 2-3 times a week. Mostly for breakfast.
