This place is sometimes a hit or miss but they always have their Tuesday crawfish deals and nothing beats that price! It's always best to go on tuesdays and during their crawfish season for sure but the frozen ones are just as good. I tried to order ahead while driving there but they needed my card number before placing the order in which is understandable however I was driving and couldn't get my card out. We came on a Saturday for a late lunch . This restaurant gets packed so come earlier if you are coming for dinner. We wanted to try some of everything so we ordered king crab legs , whole shrimp, crawfish (medium spicy ) , oysters (raw), clams( extra spicy ) and the 10 piece of wings with wet lemon pepper sauce . The food takes awhile to come out, more than 15 minutes but it was worth it because the food was so tasty !!!! The crawfish tasted super fresh and didn't have any of that muddy taste that I don't like . The clams were huge !!! I was expecting the smaller clams but they served the larger clams here which were super meaty and delicious. The lemon pepper wings here were one of the most delicious wings I have ever tried , they add some of there own seasoning and it's so so good . This is one of my top three crawfish spots/seafood boils in Fresno. They have good sauce & I like their Tuesday $8.99 a lb crawfish deal. I always go with allsome sauce extra spicy. We received our appetizer before receiving our drinks and I had to ask for them . we waited almost 15 minutes to get our drinks otherwise I don't think we would've received our drinks for a while. 2nd thing, after receiving our appetizers we got ranch which was filled up half ways as the rest of the ones we got were. I then asked the server about it and she said they're filled up half ways so they "won't spill" which is crazy because .75 cents for a ranch that's half filled is crazy considering we got fries and a 10 piece wing. 3rd thing, we didn't get checked up on not once for a refill or anything we didn't receive utensils or gloves or anything for our seafood boil. Round tables ranch is 1.08 cents for a large which is about 5x if not more then the ranches here that are 0.75 cents for a half filled ass container. Food: Crawfish: I had two pounds, Allsome sauce (their version of everything), spicy with corn. These were frozen crawfish. Thats ok. They told me it was and I appreciate that they do. Some places make you ask and that's a bit crappy. The sauce was great. Loved the large garlic chunks. It was a thick soupy bag of flavor, spice and goodness. Chicken Wings: I had the 6 piece Cajun style. I swear they cooked these in lava. The wings were good. I could have used more spice but they were good. They were just hot for 25 minutes. Burnt my tongue a few times. However, better hot than salmonella. I also had a beer and water. Bill was $50.00 One thing I wished they did was actually let me hear the football game that they had on every tv. I would have ate more and drank more if I could have enjoyed the game. One of the best Cajun seafood boils In Fresno hands down. The sauce is bomb. Only thing I wish they had was combinations specials like how captain crab offers. Also it was kinda upsetting I couldn't just order a side of their sauce without purchasing at least a pound of seafood, because I wonder what if you were allergic to shellfish and you wanted the sauce but they don't allow you to buy it. There were order papers just laid out all over the counter with no sorting or organization, which made the whole operation look messy and unprofessional. The place was packeddd and a lot of ppl didn't have their food yet so I didn't feel too terrible about showing up last minute because I really wanted to try it before I left town the next day. It did take a while for somebody to take my order though as they were pretty busy. I would say I stood at the counter for a good 10 mins before anybody got free to take my order. I got a snow crab boil that came with sausage. I got the medium level all flavors sauce. The medium actually had a lil kick to it. Like after eating a few legs I was getting the spice. It was a good amount of spice though not too hot and it tasted really good. I like the sausage they serve with it but I wish they would sear off the sausage before boiling to get a crispier skin on it. The flavor of the sausage was really good though and not like any other sausage I've ever had in my boils. The guy who took my order was really nice and added lemons, salt and pepper and lots of napkins to my to bag without me even asking for any of it. He even added gloves even though I don't use them. The crab legs were big and perfectly cooked. Cracked well and got the pieces of meat out in one chunk. It was beautiful lol If I'm ever back in Fresno I'll be back to try their other seafood in their sauce.
