Highlight: delicious food with substantial portions. I came with a group of four, and the place was packed during Saturday brunch, which is always a good sign! Our group ordered the chicken and waffles, and I had the special, which was chilaquiles. We also ordered the cinnamon roll to share, and it was so dangerous because I could have easily eaten the whole thing myself! The cinnamon roll is huge though, so it's perfect for sharing with a group. The servers were also attentive and incredibly kind throughout our visit. I'd highly recommend this place, especially if you're coming hungry!

I am giving three stars because the food was just okay but the server was very nice. The burgers just lacked flavor and there should also be a disclaimer that they're huge and messy to eat. My grandma said the omelet was good but I didn't try. I also did not try the Cinnamon Roll but my niece liked it and it's huge. This place overall was ok I probably wouldn't go back. The menu is a little weird. The ambiance was lively and place seemed clean. Overall okay experience.

We got seated right away on a Sunday afternoon. Service was good. The ambiance is nice. The food was a bit disappointing. My friend and I ordered their famous cinnamon roll to share. It's huge!! I liked it but my friend did not like the orange taste. We also shared the french dip sandwich. She liked it but I wasn't a fan. The meat had a nice taste but the roll was a bit soggy. This place is so so... honestly there are better food places off Vernon I'd rather go to.

Absolutely love this restaurant! The design is eclectic and fun. The servings are generous so come hungry. Everything we ate was excellent, looking forward to eating the leftovers tomorrow for breakfast. Our server was so friendly and full of energy.

It has a nice vibe, workers are too friendly that felt that it was too much for me. Overall enjoyed my breakfast and it was good. Ordered cinnamon roll and it was huge, took us like a whole week to finish ($14 for that size, worth it!). The chicken fried steak was beef steak even it says chicken lol .. batter wasn't great but flavors were food.

What a breath of fresh air!!! Finally a restaurant that makes going out worth it. Time and time again we are spending money on subpar food at outrageous prices and I am over it! But the Daily Nosh has restored my faith in the industry! I'll start with the service. Trenton was our server and he was phenomenal, he was so personable and friendly. You can tell that he actually enjoys his job and that customers aren't just an inconvenience, which seems to be the Norm these days at some places. We felt welcomed, like entering a friend's place. If you get a chance, ask to sit in his area. Tony the GM was also fantastic. He came over because we wanted to rave about Trenton and the food. Tony is quite the character and had us laughing the entire time he was at the table. Now for the food, every single thing was delicious! This is a very well thought out menu. The only thing that wasn't to my taste was the sauce on the fried green tomatoes. It was too citrusy for me, but my mom enjoyed it so it's definitely gonna be a personal preference. I know ordering bologna at a restaurant sounds ridiculous but you will not be disappointed. Probably one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. It could stand to use a little less lettuce so I don't have to dislocate my jaw to get it in my mouth The clam chowder was 10/10, fresh and flavorful. The Lincoln was also amazing. The biscuit is phenomenal and everything went really well together. The sauce was fantastic and pulled all the flavors together. I absolutely loved the seasoning on the French fries and paired with their Parmesan ranch is on a whole other level! The parking can be tricky when busy, I imagine on the weekend it's probably pretty packed. It's in old Roseville in a really cute part of town, perfect for a lunch date and some shopping. We sat outside and really enjoyed the water feature. The prices are more than fair and I can't wait to go back!

This enormous muffin was just too plain and unremarkable to recommend.

I hate giving TDN 4 stars, because I wanted this to be a 5-star review. There are a number of 5-star features to be reported, and I do (spoiler alert) recommend you give it a try. But if I'm going to be honest, the food itself was, at best, 3.5 stars, and I'm convinced they have the skills and desire to reach the mountain top. First - the best part of our recent visit. The ambiance is outstanding. The decor, the genuine warmth and friendliness of every employee we interacted with, and the comfortable seating all made for a happy dining experience. The whimsical accessories, the vibrant colors, and everything about the setting itself will make you want to return. Our server, Alyssa, was one of the most upbeat, friendly, and helpful servers we have ever experienced. She was entertaining, and in every way a server should be great, Alyssa was great. We also met Tony, a manager, and while his answer to my question about the unusual seasoning on the fries was a bit circuitous, he was fun as well. As other servers came to also aid our party of five, every one of them without exception was warm and friendly. And that contributes a lot to an experience that you will want to repeat. The food was generally OK, but it needs some work. On the positive side, the extra-thick strips of bacon were delicious. The enormous Jake Is Back burger is excellent. Inside a gigantic bun, the large combination of juicy burger and mix of ingredients held up really well. Definitely recommended, and the teenage young man in our group couldn't come close to finishing it. The combo of bacon, cheese, and fried egg worked well together. My wife loves fried green tomatoes, and can be a tough critic. She enjoyed the version here, and proclaimed it one of the best she's ever had. So we know we're dealing with a talented kitchen that just needs to up its game. On the downside, even though TDN was not yet full at 9am, our party of five had several major misses. Several of us had fried eggs, and none of them came out warm. In fact, a couple of served egg dishes were cold. We had requested the hash browns to be crisp, and even after a return for a second try, they weren't served crisp. I think they intend for the huge cinnamon roll to be a signature dish, but we thought it missed the mark. It is so huge (easily can serve 5 or 6) it is much too doughy in parts, leaving a flavorless landscape of just plain fried dough. The Texas toast was just crazy-thick toast made from a loaf of bread that had no particular character to it. But I don't want to dwell on the negatives, because I think that as this newly opened diner gets its act together, they are going to be 5-star all the way. They are trying, and it shows. We intend to give it another shot after a bit of time, and as I said in the beginning, I do think TDN is a fun place to try, and you should do it.

I usually don't go for breakfast food but this place changed my mind. The menu items that stood out to us were the buttermilk pancakes & spicy fennel sausage. Something about the pancakes, butter, & syrup truly melts in your mouth unlike other pancakes i've tried that were hard to go down. The sausage was surprisingly more spicy than expected and packed with flavor. The staff was very friendly & attentive and the restaurant overall was very detailed (hot sauce shelf, inclusive bathroom, mouthwash, breath mints, etc). Large meal portions as well. The only things we wish were different were regular bacon instead of bacon steak and crispier hash browns. Would definitely come back & recommend to others!

Pastrami/Rueben with side of fried green tomatoes

First time at this wonderful restaurant, loved the decor and vibe inside and on the nice outside patio. Service was excellent and food even better, I had the Beef Brisket Burger with the spinach salad for side and my Friend had the Hot Pastrami Sandwich with a side of Fried Green Tomatoes! Everything had amazing flavor, fresh and giant portions! Go very hungry, share or bring a togo container!

Very friendly staff! Spacious dining room, everything looks new. Generous food portions! If you can't eat much, you can probably share the 'bigger plate' items with another person and still leave the restaurant satisfied.

Tried The Daily Nosh for the first time today and we'll definitely be back. We sat out on the patio, which had a great vibe and was a really nice place to relax over brunch. The staff was friendly from the minute we walked in and the service was excellent the whole time. The craft cocktails were outstanding. You can tell they put some thought into them instead of just pouring a standard drink. The food was great, but the surprise hit was the fried green tomatoes that came with my wife's breakfast. They were absolutely incredible. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the sauce that came with them was so good I could have eaten a whole plate. If you're looking for a great brunch spot with excellent food, creative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere, The Daily Nosh is definitely worth a visit.

The cinnamon roll is bigger than my big head.

If you were a fan of 105 Noshery, I think It will be easy to be a fan of the Daily Nosh. My wife and I went here for brunch today starting at the bar, given there was a short wait. We didn't go with anything fancy, just a michelada and a cali-squeeze. We were seated outside and we maxed the "mistake" of starting with their cinnamon roll. It was as delicious as we remembered from 105, just seemed much bigger . The restaurant manager, Tony, was making his rounds, helping staff, clear tables, asking diners about their experience etc. I asked him about why 105 closed and I appreciated his candid response. After we talked with him a little more he asked if we minded if he came back around to get our thoughts on our experience, they've only been open maybe 3 weeks and his main goal is diner's consistent experience. As far as my wife and I saw it, the food, service and ambiance were all fantastic, as one would expect from one of Randy's restaurants. I did make a comment to Tony about the michelada and his immediate comeback of this isn't a taqueria was classic. He's right, it's not. But I wasn't the first and maybe Tony is probably developing in his mind as I write this. We will definitely be back.

This cinnamon roll is not for the weak!! Haha Better not eat all of your breakfast because you NEED to save room for this monster!

The food, service, and ambiance were all terrific and made for a comfortable, delicious experience we will be returning to soon. We had tried going there once before about 6 months ago, but the wait was too long for our schedule that day. Yesterday, our party of four showed up at 11, and the wait was only 10 minutes. Our server, Kristin, was amazing. She answered our questions perfectly and without hesitation; she was always there to refill iced tea and bring anything additional we needed - the service was flawless in every way. We were at a booth for four, and the booths are comfortable and clean. The layout of the restaurant is efficient, and perfect for the dining experience FSC is offering. And the food? Off the charts 5/5! I hadn't had pancakes in a long time, so I ordered the blueberry pancakes. The two pancakes were both massive and delicious. Fresh blueberries in the batter and on top, and they were perfectly ripe and flavorful. I can't envision anyone actually finishing all of it, but I was happy to take home leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and light, among the best I have ever had. I also had a side of the house-cured bacon, which I requested crispy, and which arrived perfectly crispy and delicious. Mrs. K had the blue cheese burger and loved it. I was granted a taste, and I agreed. Juicy, prepared exactly as ordered, and served with exceptional fries that were crispy outside and soft inside. Our friends had various forms of eggs and bacon, including a dish FSC calls Beggin' For Bacon. The egg dishes looked perfect, and our friends confirmed they tasted as perfect as they looked. FSC gets a ton of 5-star reviews, and they deserve every one. We will be returning soon and often, and obviously, I highly recommend FSC for your next breakfast/lunch outing.

When the weather is nice sitting outside is awesome. It's shaded and pleasant. They do allow dogs to sit outside, and I did witness a doggy disagreement, so if you are dog averse maybe ask to be seated inside. The service is wonderful. They are very attentive and all look like they are hustling. It is a wonderful experience to know that they care about their customers. Drinks are constantly refilled, and they constantly check in on you in a non annoying way. The food is where I disagree with most of the reviews here. My first time there I got the corned beef and hash. The corned beef was great, the potatoes could be so much better though. They need to be crisp and well seasoned, they were neither. Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? Nah, I'd go without issue. Maybe I haven't found my meal here yet.

Quite noticeable pumpkin flavor, and the brew itself gave a smooth and toasty flair (like the crust part of a pumpkin pie :p). Another seasonal drink that I tried was the pumpkin cold foam chai, and it pretty much was like a melted milkshake with a little bit of chai flavor lol. Didn't notice much pumpkin at all. Too milky for my liking, but if you're a fan of Starbucks Frappucinos, then this might be the seasonal drink for you. As for the desserts here, I enjoyed the eclair (nicely assembled and had smooth and rich dark chocolate on it) but was disappointed on the fruit tart (the fruit toppings were vibrant and plump, but the custard was missing a strong vanilla taste and I wasn't a fan of the egg-white-based crust that ended up sticking to the foil cardboard base). Friendly staff. Super cozy cafe vibes especially with the pothos houseplants (so cute that water propagations of cuttings are table decor). Ample lot parking.

Went ahead and made it a meal since they had great sodas, selections and side dishes, including zucchini sticks, which is why I chose. And those came with a wonderful dill ranch type of dip. We were visiting so much when the food arrived. I just dug in. I forgot to take a photos. Everything was wonderful! They came out and checked on us several times and asked how things were and even brought drink refills. My burger was delicious. I was only able to eat half they must've known that would be the case because they asked when I ordered it if I'd like it cut in half which I really appreciated. I ended up ordering an order of baby back ribs to go and a tri-tip sandwich for my husband (who had been here before, and said you better bring me something back!) If you like crispy tater tots and heavy mayo-based sauces in your breakfast burrito, this one isn't for you. But if you just want a classic burrito with plenty of bacon, good melted cheese, perfect ratio of egg/meat/potato, get the David's wrap. Price was reasonable too. It's not the biggest burrito but not the smallest either. To be honest, I was a little turned off at first. Not because it was in a gas station (that actually gives me higher expectations), but because I asked for the burrito and was given one premade out of the warmer. Also, maybe I didn't look around very much, but I didn't see any salsa. When I got home and tried it though, it was pretty perfect. Tortilla maybe a little burnt, but besides that perfect. Luckily I had a good hot runny salsa at home which works perfect for breakfast burritos. I'll be back next time and ask if they have salsa though - that would push it to 5 stars (if the salsa is good I guess).

They use real potatoes instead of french fries. It's a solid breakfast sandwich. Just make sure to get hot sauce!!!!!
