I was greeted by Tina who is very professional and welcoming by the way. A few days later I decided to walk-in for a full set. I knew I was taking a chance by not scheduling an appointment, but they were able to accommodate me. The tech that did my nails is Stacy, she was really gentle and such a perfectionist. It's so hard finding someone that'll pay attention to detail, she's awesome and did a great job. P.S. I peeked at the girl next to me while Tina was putting gel on her nails...they were amazing!

Update - 10 months later…read more I wanted to come back and leave an update because I believe it's only fair to share both the good and the bad. About two weeks ago, Anna (the owner) reached out to me regarding my experience from 10 months ago. She apologized for how everything was handled and invited me back to give the studio another opportunity to show me the experience they strive to provide. I'm happy to say this visit was completely different. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. My manicure was truly complimentary this time, and at no point did I feel like they were simply trying to "fix" a bad review. Instead, I genuinely felt like they wanted to make things right. Victoria was my nail technician, and she was absolutely incredible. She was meticulous, patient, and clearly takes pride in her work. My nails came out absolutely beautiful, and the entire appointment was smooth from start to finish. I still stand by my original review because that was my honest experience at the time, and I don't believe in erasing genuine customer experiences. However, I also believe businesses deserve recognition when they take accountability and make a sincere effort to improve. Thank you, Anna, for reaching out and giving me a reason to come back, and thank you, Victoria, for such an amazing experience. It says a lot when a business follows up and is willing to invest in making things right. I truly appreciate the effort, and I'm leaving this update because I think it's just as important to recognize excellent customer service as it is to share disappointing experiences. Her attention to detail, coupled with her time/efficiency was impressive. She finished my manicure in under 50 min, compared to my original 1.5 hrs. I am happy to report that my manicure has lasted at least 1 week, but we'll see how the next couple of weeks go. This Russian pedicure, however... 10/10. It was my first experience and I think I'm in love. The process looks so simple that you would think it's not getting the job done. That is not the case. The softness and cleanliness of my feet left me stunned. Easily the best pedicure I have ever received. This was over a week ago and my feet are still baby bottom soft. Those tools are something magical.

She said only the deluxe did the hot towel and when I showed her their pedicure sheet with the details she then tried to tell me her wiping off the water off my legs after taking my feet out of the water was the hot towel. Which the tower wasn't hot at all the towel wasn't even wet. It was a dry regular towel. After telling her that towel was not a hot towel nor was it even wet and that it was just a regular towel that you wipe the excess water off my legs ..she went to grab an actual hot towel and wiped down my legs. I won't come here again. There were literally four clients and they were still rushing. Paid $48 for this. Don't think it was worth it at all.

Chai was taking care of another client, so I waited a bit and picked a color. I let him know I was in a hurry as I was on a lunch break, so he made sure I knew his payment methods ahead of time. This was great as I could prepare it with one hand while he was finishing up the other hand. He did a great job removing my old polish, cleaning up my broken nails, and applying a new gel coat. His studio is clean and you can tell he takes great care in making sure it stays that way. His work is careful and precise and he was really nice and attentive. Really happy he let me walk in on a day I was in a rush!
