They have a large selection of mimosas and drinks and the menu is vast. There was something for everyone. They even had a whole fit menu with protein pancakes I was impressed. Food was a little slow to come out. And when they came out, they tried to serve me burnt hashbrowns. They were black and it was hard to believe the staff was okay serving that to a customer. The food was delicious! I had the Nutella French toast and really enjoyed it. I only ordered water, which was honestly my fault because I didn't notice they had milkshakes. I actually didn't realize there was a milkshake menu until I got home... whoops! I'm not sure if milkshakes are only a morning thing or available all day, but I'll definitely ask next time. One thing I'd love to mention to the owner if they happen to see this: please consider adding Oreo milkshakes! Great brunch! Such a good menu and it says something that at 10:30am on a Tuesday they seemed busy. But that did not impact service. Greeted and seated quickly. Menu had a lot of variety. There's something about not having to wait for refills that makes breakfast feel extra cozy. They had real half & half on the table -- and as someone with Wisconsin roots, seeing authentic half & half from Wisconsin made me happy. I also really appreciated their fit-focused menu. This place is a family favorite. We come here often enough that we're starting to memorize the large variety menu! We love the large variety of food options with a whole section of the menu dedicated to specific workout/weightlifting/healthy eating styles. The service is usually pretty quick. The service is always knowledgeable about the menu and patient in explaining things to my grandma. And they are so accommodating to personal preferences to make sure you're happy with your order. We have yet to order something we didn't like, and that's saying a lot for a group of 15-17 people who have eaten here numerous times. We use to come here monthly for brunch when I was living in Sac in 2021-2022. I was in town this weekend and decided to come here again for some mimosas and food. This place is known for their variety of mimosa flavors. I usually get the samplers so I can try different flavors. I don't remember the mimosas being that sweet but it was still good. I wasn't a fan of one that was grapefruit flavor since it was bitter. After tasting the sweet ones, the grapefruit threw my tastebuds off. There are sweet ones, bitter ones, sour ones, and neutral flavored ones. The staff are very friendly and helpful so they will give you good suggestions if you don't know what to get or want a certain sweetness or sourness. I usually get one of the egg Benedict or the omelette but I decided to try something different this time. I went with the all meat skillet with hash browns. It was really good but the portion is smaller compared to the omelette. If you are hungry, omelette is a better choice especially if you plan to order a few mimosas since once you start with one mimosa, it's hard to not want to get another due to different flavors they offer. The wait time isn't bad for us on a Sunday. It was a a little under 30 minute wait and we got there around 1pm. when we went before, it would be much longer and sometimes they would tell us we couldn't be seated because of the long list. The seating arrangements are good where you have room to walk in between without bumping to folks. They have indoor and outdoor seating but we always opted for the indoor seating. Overall, our experience was really good. the place hasn't changed since the last time we were here a few years ago and the wait time was much shorter compared to the past. If you are craving breakfast and mimosas, give Mario's Early Toast a try. They close at 3pm but we did see people get seated around 2:30pm. The staff will let you know when is last call and when the kitchen closes if you stay after 2:30pm. read more

Sadly, I've come back and it's not with my same amazing experience. The service wasn't as friendly as before. The food tho, that was the biggest disappointment. I got my chilaquiles Del chef and was highly disappointed. The "carne asada" was a cheap steamed chewy piece of steak. The sauce for the chilaquiles used to be AMAZING! This time is was far from it. It was sweet and no flavor. The rice was also super hard and like it was scrapped from the sides of the pot or something. I'm so sad to see this place go down I quality now that they've opened more locations I feared this would happen. My fave brunch place has come to an end! The restaurant is nicely decorated and always appears clean. My favorite thing is the California eggs Benedict and extra crispy hash-browns, (hack: get the Benedict over the hash browns instead of getting an English muffin = a few less carbs) Yum! Hubs and I enjoy splitting this meal and flights of mimosas. Mimosa flights: You get to choose 3 of their long menu list of options. One of my all time favorites is the Hawaii, second I think is the evil queen. It's a beautiful teal color and tastes delicious. My least favorite is the bull mosa. Maybe because this time the Red Bull tasted flat, or I just don't care for Red Bull flavor anymore..... It's fun to try them out and if you go with some else, you can try 6! read more

I got a crab cake Benedict which was good and my husband got a California Benedict and the portions are big. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the "Belgian" waffle. It was a good regular waffle, but it was not a Belgian waffle and shouldn't be labeled as such on the menu. I only ordered it because I expected an actual Belgian waffle, which always should have a crisp, caramelized exterior that has a crunchy crackly crust and then a soft, slightly chewy interior. Our host and waiter were very friendly and we got seated quickly and ordered pretty fast as well. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant, but it took a while to get our breakfasts. However, we really enjoyed the Hawaiian-style breakfast options (which was a pleasant surprise to see). The breakfast rice included a generous portion of fragrant fried rice full or ham, bacon, green onions and other goodies flavored with soy sauce and a little heat from their house hot sauce, and topped with two over easy eggs. The loco moco included a generous burger patty cooked to the preferred temperature and an over-easy egg topped with a grilled pineapple ring ;over tender white rice covered in a flavorful gravy. The steak skillet also was plentiful, with tender pieces of steak and vegetables covered with melted cheese and eggs of your choice. We also got a fluffy buttermilk pancake which was delicious. The coffee was also hot and pretty good, and they provide a carafe on the table for self-serve. I haven't been to this location before. I usually frequent the location on sierra college. Let me preface this by saying that it was a Monday morning and it was still pretty busy. Our service was good. The young lady was very nice and sweet. She checked on us a couple of times even after our food was delivered. I got a pancake breakfast and subbed the hashbrowns for tator tots (there is an upcharge for tator tots) which is not a problem. Our food came out really late and my tots were well done and not even warm. The sausage links were over cooked. Everything else came out okay. We sat on the patio since the inside was a long wait and maybe that's why our food was forgotten about since our server did well! They lit up the warmers outside so it was nice and toasty at least. Came here on a Friday around 11:00 AM and it was very busy, which honestly says a lot about the place. I chose to sit outside and really enjoyed the ambience--especially with the rain, it made the whole experience feel super cozy. I ordered the Perfect Combo, which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, and your choice of potatoes/rice/hashbrowns, plus either pancakes, French toast, or waffles. I went with hashbrowns (extra crispy) and waffles since I'm a waffle girl. The portion size was actually bigger than I expected--the waffle wasn't small at all, it was a full normal-sized one. For the waffle, I'd give it a 4/5. The flavor was good, but the inside texture was a little off for me--slightly doughy, which threw me off a bit. I also ordered an extra side of sausage (I just love sausage in general), and it was solid. Overall, the Perfect Combo plate is about a 3/5 for me--it's not amazing, but it definitely gets the job done and fills you up. I also tried the biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was more on the fluffy side--almost like a cake/biscuit hybrid, which wasn't bad. But the gravy was the real standout--super flavorful. On its own it might be a little salty for some people, but paired with the biscuit, it balances out nicely. That said, for the price (around $10), it feels a bit high. I get inflation and the Roseville area pricing, but it would feel more reasonable around $7-$8. Heads up though... expect a bit of a wait, because they're almost always busy (but honestly, that's usually a good sign). I personally prefer sitting in the outdoor dining area it's much more relaxed since it can get pretty loud inside when they're packed. This time, my best friend and I decided to branch out and try their lunch menu. We ordered the Hwy 5 Burrito and the Street Quesadilla and, of course, did the classic split-sies move. Verdict?
