So many options on the menu, including the most mimosas ive ever seen offered ANYWHERE. Came here with my family after church one day. It was very busy however we were seated within 20 minutes per party at six. I thought it was impressive considering how many people were inside and waiting outside. What I like about this location is the parking is a lot better than some of their other locations. The waitress we had was amazing. She was able to effectively get out all of our drink orders within minutes of a sitting. What a wonderful hidden gem! Tucked away in a shopping center, we had never driven by this location but based off other reviews, I was intrigued and wanted to try. My family was looking for a family friendly casual, delicious, breakfast place and this truly surpassed our expectations. Dining with a 4-month-old and all of the things that have to come with us can be overwhelming... but the staff here truly took such great care of us. As soon as we walked in we shared with the host that we were looking for a table for 5 adults and 1 baby. They quickly saw the stroller and found us a table where they moved a chair from the side so the stroller could easily roll in there and not be in anyone's way while still being next to us for our convenience. Our waitress soon took our orders and even helped us by providing us with some recommendations for what to order. I ordered the salmon benedict and the maui french toast. I am very picky about my hollandaise sauce, and I can say this is one of the best ones in the area. The french toast? What was not to love. Topped with coconut and nuts it is now my favorite french toast of all time. Perfectly sweet and tropical. After we all ate our breakfasts, it was time for our little guy to eat. Having forgotten our portable bottle warmer, we asked if we could have some hot water for the bottle to sit in to get warmed. The staff member quickly saw what we needed the water for and grabbed a pitcher for us so the bottle could sit in it with warm water. Then they came over and chatted with us and our little guy for a minute. This small gesture had our whole table sighing a sigh of relief and feeling so thankful they picked up on what we needed the hot water for. As a new mom, I was more than a little bit nervous about eating out with our little guy and Mario's early toast staff truly made this outing the success that it was with their accommodations, genuine kindness, and of course the tasty food. My family will definitely be returning and I will be sure to recommend this spot to all of our fellow friends with families looking for a family friendly spot to dine in. read more

Really disappointing breakfast. I ordered the traditional eggs benedict. It is a simple dish of toasted English muffin, Canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Just as described on the menu, but the dish that was brought to me was missing a key component. That was the hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise sauce, too, is a simple sauce of egg yolk, lemon juice and butter. The yellowish gravy on the eggs was nothing like hollandaise, no egg yolks, no lemon juice and no butter. I can only guess it was some reconstituted dry mock hollandaise mix off of the Sysco truck, I can't even begin to describe the taste other than "NOT HOLLANDAISE". I brought this to my server's attention. I could tell it was not an issue that he was hearing for the first time. His response was that some customers ask for lemon to stir into the sauce. Benedicts are the most expensive dishes on their breakfast menu. My tab was over over $25, for water, tax, tip, and misrepresented, faux eggs benedict. read more

This was my first visit to a Mario's Early Toast and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu was extensive so there will be something for everyone. I ordered the S&B special since it sounded unique and healthy - egg whites, oatmeal, blueberries, tomato slices and avocado. It was excellent! The coffee was also great. First, let me start off by saying this place is really extremely busy most of the time. Join the waiting list and be patient. Do not come here if you're in a hurry. The white chocolate mocha that I ordered was absolutely amazing, it taste better than any coffee shop I've had. I had the Asada Chilaquiles without egg. It was absolutely to die for. The beans were good. I did substitute their rice for their country potatoes, best decision ever. I wish this was already chopped up for me, but that's a small complaint. A decent amount of selection including scrambles, skillets, sandwiches, and pancakes/waffles. Prices are really high, even w/ inflation and even with changes in labor/etc. Service is very mediocre and lacking - definitely ended up waiting a lot longer than we were anticipating for a weekday breakfast service and ended up having to take a part of our meal to go since we couldn't wait any longer. Overall, the food was tasty enough, but both the portions, prices, and service took away from the experience. Arrived on a Saturday morning when the restaurant was busy. We had a large party. They had plenty of open tables and were seating smaller parties as they walked up. We were told we would have to wait about 45 minutes and became the first party added to the wait list. As we waited, the restaurant became much busier and the wait list grew. After 50 minutes, we went to inquire and noticed a large table set up with menus and thought this was probably for us as we had been the first large party added to the list. They said no, we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. When I asked about this table that could accommodate all of us , they said they were giving it to another large party that had four more people than ours even though they checked in after us. I asked why if we were here first they would give the table to them over us and they said we did not have enough people to be sat at that table. Which that doesn't entirely make sense to me but OK whatever. We decided to wait 15 more minutes as we'd already invested about an hour of our time. Finally, a manager came up about ten minutes later. The waitress took at least five minutes, possibly more, to get to the table. She was friendly and polite. She brought us our drinks quickly after taking our order. The food came out in spurts. My dish took the longest and my son was about done eating before my plate even arrived. However, the portions are huge. Easily enough to share if you don't eat a lot. And it was all very good. The French toasties were good, the crepes perfect, and the biscuits and gravy just right. The only food complaint was that the bread on the BLT was very hard. Overall, seems like a great place, maybe just not when they're so busy, or with a big party when they're busy! read more

There are ample ways to add proteins and accommodated portions of the menu that breakdown macros on certain items. You can literally order just steamed rice, broccoli, and chicken if your heart desires. My husband ordered the combo with the protein pancakes (they even had sugar-free syrup at the ready). The pancakes were very fluffy, cooked to perfection, and the sugar-free syrup didn't have that artificial flavor that sugar-free items tend to have. I ordered the chilaquiles Sinaloa-style. Christmas week 2024. 11:00am brunch. Half hour wait for a table. Once seated in the packed left side dining room the 3 of us are distressed by the extremely loud noise level. Everyone in the whole room is screaming to be heard. Being Early Toast the food is great of course. The servers are so accommodating and friendly. Amazing that they keep their cool in such a pressure cooker environment. My 2nd early toast experience. Previous was at the Rocklin location. That dining room seems a little fancier. And the noise level was much lower. Upon finishing our meal here we were anxious to get out. Exiting into the parking lot my ears were ringing for the noise abuse. I love Mario's and this was my first time at this specific place location. We were seated immediately and even though it was chilly we had a heater outside so that we were comfortable. My friend has a gluten allergy and they have a special section on the menu dedicated to allergens which is so accommodating. I went with a protein waffle and sausage and eggs.
