Cream a little dream for me
Fox E.

Down in Sugar Land, the Skeeters are "The Teamery" But desserts aren't always as good as they seemery Yet I know a place that tastes like a dreamery Come and get some at Sugar Land's Creamery! Five stars is the score that I will deemery Suitable for you, and for Prince Naseemery Tastes so yummy it should be a Memeary Come and get some at the Teahouse Creamery! This is a spacious place with a bunch of beautiful decor and a great menu. We haven't had the best experiences here in terms of drinks, and we were holding up some of their flags for the photos, and it dyed my hands and stained them and wouldn't come out for a long time. But having said that, Creamery is still a really pretty place, and it's definitely a nice addition to the Sugarland boba scene. Some of the best decor in the region, really. If you don't like this boba, you might be a MEANIE Liz 2 loved it, it's popular with QUEENIE Even though it'll make your pants feel TEENY You need to come and taste some drinks at CREAMERY! I hope this doesn't come off Harvey WeinSTEINY But if I'm the male underwear, it's the PEENIE If I'm Christina in a bottle, it's the GENIE Come and get some Boba right now from THE CREAMERY It tastes so good, it's really kinda DREAMY Tell your girlfriend that she's not allowed to SEE ME She wants to be with me, you want to BE ME So let's all go for drinks at this place called CREAMERY WHAT

Ordered the coconut taro milk tea and it was delicious! They have so many flavors to choose from, will def be back!

Welcome to The Creamery Teahouse

I went later in the evening on a Saturday. It was quiet. Not too many customers. I ordered a simple drink but it cost at least 5$. Seems a little overpriced. Probably should have gotten a milk tea. Anyways, the staff was agreeable and the atmosphere was conducive to a little studying.

1. House Cream Tea with boba (regular)

Conveniently located near H‑E‑B and next to a Pho place, The Creamery is good, but not great. We ordered the House Cream Tea to share and it was good. You could taste the tea and the boba was a good consistency, but it wasn't anything special. The regular size was $4.16, and an additional $0.60 for the boba, coming out to about $5 per drink. This definitely isn't bad, especially given the convenience of the location if you live in the area. The inside has plenty of seating and they offer games and food as well!

My family and I saw this place when we swung by HEB for some Christmas groceries and decided to swing by. We love the teahouses throughout Chinatown. The store is much bigger than the storefront initially looks like. There's a deep customer area with tables, board games, and a surprisingly expansive menu of drink options. My wife went with the rose tea, her sister opted for Thai Tea, and I went for the Jasmine Cream Tea. We all had the same impression-- good and very convenient for the area, but not quite as good as what we'd been able to get at some of our Chinatown favorites. Still, the place is quiet and would make for a great gathering spot for those in Sugar Land who don't want to make the drive into Houston.

1. House Cream Tea and Almond Milk Tea

I had never heard of The Creamery, but I love trying new teahouses. You never know when you'll find a new favorite. They have a big menu, including food! - Banh mi with marbley eggs - 5/5. this was delicioussss. - House Cream tea - 5/5. one of the best I've found in the area. It's doable (not bitter) at 0% sweet but even better at 25% sweet. After trying this one, I ordered 2 more larges for my fam. - Almond Cream tea - good, but the house cream tea was better. Their large is really large. I was curious, and it's a little more than 24 oz. They don't fill to the top if you get no ice, but you can pay 30 cents to fill to the top. They also have baby tapioca and a lot of other toppings. No red bean like their online menu says though. It was a Friday, and they only had one person working - taking orders, making drinks and food. It took a while to get our order - I don't think that's their norm though. They also have games you can sit and play - seems like a good hangout spot. We also signed up for their rewards program after getting our first order cuz we knew we'd be back!

This is definitely a review that's a long time coming! I've been studying at this place for awhile now, and I always try finding other places to go, but definitely find my way back here! The seating is pretty comfortable, and I always find a seat to study! There's so much parking in this lot as well, so you don't have to worry about that. Service is always nice! They don't pressure you to order and you can definitely ask for recommendations. I've tried their food, and their fried rice is pretty good! As for drinks, the Mango Black Tea is amazing! Honestly, it's my new favorite thing! It is sweet tho, so if you don't like that, probably get the sweetness down. Also, the Brown Sugar Cream Tea is great too! It is different tho, not like other places! Definitely come out here to study or even to hangout! It's one of my favorites!

Watermelon juice, pennywort, pandan artichoke
Tracy D.

I tried three drinks and they were delicious, one or the top places in Sugar Land. Easy find and plenty of parking. It's spacious inside. Pennywort (4/5) - they should do one with coconut juice! Water juice (5/5) Pandan artichoke (5/5) I want to come back to try sugarcane and coffee. Overall, love it!

Taro smoothie and chicken fried rice
Karina M.

Great location. Big parking lot. Friendly staff. Pretty empty on a weekday so if you need a quiet place to meet as a group or a place to decompress that isn't noisy, Monday through Friday... This is it. They have a small "bites" menu and an extensive tea, coffee, tapioca etc type menu. There is also a 'Buy 10' rewards program for the drinks. Cute photo booth area for the Instagram lovers. I had the taro smoothie which was perfect for me because I dont like super sweet beverages. The chicken fried rice has nori or seaweed in it for garnish, I think. So keep that in mind. Of you arent a fan-- ask them to not include it. The chicken is crispy and mild so I had to douse it in Sriracha. I'm fine with that. There are plenty of comdiments on the side to compliment your bites and adjust to your liking. Have fun! Great for groups, kids, teens...

Cute decor and many tables!

The Creamery Teahouse is STUNNING! First, their service is great! There are many friendly workers who want you to have the best experience at the location, and want you to be satisfied with your order. They're very kind and patient. You can even ask them for their recommendations and I'm sure they won't disappoint. Their drinks are pretty good from my experience. I ordered the regular size House Cream Tea with 25% sugar. I came in pretty early so they weren't ready with the boba, but one of the workers suggested lychee jelly and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm a huge sweet tooth, but I also can't consume that much sugar or else I'll feel weird. 25% sugar in my drink was still pretty sweet, just a little sweeter than I'd expected, but it wasn't overwhelming for me. The milk tea was surprisingly good. When I drink milk tea's at other locations, sometimes I get this weird throat feeling after drinking about half of the drink. However, the milk tea here didn't make me feel like that at all so that was a relief! It was super creamy and I was still able to taste the tea in it. Overall, it was pretty yummy! My friend ordered the Avocado Smoothie with Almond Milk. She let me try some of hers and I was also pleasantly surprised. The blend of the avocado and the creaminess of the almond milk actually worked out surprisingly well! The fries and popcorn chicken were delicious! The fries were crispy and stayed that way throughout my friend and I's long conversation. They didn't turn soggy or cold too fast, so the crispness was pretty impressive. In addition, their popcorn chicken was very juicy and tender, it tasted really good! I would HIGHLY recommend. I feel like they give you the perfect amount at a pretty good price. I was happy that they had some self-serving sauces. In the picture I took, they had a good variety of sauces you can choose from to dip your food in. That way, you don't have to feel awkward to ask anyone if you can try all of them, cause we'll... they're there! My personal favorite was the spicy mayo. It had a pretty good kick in it. Next to the sauces were some water cups and a filter, so it was nice to see that there is water available to you if you feel like you need to hydrate with something other than tea! They also had some games near the door, so if your conversation gets boring or you'd like to spice things up a bit, they have some games there for you too. Overall, I'm very impressed with the place. There's nice music in the background, it's super cute, and everything on the menu looks delicious!

The tea was good but they forgot to add my topping that I ordered and there wasn't even any customers in there. So this gets a 4 stars.

This location is also close to some fun Asian hangs & grocery stores. However, I didn't enjoy the back & forth involved in having to get my drink order correctly. When placing the order, I asked for a frozen slushy/snow type drink & so did my daughter. Walking away, I noticed a price difference on the screen (the lady refused to give a receipt when we asked - and no one was getting a receipt which I thought was weird). When we got our order, we got different drinks. My daughter got the texture I wanted & I got an iced drink. It's fine I thought, communication issue I'm sure. But the lady at the counter argued with me as I explained that I wanted what my daughter had, that was what I tried to explain earlier (an issue that perhaps would've been prevented if I had a receipt). Eventually she agreed to make me a new drink & I apologized while thanking her profusely - but as I walked away, the two younger women in the back kept looking up & laughing very loudly. Just seriously mean behavior. I don't think I'll be returning. The drink sizes, large selection, pricing & location is more my style at Teapioca anyways.

As for drinks, the pumpkin latte was good (might be seasonal) and Mango Graham Cloud are very tasty. I will say the food and drinks here are very rich and you will be (overly) stuffed after you're done. Maybe I'm just too old to be eating this frequently now, but that won't stop me from craving it. I haven't redeemed any rewards in several months because I've been overseas, so I wasn't sure whether I simply scanned the code or if there was another step involved. Instead of explaining the process, he repeatedly pointed at the screen and said, it's right here. When I asked for clarification, he continued to respond the same way without actually explaining what I needed to do. His tone and mannerisms made me feel as though I was being treated like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Not every customer is familiar with the app, and some may be using rewards for the first time. A little patience and clearer communication would have gone a long way. The experience was made more frustrating by the long wait beforehand. There were only two cashiers working and the customer ahead of me spent several minutes at the register asking questions. Another cashier was also helping a customer who needed additional assistance. While I understand that questions happen and employees do their best, waiting a considerable amount of time only to receive dismissive customer service was disappointing. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction--it's about helping customers understand the process and making them feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.
