It was around 4:15 when I called. I got there right at 5, the crabs were ready the shrimp were not. They took an additional 35 minutes (probably because of the special they were running). Because of the wait, when I got home, my crabs were more than lukewarm and needed to be reheated. They turned out great! I'd visit again I wouldn't get the shrimp, nothing significant, they were frozen, thawed then steamed.

We went with the lake trout as she said the bass would be too smelly. The cut the trout up just as we needed it so no head, tails, scales or guts. Just fish, spine & skin. All the fish looked fresh.
