    Veggie Omelet with GF toast

We came around 8:30 in the morning, and it was nice and quiet. Since we had our dog with us, we were seated on the patio, which was perfect. The service was great, and our waiter was very friendly. I had a great breakfast and loved my fresh squeezed orange juice. I ordered a skillet with sausage, mushrooms, cheese, added veggies, scrambled eggs, and hash browns, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated that they offered gluten free options for my friend. I'll definitely be back!

Great brunch! Such a good menu and it says something that at 10:30am on a Tuesday they seemed busy. But that did not impact service. Greeted and seated quickly. Menu had a lot of variety. Drink and food came out quickly. I got the bacon bloody mary and the Pacific Omelet. Both were excellent. The smoked salmon, which i was afraid would be overpowering, wasn't. Actually I almost had to search for it. But the hollandaise was amazing! Parking was a struggle. Just be aware. But don't let it deter you from trying. I'll definitely be back when I'm visiting in the future.

My favorite breakfast spot! It has been awhile since I have been but it is always great. We were out early and arrived at opening at 7 am. We were seated right away and ordered pretty quickly. We had the Southern gravy omelet and the perfect combo with blueberry waffle and a pecan latte. Service was excellent per usual and of course the food was delicious. There are generous portions here where we usually bring food home. Considering it was super early it was not too busy for a Friday morning. It started filling up fast as we ordered.

Great place for breakfast. We went first thing in the morning as a group of 10 and we were able to get seated right away. Feels like your homey-local breakfast place w/ modern updates. Staff was great and we were all able to get our order in and food to us, in a decent amount of time. The food was great and love portion size. Not enough places have hash browns but these were done perfectly. Their menu has many options so if I'm in the area again, I'm definitely going to try something else.

One of the area's best breakfasts, highly recommend the chilaquiles, big fan of the Sierra Omelette with Chile Verde. Pancakes, French toast, a Monte Cristo, and the coffee is great.

FOOD: Tye food was good! I got the Steak and Eggs combo! The streak was cooked well and there was a lot of good! I opted for rice and it also came with toast. Very filling! SERVICE: Our server was very nice and checked in on us often. AMBIANCE/DECOR: It's a nice place. It's got a bit of a diner feel, but a bit upscale. The menu is huge so it took a while to decide what I wanted, but there are a lot of good choices.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Mario's. We arrived around 10am on a beautiful Saturday, and it was the perfect time -- not crowded. Didn't have to wait for a table. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent -- attentive without being overbearing. One of my favorite touches was the full carafe of coffee brought right to the table. There's something about not having to wait for refills that makes breakfast feel extra cozy. They had real half & half on the table -- and as someone with Wisconsin roots, seeing authentic half & half from Wisconsin made me happy. I also really appreciated their fit-focused menu. It's clear they understand that people want options that align with their goals without sacrificing flavor. They get it. And as a mom, I loved that my daughter could order exactly what she wanted -- which, in her case, was chips and salsa. Beautiful morning, great food, thoughtful details, and great service. We'll be back!

My friends and I came here after a hike in Auburn. The menu has so many options, it was hard to choose just one item. I chose the steak avocado toast to be a little healthy and it was amazing! It was very filling and tasted amazing! We sat outside and thankfully they had the heaters going because it was really cold. I will definitely be back.

Lemone blueberry pancake and breakfast tacos

Went here for Brunch. Delicious food as always tried the lemon blueberry pancake, I hadn't had that one before, it was very good, I prefer the regular blueberry however. I had breakfast tacos which were delicious as always. My husband had the strawberry waffle that he said was very good. Great spot for breakfast/brunch. Worth any wait time!

Went for brunch on a Sunday and obviously they were busy. I was told that I'll receive a text when my table is ready. I saw so many people who came after me got tables before me. When I checked after 30 minutes I was told to wait another 35 minutes. Apparently, they forgot about my table somehow. That's quite unacceptable. The pancakes were good but the breakfast rice was super salty and greasy.

We tried the chilaquiles with eggs and chorizo, the tortillas had the perfect crunch, smothered in a rich, flavorful sauce, and topped with just the right amount of cheese and fresh garnishes. Also ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, the bread was grilled and had a crispy crust and inside the roll was soft, the roll held up well with the generous filling, the steak was tender and well-seasoned, and the melted cheese with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms made this a very tasty sandwich. Food was great paired with the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere, Mario's Early Toast makes for a great breakfast or brunch stop. Highly recommend if you want fresh, flavorful dishes.

Just ok. Never heard of this place but was in town and daughter wanted crapes so we tried it. Service was great. After ordering and deciding to not go with the Maui pancake, she walked by and asked if I still had room for the pancake. No way, portions are decent. Sat outside on the patio. The inside ambiance was a bit dark. Food ok. The lattes were very watered down. Not too sure if I will be back.

We use to come here monthly for brunch when I was living in Sac in 2021-2022. I was in town this weekend and decided to come here again for some mimosas and food. This place is known for their variety of mimosa flavors. I usually get the samplers so I can try different flavors. I don't remember the mimosas being that sweet but it was still good. I wasn't a fan of one that was grapefruit flavor since it was bitter. After tasting the sweet ones, the grapefruit threw my tastebuds off. There are sweet ones, bitter ones, sour ones, and neutral flavored ones. The staff are very friendly and helpful so they will give you good suggestions if you don't know what to get or want a certain sweetness or sourness. I usually get one of the egg Benedict or the omelette but I decided to try something different this time. I went with the all meat skillet with hash browns. It was really good but the portion is smaller compared to the omelette. If you are hungry, omelette is a better choice especially if you plan to order a few mimosas since once you start with one mimosa, it's hard to not want to get another due to different flavors they offer. The wait time isn't bad for us on a Sunday. It was a a little under 30 minute wait and we got there around 1pm. when we went before, it would be much longer and sometimes they would tell us we couldn't be seated because of the long list. The seating arrangements are good where you have room to walk in between without bumping to folks. They have indoor and outdoor seating but we always opted for the indoor seating. Overall, our experience was really good. the place hasn't changed since the last time we were here a few years ago and the wait time was much shorter compared to the past. If you are craving breakfast and mimosas, give Mario's Early Toast a try. They close at 3pm but we did see people get seated around 2:30pm. The staff will let you know when is last call and when the kitchen closes if you stay after 2:30pm.

As of June 11 there were still no bottomless mimosas due to Covid...but have a huge one available like someone else said.

As of today is ok to dine outside?

Yes, they have outdoor dining in the parking lot. But, l'd suggest calling before you visit, as things are dynamic.

My initial visit I ordered from their "vintage" menu. I got Erik's B.L.A.S.T. with bacon, Arcadian lettuce, avocado, clover sprouts, Secret Goo and tomato on toasted sourdough. They accidentally forgot the clover sprouts on my order. I love sprouts, so I was a bit disappointed when I realized they were missing. However the sandwich was great so it didn't ruin the meal. I loved their special tuna sandwich, called the Ocean Avenue, which was a delicious concoction. Made with tuna salad, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, clover sprouts, and sweet hot mustard on swirl rye bread. The ingredients were all fresh & tasty. Another winner I just consumed was the Ciao Down, made with the softest Dutch Crunch I've ever eaten. I appreciated having the roof of my mouth intact! The combination of ingredients (salami, turkey, Swiss, tomato, onions, clover sprouts, basil pesto) gave me salty, vinegary, sour, and savory, with just a mild spicy kick from the hot cherry peppers. Whatever you do, don't skip the carrot cake! It is the best carrot cake I've ever had. I actually wondered if they outsourced it, but it turns out it's a proprietary family recipe. Made with carrots, pineapples, cream cheese frosting, and walnuts. It tastes homemade and perfectly balanced.
