They check in during the massage once or twice to make sure the pressure is good or if you more or less. They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. Our feet soak in plain water for 25 mins! They kept talking in like my husband and I were not there. It's Father's Day. Wanted him to relax. Cell phone keep ranging. It was relaxing and I was cautioned that anything I brought into the room would have a salt residue afterwards. I didn't really notice a salt residue at all, even on my wet hair. The spa music and the lounge chair did make for a quiet transition from my busy morning into peaceful relaxing mode. Afterwards, I enjoyed a bit of time in the relaxation room. For hot tea, each day they have both a caffeinated and a decaffeinated option. It was served on a cute tray with honey and sugar options. Last, my 90 minute massage. A choice of scalp massage or foot massage was offered and I opted for the foot massage without hesitation. I requested medium pressure and only asked once for a bit less pressure in a sensitive area of my lower back, and my therapist was quick to adjust. I chose the lavender blend massage oil and it smelled lovely. Special attention was paid to my shoulders where I carry most of my tension. Having booked only a couple of days in advance, I did make a deposit of 50% up front and was already within the cancellation window. If more than one service is confirmed, a 20% gratuity for each is automatically added but that was well explained up front and during check out. I noticed a list of monthly membership options during checkout and I'm actually considering joining. It was easy to get an appointment and very relaxing, though I'd probably skip the salt cave and go right to the massage or opt for a facial next time.

My back was tight, neck was sore, etc. I went for the deep tissue and to get things started, Ria used bars above the table to walk on my back and when I tell you I've never had pressure that deep, it was crazy. That warned me up well and activated my muscles deeply. She then completed the massage from the floor (still with deep pressure), making sure to focus on problem areas. I left feeling rejuvenated & ready to go. Pricing was also super fair for what I got, especially compared to some of the elevated massage costs around the area (I paid like $70-80 for a 60 minute)
