One of women who selected this location said they weee great. The dining area is bright with wide windows surrounding the room. It was clean and welcoming. Ordering is via counter. The staff was helpful and customized my sandwich to my liking. They offer a choose 2 and my choices were a pastrami sandwich and a "spud". The food was so delicious. The spud was a gigantic potatoe. This potatoe was a bigger than what most sit down restaurants serve. My pastrami on a baguette was so tasty: meat was hot and lean. I loved the portion. The highlight and reason for the 5 star was the staff. Food is delivered to your table via numbering system. The gentleman who attended to our table was so hospitable. I needed lemon, he brought lemon. I needed butter, he brought butter. To go containers were given as requested. Other staff members also came to check on our table. The first visit a young man named Spencer was very helpful and provided great suggestions on the food. He was very friendly and welcoming and made a great first impression of McAlisters. We took our meal to go. We decided to go a second time and unfortunately was not greeted by the young man at the register. I'm not sure if he was new or didn't know what he was doing but he stood there not offering any suggestions or making conversation. We decided to eat in and just didn't feel very welcomed. We ate our meal and left. It's too bad our 2nd visit wasn't as good as our experience with Spencer. Thats the only reason I'm posting this is to recognize his great customer service. Thank you!

I wish they'd put more meat in their sandwhiches, but the quiche brought a smile to my father's face so it made up for it. The coffee was amazing too. The sandwich was at least overflowing and the bread tasty, sort of a cheddar jalapeño bread but..something was definitely missing in the chicken. At least it was reasonably priced at $9.50 but they will nickel and dime for anything else on it. The kids menu is Expensive! For the price of a PB&J, you could buy a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a jar of jelly and make 10 of them. I think they tried to price kids items like adult meals. It was crowded at lunch time, some inside seating, looked like more outside. Parking is in a lot nearby but can fill up. Plenty of drinks and such. Kind of an ordinary deli with comparatively good prices for adult meals when held up against other places in the area.

Puccio's is the only place in the area that I know of to get this. Eating it transports me to my favorite delis in New York! Then maybe I could get a roast beef hero like a used to get in New York. I digress, Puccio's is clean, the staff is friendly, and everything I've ever ordered has been at least, very good. I'm from NY and their title included New York Deli, so that was a positive sign. I went there, checked out the menu and ordered a Verrazano, which is a Roast Beef and Turkey with Provolone. I asked if I could substitute Pastrami for the Roast Beef and the counter guy said okay. Great. Paid, tipped and went home. Pop open a Heineken, opened the bag ready to eat and there was no Pastrami on the sandwich. There wasn't even Roast Beef. It was only Turkey. So I paid for a 2 meat option but got only 1. Normally I would call and go back to correct the order, but That was a huge miss, so I just ate the Turkey Sandwich and called it a day and needless to say, won't be going back.
