The garlic noodles were cooked perfectly and came in a generous portion--definitely enough to share with friends. I also tried the chicken tenders, and they had to be some of the best I've ever had. They were incredibly juicy on the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and we devoured them in no time. The papaya salad was fresh, crunchy, and had the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and sour flavors. I was unable to take any photos because I was ready to dig in! The owners are amazing and were so welcoming. The staff was friendly and patient with our orders and noted down every request we had. They had moved from Louisiana to Fresno and have clearly worked incredibly hard to build their business. Their dedication and passion shine through in both the food and the service. The candied yams were also good, though I would have liked them to be a bit sweeter. The Player Punch wasn't my favorite. It was very sweet and reminded me of a premade fruit punch rather than something freshly made. My biggest issue was the price. My meal came out to about $35, and I just don't think it was worth it. The food was decent overall, but at that price point I expected a more memorable meal.
