    High quality glass soap dish
    Michelle F.

I have been here twice and had a similar experience each time. The staff has been cheerful and pretty helpful. I browsed around and am always impressed with the scent of the soaps. I have bought several for myself and also some to bring home for gifts. The soap does not give off as much scent as I would expect. When you sniff it, the smell is strong. When you actually use it, not so much. I do not even use bar soap normally but make an exception when it is from Napa Soap Company. The soaps are pretty and some of the names are related to wine. I did buy a soap dish that I have on my bathroom counter for decoration. Their soap dishes are really cool. I would definitely recommend coming here. It is quite an experience!

I have wanted to come in here for years and just never made it. I'm so glad I finally popped in here the other day to grab some gifts. It's such a lovely little place, because it's both a retail store front and the facility where they make the products. Like so many experiences in Saint Helena, this seems like a set for a scene in a Nancy Meyers movie. I was able to get not only several lovely soaps to bring home, but also some fun little makeup bags and jewelry. It was even cuter than I had expected - and that is saying a lot! I like to buy a lot of handmade things when I'm in Napa, and then bring it all home to stash in my gift cabinet. Soaps, small earrings makeup bags with cute sayings, coasters, scarves, flower sack towels -- I buy all these things when I'm on vacation in Napa, and then I always have birthday presents, teacher gifts, hostess gifts and more. It's nice because it means I never have to run out for a little thing, and it means everyone is getting unique items they probably couldn't find here at home.

White Zinfandel soap ~ smells amazing!

Natural products made with flowers, coconut oil, vitamin E, cocoa butter, honey, oatmeal, essential oils and WINE! I can't explain how this store smells! It's simply intoxicating! I couldn't pass up buying a few bath bars to bring home with me when I was in Napa and months later they smell as good as they did when I bought them. Some of my favorite scents are: White Zinfandel Tuscan Citrus Zest Honey, please pass the soap Buttermilk Rose Soap Figs and Zinfandel Harvest Blend Soap White Jasmine Sweet Basil Pear-secco Soap Cabernet Soapignon The shop is beautiful and there are so many goodies that are all made from natural ingredients, some from the surrounding gardens and fields! Family owned! Small batches made at a time and the soaps make perfect presents.

If you're looking for souvenirs to bring home, or gifts for friends and family, this is definitely the store to go to. You'll find tons of recycled wine bottles that are made into candle holders, necklaces, and so much more. The things here are pricy. But it's so different and unique. I'm seriously in love with the soaps that they sell here. The scents are amazing. Plus they make the soap right in the back and you can see them doing it too. My favorite soap is the Cabernet Soapignon. Smells amazing.

Napa Soap Co is fantastic. I bought Napa soaps as a favor for my wedding. I had tried them out before and liked the smell as well as the wine-themed names for the soaps. The soaps are also very pretty. They come in handmade paper with pressed flowers. The owners--upon my request--provided me some of their lovely Napa Soap Co. boxes to display the soaps in at my wedding and it was exactly what I had envisioned. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodated my every need. They provided me with recommendations on when to pick up the soap and how far ahead to order. Overall, I was very happy. Tip- These soaps are a great gift or favor.

Grapefruit pomegranate lotion, travel size Tuscan citrus zest bath gel & lotion, and travel size soap bar

I never ever thought that I'd be visiting a a soap store here in Napa Valley. And, it was all by accident! I just happened to use the restroom inside Velo Vino and saw that they used NSC's hand soap and lotion. I usually don't use any lotions in restrooms since I carry my own, but for some reason, I decided to use it (in hindsight, I call it fate). Holy cow, it smelled sooooo good! After that, I couldn't get that lotion out of my head. It was like I found t the love of my life and couldn't stop thinking about him (hypothetically speaking, dear hubby). Even when I made a pit stop at Dean & Deluca's, I went to go look for it in the bath section and lo and behold...it was there (chime in the "Gregorian Chant"). I got so excited and even got my sister interested, only to find that one bottle of lotion pump was around $20. Hm, snort, wait, what? I don't even spend more than $10 on a bottle on body lotion, and I'm talking about one of those ginormous ones that lasts like 8 months. Oh, the agony. Well, thanks to my driver friend, who happened to see this store on our way to another winery, decided to stop by for my sake, and I'm so glad that he did. Yes, their products are pricey for me, but they don't use any sodium laurel sulfate, parabens, and phthalates, they don't do animal testing, and they try to use as many organic ingredients whenever possible. They are also very eco-friendly (like recycling and minimal packaging). BTW, their products were slightly (and I mean slightly) cheaper than at Dean & Deluca's. After much contemplating, I ended up getting the grapefruit pomegranate lotion pump 7.8oz ($18.95), the travel size Tuscan citrus zest bath gel and lotion (2.2oz each), and a travel size bar of soap. I don't remember the exact prices for the travel size items, but I think they were more or less around $4.00ea (I don't see any travel size stuff on their website so may only be available in-store). Oh NSC, until we meet again.

What a relief today was. I could actually sample products before purchase. I gotta admit online I was limited to products that I had purchased before. Although Ulta has a generous return policy, which I find reassuring just in case I'm allergic to something, I'm not really comfortable buying completely new products online. Giving the testers a try gives me a chance to figure out if I'm going to have a bad reaction. For me, this makes the physical store significantly more attractive. Customer Service was very cheerful. I was greeted at the door and one of the staff members although busy stopped to ask if I needed help. I just went into browse and had a great time looking for new products. I didn't really buy anything partially because I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my next errand and didn't really have time to try too many testers. Although they had a pretty good looking sale, I managed to get lucky with my favorites at the last sale and I'm still completely stocked up. I was looking for one or two new products but I gotta admit the store is big enough and there are enough different brands that I got a little bit lost. Obviously, I need to come back.

I was briefly acknowledged with a very very brief welcome. They never stopped taking to interact with me. I was lost as I walked through the store to located the concealer because I never been to this location. There was even a group of girls who were in standing for long periods of time chatting in certain areas. They could have honestly been stealing because literally the women who worked in the store were too immersed in their conversation to walk around to check. There was a cashier who stepped away from talking when I finally came back to the front because I was lost with locating what I needed. There was a beauty expert on the floor and although she was helpful with her suggestions, she missed the mark with nanny if the items that she passed me to purchase. She gave me duplicates of the blush (Although she showed me 2 different ones that she said was perfect for me), she said that a soft black eyebrow pencil was good for me although I'm a brownsjin female with dark brown hair (Which I mentioned to get ally my hair color) and then she suggested 2 different highlights, but gave me 1 that was totally different than what she chose for me. I think she needed to pay more attention to what she was passing me and recommending instead of trying to make a sale. I am still new to makeup buying and I bed those that help me to know what they are doing. Overall, I was able to get quite a haul because of her. However, I need to go and do exchanges on many of the suggested items smh.
