I knew I was taking a chance by not scheduling an appointment, but they were able to accommodate me. The tech that did my nails is Stacy, she was really gentle and such a perfectionist. Update - 10 months later…read more I wanted to come back and leave an update because I believe it's only fair to share both the good and the bad. About two weeks ago, Anna (the owner) reached out to me regarding my experience from 10 months ago. She apologized for how everything was handled and invited me back to give the studio another opportunity to show me the experience they strive to provide. I'm happy to say this visit was completely different. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. My manicure was truly complimentary this time, and at no point did I feel like they were simply trying to "fix" a bad review. Instead, I genuinely felt like they wanted to make things right. Victoria was my nail technician, and she was absolutely incredible. She was meticulous, patient, and clearly takes pride in her work. My nails came out absolutely beautiful, and the entire appointment was smooth from start to finish. I still stand by my original review because that was my honest experience at the time, and I don't believe in erasing genuine customer experiences. However, I also believe businesses deserve recognition when they take accountability and make a sincere effort to improve. Thank you, Anna, for reaching out and giving me a reason to come back, and thank you, Victoria, for such an amazing experience. It says a lot when a business follows up and is willing to invest in making things right. I truly appreciate the effort, and I'm leaving this update because I think it's just as important to recognize excellent customer service as it is to share disappointing experiences. Her attention to detail, coupled with her time/efficiency was impressive. She finished my manicure in under 50 min, compared to my original 1.5 hrs. I am happy to report that my manicure has lasted at least 1 week, but we'll see how the next couple of weeks go. This Russian pedicure, however... 10/10. It was my first experience and I think I'm in love. The process looks so simple that you would think it's not getting the job done. That is not the case. The softness and cleanliness of my feet left me stunned. Easily the best pedicure I have ever received. This was over a week ago and my feet are still baby bottom soft. Those tools are something magical.

Barely took off what was already there, used the dremel to grind them a tiny bit shorter (breaking the acrylic) and less than a week later they are lifting (all ten nails). One thumb is filed uneven and nails are chipping under dip. This cost $55 - supposedly for fill, 1 nail repair (that was damaged when taking the nails off), and to cut them down (no clipper, just ground off). Pedicure was $32 and my feet are peeling thick skin 5 days layers. Not sure what was used.
