Typically, OPH is a five star experience, and based on the food alone, it absolutely still is. For me, the service fell a bit short this time. Both our server and others seemed a little off. For example, as we were leaving, I paused to let a server finish dropping off food at a nearby table. It was taking a bit, so I carefully moved past, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.
