I am a frequent customer a little more, the food is very delicious, but now I distrust the hygiene, all your staff, Kevin McCarney, starting with the cashier xiomara, every time I go to eat I do not tolerate her bad smell, and no matter how much I try to get away her smell is very strong, and I do not think that all your staff and the rest of your customers do not feel the bad smell so unpleasant, I hope and you give importance to my comment and I have seen many comments similar to my comment

The worker's name is Xiomara; I hope you take action on this matter, as I am very upset.

I visited this place for the first time today, and honestly, I was put off by the person who served me. I am shocked that they would have someone with such a terrible body odor working in customer service. I do not recommend this place and will never return; here is my receipt with the name of the person who took my order.

There are many locations around Los Angeles, this one is just east of Sawtelle. I would say the food is solid, there are better tasting options around the city, but it is always really fast and convenient here and they always get the order right. Inside has a lot of tables to dine in, but most people choose to go, which is what we did for our order as well. There is a large free parking lot attached with plenty of spaces and the food is always ready quickly. This most recent visit I ordered the Steak Burrito and really enjoyed it. I wish it would have had more meat inside, but still the flavors were overall pretty good. It's not my favorite Mexican spot in town, but I would say I enjoy it and would recommend.

    Shrimp Tacos San Felipe™

the saddest shrimp taco i have ever had for $7 each. Make sure you order something to drink, as its so dry.

Every so often I make a stop at this place because I absolutely love their broiled shrimp San Felipe burrito. Try it without the cheese. It's so delicious and the shrimp tasted very fresh. They've cut back on the amount of shrimp though, for sure. They also make a fried scampi version. Their quesadillas are great too, especially with chicken. The salsa bar has a few wonderful fresh salsas that you serve yourself. It looked pretty good today, but they used to have more of a variety of salsas. They will give complementary chips, but make sure you ask for them. If you dine in, they give you a number and today they actually brought my food to the table, which was nice. I remember a couple years back when they were being very cheap with the chips. In fact, back then I asked for chips and one of the employees looked at me very seriously and said "really? people usually don't want them anymore". So today I asked right away "there are chips included, right?" They have a few comfy booths in the back against the wall that are great to sit at with a friend. There's also outside seating and I love the Mexican music. Easy free parking right in front in the lot, but it gets really full. A lot of the spots are reserved for the mini mall's banks . Enter on Westwood Blvd. If there's no room in the lot, you can usually find parking on Westwood Blvd. at a meter.

Best one ever!!! Been coming here since 2001. Ahi burrito is sooo good and I'm picky! Homemade tortillas u can watch them make... salsa bar and warm chips free of charge. Don't go to Burbank location - totally different... Westwood blvd is the only one I go to!

Great place to enjoy Mexican food. I got the carne asada burrito and it was tasty/flavorful. Come and check this place out!

We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and everything was presented really well. The enchiladas were flavorful, the grilled fish was cooked perfectly, and the tortillas with the short rib were a table favorite. Portions were great for sharing, and the sauces really tied everything together. Service was friendly and our server checked in on us throughout the night without making us feel rushed. It did get a little busy, so there were a few waits between courses, but nothing that took away from the experience. Overall Great atmosphere, solid food, and a fun place for birthdays or date nights. I'd definitely come back!!

Our waiter then told us we needed a specific Dine LA reservation, something that was never mentioned when I called or when I made the reservation. I've been to plenty of Dine LA restaurants and have never experienced this. The service wasn't necessarily bad, but it was very dismissive. No apology, no real explanation--they basically just brushed it off. Thankfully, the food saved the night! The Michelada oysters were TO DIE FOR--seriously one of the best oyster flavors I've ever had. We also had the short rib plate, which was delicious. The outdoor atmosphere and decor are really cute too. I would come back, but ONLY for those oysters--definitely not for the service.

Yes, you get all three so no hard choices have to be made. My first impression of the beans was that they were no biggie but last night they were fire! I almost ordered a plate to take home. You have been warned the ceviche tostada has a kick but squirt some lime on it if you need to and you will survive. As for the guacamole, it's guacamole - need I say more? For my entree I went with the snapper, which came with escabeche, lime, pineapple, cilantro, green onion, and chili rub. In the past, I've strictly stuck to their small plates and I feel that's still the way to go. Nothing wrong with my snapper, I just love all the other little plates more. I went with one other person and only one piece of cheesecake came out. Supposedly it was a bigger slice but looked like an average size to me. This cheesecake is made with manchego cheese so don't expect an overly sweet treat. I did enjoy it. But, I also ordered their flan that is only available in August and I found that to be better than the cheesecake. Get both as one is limited edition. We also got the fried chicken tacos. We were told they were pretty spicy but I felt the ceviche was spicier. They were tasty but did not live up to their oxtail tacos they used to have. Also, squirt some lime on these tacos - you're welcome. This is one of my fave places to dine during peak weather season. Go check them out. Tip: street parking is available if you get there at 5 otherwise valet is $15. Trust, you do not want to park your car anywhere other than that one block where the restaurant is located.

There were many families eating dinner and many larger parties that looked like they were celebrating something special. We were all famished after fighting through LA traffic on a weeknight. I'm pretty sure we ordered at least half the items on the menu. Every dish ordered was fine, edible, not burnt but just ok. While I am by no means a connoisseur of Oaxacan food, I am perplexed at the number of reviews raving about this restaurant. It's fine, there nothing wrong with the food, but I, personally, don't think it's rave worthy. I've been here 2x now. I'll come back to a place especially when it's on a "best of" list and I wasn't impressed. I always think it may have just been a bad day or perhaps I didn't order well. Next time I see this spot on a "best of" list I'm going to find out WHAT dishes I should've ordered.
