The customer service is not good at all. There was a worker whose tone is so aggressive and spoke to customers in a way that was unbelievably disrespectful and unhelpful. It's like, are you trying at all to sell things or at least to make the customer feel understood? It honestly just made me depressed because she was so poor at her job and seemed unhappy. In conclusion, the supply is a bit limited and some workers here can be nasty. read more

The employees are not honest ar the store. They do not want to sell products to the customer. My friends and I came to the store together. We would like to purchase lipsticks, they said the products are out of stock. Then the other friend came in on the next day, they sold 3 lipsticks to him. The other thing, they said that we dont allow to buy no more than 3 at the same times. Since they did not put the limit notice in the store. It is violating the consumer right. read more

A cosmetics outlet...nope doesn't exist. That's what I would have said before visiting Freeport. It's the outlet for the Estee Lauder Companies, so you've got: -Clinique -Prescriptives -Bobbi Brown -MAC -Origins All at discount prices! Yippee! I saved about $12 on my foundation from Prescriptives. Also, good news for Prescriptives junkies like myself, I was told they will be carrying their stuff for years to come, because although the brand is discontinued (sniffle, sniffle) after January 2010, they'll get all the overstock. read more

This is an outlet for Estée Lauder company brands--Estée Lauder, MAC, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, and Origins, to name just a few. These are products from the actual lines at a reduced price, so there are some really excellent gems here. They have some really nice products from each line and for GREAT prices. The stand outs for me were: MAC eyeshadow singles for $11 instead of $16; MAC mineralized skinfinish for $21 instead of $32; Bobbi Brown moisturizers for $70 instead of $96; Clinique blushes and eyeshadow at reduced prices, as well. They also had a huge selection of Estée Lauder skincare--the serums and night creams! On top of all this, the store has an impressive selection of Origins products--I'm talking an entire back wall. You won't see entire lines in this store, and the selection can be a bit random. The ladies who were working left me to browse, but when I asked them a question about an eyeshadow, they were really nice and helpful. They don't seem to be brand experts or makeup artists, so I wouldn't ask them for help with makeup questions necessarily. Overall, a really nice store! read more

Great prices on expensive makeup, but the two ladies working, one older woman and one with light hair, made browsing around incredibly awkward as they stood at the front and stared us down. One customer left and didn't buy anything so one of the workers said to the other "of course touch everything and not buy." I was willing to spend $$ but decided against because of how rude they were. Didn't bother to help us out either. I'd rather pay full price for the makeup than go back into that store. read more

This place is incredibly racist. I went in with two other Asian girlfriends and two of the ladies stared us down the entire time, as if we were going to steal something. They were NOT friendly or welcoming and only one of the ladies were cheery and helpful. The old lady and the one with dirty blonde waves were judging us the entire time. The taller blonde one was very nice. I will be contacting the store manager or someone higher up about this because my friends and I have never felt this discriminated against before. I was really excited about browsing through this store's makeup selection for some Christmas gifts. When my family and I stepped through the door, the first thing said to us was, "You only a few minutes! We are closing at 7." I had no idea of the time, but we apologized and told the lady we would keep it quick. I have worked in customer service for many years and understand how annoying it is when a customer lingers after the store has closed. My family and I were trying to look through the makeup selection, but could feel both of the sales ladies eyes on us the whole time. One of the ladies said again that we only had a couple of minutes. Finally, we could stand it no longer. The sales woman said, "Okay, we really have to close now. We are eager to leave." My family and I left upset and annoyed. When we walked out, it was still not yet closing time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The two sales women definitely succeeded at making us feel so uncomfortable, and we will never be returning to this store. read more

​I went here with my sister a few weekends ago. I am definitely a make-up person, I buy a lot and know what's what. I was really looking forward to our trip to this store, and definitely ready to buy some new products. When we walked in, there was only one other person in the store at the time. All the people who were working at the time (I think there was maybe two or three), ignored us completely. Not one of them asked if they could help us find anything. I realize that we look a little young for our age (we are 27 and 28 years old), but even so you should treat all customers the same and with respect. We even stood at the register looking at a product, and my sister asked me a question about it and I said "I don't know," and the girl standing at the counter who worked there completely ignored us, did not offer any information on the product at all. It was like we were invisible. I was so appalled at the lack of customer service that we left without buying anything, and I can say I will 100% not be returning here. From the reviews on here it seems like we are not the only ones treated this way, which makes the store seem even worse. read more
