The highlight and reason for the 5 star was the staff. Food is delivered to your table via numbering system. The gentleman who attended to our table was so hospitable. I'm not sure if he was new or didn't know what he was doing but he stood there not offering any suggestions or making conversation. We decided to eat in and just didn't feel very welcomed. A few days before my Christmas dinner I walked in and was greeted and served by an amazing staff member. She educated me on how to cook, what to buy and even gave me a small discount. The cuts of meat purchased are all Prime cuts. On Christmas Day, we enjoyed our "cow" slabs as they melted in our mouths and no knives were needed. The Prime Standing Rib Roast was outstanding. The NY Strip Roast was perfect for the one person who enjoyed it. Finally the Lamb Chops were devoured by a few people even though it was purchased for one person. This shop has survived times of COVID when people were not in store shopping. The community rallied together to keep this gem alive. They now offer Pizza special notes, kids crafting and taco Tuesday's. They offer pre packaged fresh meats, wine bottles, drinks and other ready to make products.
