I don't know why people sleep on Texas Roadhouse. Yes it may not serve dry aged cuts of beef and have truffle steak fries but for an under $30 you can get a decent steak with two sides and a drink. The staff at this location were accommodating and attentive. The menus were clean and not sticky and the tables were wiped clean as well with no stains or crumbs on the floor. The location is close to Leesburg where the outlets are.

I always love me some Texas Roadhouse but I feel like this last visit was a one off. We got there an hour after they opened so maybe that is why the food quality wasn't how I normally enjoy it. The service was fairly quick and good as normal. The ambiance here is casual. It's a bar so they have tons of TVs and drink options. They changed their early dine hours so it's M-T until 5:30 pm. The bread basket wasn't hot it was cold, I was very dissatisfied. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and it was dry and not super flavorful. I usually get my steak as a medium, but it still wasn't juicy. My bf got some Texas combo with a 6oz steak and ribs. He said the ribs were extremely dry but the flavor was good. Overall, I normally come and enjoy the food so I think it was an off day.

The birthday boy decided he wanted prime rib from Texas Roadhouse. So, we carried out food for dinner. Two of our family members ordered the prime rib. I have to say it was tender and tasty. The portion size was huge. I thought their horseradish cream sauce was the perfect compliment to the prime rib. They have soft, doughy, dinner rolls and they send home a honey butter, that just rolls off your tongue. The baked potatoes were hot, well cooked, and large. They provided butter and sour cream to go. Yum! A couple of missteps were: they forgot our salads. Unfortunately, they called when my son was home already. Also, I ordered the grilled shrimp and it was ice cold by the time it got home. That is why I gave them 4 stars. I would probably order prime rib next time. My son really enjoyed his birthday dinner. He is a big Texas Roadhouse fan.

The T-bone steak I had here was massive and delicious. It had that nice smoky char from the grill and was seasoned just enough to let the meat speak for itself. Sides were okay, I had roasted veggies and a baked potato, nothing special but did the job. Staff was welcoming and even offered to cut and re-cook it if it wasn't to my liking, which I appreciated. The interior felt a bit outdated but honestly, the food made up for it. Prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Would go back again if I'm craving steak.

Let me just say that Texas Roadhouse Ashburn is by far the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. I was greeted at the front door by the host and they sat me right away and offered hot bread before seating me. What's even better about this place is when I got my food, the manager came up and asked if I needed anything which I kindly declined because I was all set. That's true leadership there, she even asks other people if they needed anything and she did the requests right away. She deserves 5/5 stars after doing such a great job. The food came out and it smelled so good, I got the grilled BBQ chicken with shrimp and it tasted so delicious. The chefs in the kitchen did a fantastic job. The house salad and string beans were amazing as well. The restaurant itself has such a nice welcoming atmosphere and I love all the neon lights on the walls and even the ceiling looks great because the ceiling has a different look in some areas of the restaurant. I feel like I'm in the state of Texas. Overall the associates did a fantastic job and I'm happy to give Texas Roadhouse Ashburn the best grade I've ever given. The restaurant gets 10/5 stars the highest grade in the history of the world. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I will return and I hope other people visit too.

The cuts of meat purchased are all Prime cuts. On Christmas Day, we enjoyed our "cow" slabs as they melted in our mouths and no knives were needed. The Prime Standing Rib Roast was outstanding. The NY Strip Roast was perfect for the one person who enjoyed it. Finally the Lamb Chops were devoured by a few people even though it was purchased for one person. Their kids menu is adequate and he can always get kid-friendly food that he wants. The little guy is very picky and eats like a kid and OS food works for him. He especially likes the hot sweet dinner rolls that we always get before the meal. The atmosphere is great in the bar. I've been going to OS since it opened as "All-American" long ago (under then questionable ownership). The bar with projectors showing sports all around you with a large traditional bar in the middle with plenty of taps is a great room. (ASIDE: I always found it odd that they installed 4:3 aspect ratio screens and it is mildly annoying that all the TVs are stretched. Just show the HD with bars on top and bottom please. Stop with the stretching please!!!!) The prices are fair and low. They always have specials and have a great happy hour special that lasts longer than most of the competition. We can get out of there with two good meals and ice cream for the little guy for $10-15 less than even the cheap local chain restaurants! PLEASE keep the place affordable - going out to eat is SO EXPENSIVE in Ashburn and I dislike fast food; it's really nice to have a good sit-down restaurant where I can get a beer and my son can get a Shirley Temple and both of us eat a good meal for under $50.

Nice, roomy restaurant which never came close to filling up on a Saturday lunch. Booze was tasty but lotsa ice. Kids meals were likely the best deal. Seemed like they were really short staffed which made table service rather slow. Hostesses weren't very welcoming nor that helpful. Kinda just stood around chatting until they were required to act when customers walked up to them to get help. Kitchen staff was hopping! But. The food. Um. Not yum. But not entirely horrible either. Seemed like a lot of stuff was from the night before. Warmed over yet not hot nor warm by the time it got to the table. Stuff under the heat lamp too long got over cooked while the stuff underneath the overcooked stuff was lukewarm to cold. Would think one couldn't mess up donuts, but these were fried in old oil (probably from the night before since we arrived at opening). Blobs of bland dough that were really dark on the outside but gooey, mushy, and not thoroughly cooked on the inside. That bitter taste from old oil really ruined any hope of enjoying what sounded delish on the menu. The donuts were rather disgusting. In general, the food just didn't taste really fresh or mouthwatering. Salty, maybe. From the bread to the entrees, most everything fell flat. An expensive flat. Worth the drive? Overall, while we had good service minus the hostesses, the food & value just doesn't warrant giving it another shot, which is disappointing. It's a place you'd want to really like, but it's missing something significant that makes you want to return to give it one more try. Just wish the food had been a lot better.

And the respond that I get when I make one complaint, "thank you for your feedback." Ive never disliked a business so much as I do right now. We came for a group dinner. First, I called ahead because it was a birthday. I said it was a birthday and they noted that. When I arrived, told the hostess. She said okay. The waiter came to us. Never told us his name, specials nothing. Just taking orders. The waiter started bringing out checks BEFORE offering dessert or coffee. WTH. So I had to go back out, find him which I never did, and tell someone else im waiting for dessert for a birthday. She sent the guy in. My check was about $400. I was livid. You have one job and you cant even keep up with it. If you cant, you shouldn't be working there. I contacted this place a day later. No response. Contacted them again and talked to Nazlie who was absolutely useless to speak to. I told her everything. 2 days later, nothing. Sent another message. This person responds with we take your concerns seriously, our apologies. Are you kidding???? That's the response I get?? I decided to try one more time and reach out to the GM. Even worse. It took Crowe 2 days to respond. I guess they are on their own time to respond. Just like with their service. He said he talked to nazlie and "everyone asked for their check at the same time". So the GM insinuated its the customers fault. You have got to be kidding me! I cannot believe that such a "fine" dining place like this would provide a response. You already got $400 of mine and now you respond with saying oh it was the customer. Note to self, there are plenty of other steakhouse. I will be more than happy to give them my money. Customers, you all should do the same. This place isnt what it used to be. Clearly new management, a new GM and servers that need training. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in everyone at DC prime and mostly GM Crowe.
