If you're looking for one of the best chicken sandwiches out there - you found it. I've been wanting to try this sammie for many years and kicking myself for waiting so long. I went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch and there were only a few other tables. The bartender was friendly and informative of the menu. The sandwich itself wasn't greasy at all. It was a big boy so get ready to unhinge your jaw. The homemade chips were delicious. The fries looked underdone, but they ended up being some of the crunchiest shoe string fries I've had. What a wonderful experience.

The ambience is cozy and cute, with booth and table seating. We got in before 10am on a Saturday. Service was quite slow, though, as it took a long time to get coffee. Then it took a long time getting orders. They needed more servers. Food was ok. None of us complained but none of us finished our meals either. Cute spot to stop in if you're walking around the area already, but I guess I wouldn't make it a point to come here.

Really cute place and I liked the grapefruit mocktail I tried. Unfortunately the mushroom and blue cheese flatbread was terrible. I love blue cheese, but this flatbread was so bitter and one note I did not enjoy it at all.

My bestie and I came here for late lunch on Sunday, 3/1/25 around 2:30pm. We both love a good chicken sandwich, so once he suggested this spot on our way we went. When we arrived we already knew what we were ordering, haha. Our server was nice, but unfortunately, not able to check in all too often as he was also attending the bar and waiting on tables. Now, for the good stuff... the chicken sandwich..... it was crispy, delicious, and huge! For my side, I had the house made potato chips which were yummy. They were thick and non-greasy. We thought they'd pair perfectly with a nice French onion dip. We also shared a side of French fries with ketchup and garlic aioli.... Those were delicious as well. Parking is street parking which wasn't too bad to find a spot. I'd return for the same meal. Something to note, the chicken sandwich and the house made potato chips were even yummy next day cold. There's a bar, tables, and booths for seating. Nice natural lighting and cute decor.

Stopped here for brunch for the first time after driving by for years and always wanting to check it out! There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and is nice and cozy inside. We were seated right away at 11am on a Sunday without reservations. We shared the bacon avocado burger and Miso Roasted Winter Squash and Brown Rice Bowl. Really liked the bacon avocado burger with fries (fries are an up charge). The bowl was good just not very big. We added the crispy tofu which I highly recommend. Could have used more of the veggies but it was good. They also had various coffee drinks as well as cocktails and mocktails. The nitro cold press was good! Very friendly service. There was a parking lot as well as free street parking.

Great space and good outside patio and plenty of street parking. The staff was also kind and bubbly. I got the okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake) and it was quite flavorful and delicious. My partner got the breakfast burrito and we agreed that it was pretty bland. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was also pretty good, but the bun wasn't the best. Overall we had a great time here hanging out with friends; the food was mid.

A good casual place for brunch, good food, just right portions (or maybe too small for big eaters out there) but sadly slow service as it took 15 minutes to get my tap beer and 20 minutes for my wife's cocktail even though the bar and the place was not busy.

We came here for happy hour on a Thursday. It was quiet inside and just a few guests sat at the bar. Inside is decorated with lively wallpaper and the sunset warmly lit up the inside. We ordered drinks and a few items off the happy hour menu. The Korean skewers were a little overdone but the taste was still good. I really loved the Thai mayo that came with it. I used that same mayo for the pickled veggie plate because it just needed a little bit more sweet flavor. The plate came with a few baguettes, pickled onion and cauliflower and olives. We also had the mussels and man, those were the winners! The garlicky buttery broth was ugh so amazing! Don't forget to dip the sourdough bread in the leftover broth. Service was fine and so were happy hour prices. There is a small parking lot next to it, otherwise there is street parking.

This place was really cute! The patio wasn't open when I went, but the inside was warm and inviting. I love that it's a restaurant, bar, AND cafe. Something for everyone! I do wish there had been more book-inspired decor though. Felt a little sparse given the place's name. Our server was super helpful and friendly. They cracked a bunch of jokes with us, which made for a very pleasant and relaxed visit. The black coffee is really good, but the cappuccino was especially delicious. I also got a double espresso, which was nothing out of the ordinary. For food I got the breakfast burrito, which was not only huge, but delicious! Highly recommend it!

Had a very pleasant brunch at Book Club restaurant. Very cute aesthetic (though, I'm not sure where the name comes from? I anticipated there being more books!). Service was quick and friendly, even on a busy Saturday. I ordered the black bean huevos meal with added chorizo. It was very delicious and the chorizo has some spice to it! Though, I expected a little bigger for the portion compared to other brunch spots. I didn't try any of their cocktails or mocktails, but did get enjoy an iced coffee. I'll have to come back and try out the fuller menu soon!

    Dog friendly :)

The vibe is awesome here..zeus loved it service was great & they got the pups water right away

Sweet and salty chicken - so tasty!

We ordered a few apps from the HH menu - cheese curds, potato waffles and she got the salmon tartare. Overall the food was good. The cheese curds have a cheddar powder on the them which was interesting. I also got a N/A cocktail - The Louie which was really refreshing. The staff were nice and attentive. Pretty good dining experience.

I wanted to order one of everything - especially in the snacks section of the menu. We stopped in for happy hour with a reservation on the patio. I really enjoyed I could reserve a spot outside, a lot of places won't guarantee that. We enjoyed the happy hour selection, including the tini flight, wine, margarita and spritz. We also enjoyed oysters, caviar, rock shrimp tempura, tallow fries and the dexter burger. All was fantastic, and I would love to come back and truly try everything else on the menu! One note of caution, while we were there a gust of wind blew an umbrella out of its stand and almost landed/punctured a guest at a nearby table. It was quite the commotion and very scary. I'm guessing that doesn't happen often but a good reminder to be aware of your surroundings all the time!
