My new favorite breakfast spot!!! Love that they open and are ready at 7:30 am. And they have a little parking lot. The service was so friendly. It was a friend's birthday and they gave her a bowl of fruit with sprinkles and whipped cream!! So sweet of them. We each had a skillet breakfast. I had veggie and my friend had corned beef hash skillet. A very big portion!!! Perfectly made!! Big comfy booths and nice tables. Will definitely be back!!

This was another royal blue and white takeover by my sorority sisters and I after our picture day. Afterward, we went for breakfast at The Cracked Egg of Grosse Pointe. We had a little bit of a wait because of it being so many of us. I believe we ended up with two full booths and 3-4 tables. The service was excellent! They have several specials everyday. I ordered the Catfish breakfast special with scrambled eggs and grits. I would definitely come back here again.

This is a cute diner off Mack ave. They do have a small parking lot but it seems there is one right next door that you can use too. We were greeted and sat right away. The menu has all your diner stuff. Breakfast, salads, lunch and dinner foods. I got the meat lovers omelet it was full of everything by!! I could only eat half. My godmother got the chicken and waffles. They give you like 4 big chicken pieces and a good fluffy Belgian waffle. Our waitress was nice and on top of everything.

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE! Steps to get in the door!No handicap restrooms since they are downstairs and you must use the stairs! I didn't think that was legal this day and age. Dinning room is also tightly set up. Prices are reasonable but food average at best. Service was friendly when they were around. Will not be back.

My omelet was flavor-less and my food was cool. The one in Atlanta was twice as good. On another resturant like The Detroit Soul is simply Excellent.

BIG B! First time love it. Awesome food and awesome staff.

The Cracked Egg is easily one of my favorite brunch spots! I always get the crepes and they never disappoint. The red skin potatoes with hollandaise sauce is amazing! The restaurant's ambiance has a great environment feel, like most small breakfast spots too. The food always comes out so quickly. The service is always great too!

Lattes: The bonfire latte (special) had a strong espresso flavor, but it became sweeter as the marshmallows melted. I enjoyed this more than the lavender iced latte (special), though that ultimately came down to personal preference. Savory Breakfast Options: The triple triple omelette (regular menu item) is one of my favorite local omelettes, featuring three meats and three cheeses. The components of the sweet potato and pork belly hash (special) complimented each other nicely. It was served with house-made salsa verde and hot sauce. Sweet Breakfast Options: The campfire s'mores French toast (regular menu item) was rich and filling. The chicken and French toast (special) featured double-battered chicken tenders alongside Captain Crunch-encrusted challah French toast. Between the two, I preferred the chicken and French toast. The cinnamon swirl pancakes (regular menu item) are a classic dish here, and can be ordered as an entrée or a smaller side. Lunch Options: The birria tacos (special) were tasty, but a bit spicier than expected. Similarly, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (special) definitely packed some heat. The chicken was sauced rather than coated in a dry rub. While I'm typically not a fan of chicken sandwiches that feature tenders instead of fillets, the size and quality of the tenders made this one work. The fries it came with had a fluffy interior and were lightly seasoned. Jagged Fork's variety and consistency over the years has kept me coming back. I often opt for the specials, but that's not a knock on the regular menu items. I'll be back to try more of the house favorites and new seasonal specials.

They will turn you away. Quaint small space, nicely decorated and clean. We arrive for our 11am reservation with an extra person and they nicely accommodated us. Space is at premium. They have mostly 2 seater round tables. Wasn't aware of that prior but now we know. We all knew what we wanted before arriving so orders were placed at 11:10. Drinks were brought out and our server was very friendly. My entree was the avocado wrap made with a very thin waffle. At 11:45 i'm told there is no avocado for my wrap. We are the only table in here, they just opened up, why did it take 35 minutes to discover this and make me aware?? I understand things being made fresh to order but there is NO ONE ELSE HERE. I opted to take the wrap anyway and just add bacon to it. Very glad i did. It was outstanding. The raspberry jam hit perfectly with the bacon addition. This is not a huge portion and that was perfect for me as i was going to the gym after leaving this place. My two friends both had the shrimp and grits and they really enjoyed it. My friends food arrived before mine. You can see from the picture there is nothing miraculous going on with this wrap to make it take so long to create, plate and serve. I love the quaint space, enjoyed the food and our server was great. I love in the neighborhood and wanted a new breakfast spot to walk to. The speed of service was my only let down and it's a huge let down.
